Wow, where to start. This place is opulent, immaculate and much more than a 'hotel'. From breakfast (everything you can think of and more) to a wide variety of amazing restaurants, bars and experiences, you literally won't want to leave! We debated upgrading to the premier rooms & having access to the lounge but we were so pleased we didn't as we spent every afternoon at the Meridian Beach (separate review) and wouldn't have wanted to rush back for happy hour etc. We used our half board wisely as we haven't before, and were really impressed by the variety and quality of restaurants and food offered. We dined at Siena, Toro Toro and Rhodes W1. Le Deck offers happy hour from 4-7pm by the pool and provides a lovely bar snack menu. We visited Tower 2 for the Sports bar and 7 tales cocktail bar. We visited Bar44 in Tower 1 twice, amazing views and good cocktails. All the staff are personable, helpful and welcoming. They all genuinely seem happy to be there. The flowers in both reception areas of towers 1 & 2 are beautiful. The whole experience was fantastic. I'd return in a heartbeat.

Whether it was a member of the concierge team, housekeeping, maintenance, pool staff, or the incredible restaurant staff, every individual delivered not just service, but genuine care—with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly smile. I have long believed in the power of a “Chain of Excellence” to create, what I call, ACE—an Amazing Customer Experience. It has been a privilege to witness this philosophy in action at The Grosvenor House. Highly recommend.

We have just left after 5 unbelievable nights at GH. It’s difficult to put into words how good this hotel is. From arrival to departure everything, absolutely everything was first class. The service from the staff is exemplary, from the team on the door, reception, concierge desk, room staff etc....

We have just left after 5 unbelievable nights at GH. It’s difficult to put into words how good this hotel is. From arrival to departure everything, absolutely everything was first class. The service from the staff is exemplary, from the team on the door, reception, concierge desk, room staff etc. Too many names to mention but a shout out to Abdul who’s serviced our room daily. They all are such a credit to the hotel. The choice for food is extensive, with so many options. We ate in Sloanes, Sienna and Rhodes W1. Each excellent. The shuttle bus to the sister hotel, Le Royal Méridien, is an added bonus which we used to visit the beach, and also eat at Shades, Al Khaima and Maya. Again excellent. Having stayed at many hotels over the years in both business and pleasure, I can say with confidence, this hotel is at the very top. We will be back next year.

We visited Grosvenor House in February 2025 for the first time (although our 4th to Dubai) and I can genuinely say not only is it as good as the reviews on here, it is even better! I researched carefully and thought the reviews were maybe too good to be true! However it was simply wonderful. The service was fantastic, lovely little treats in our room every day and a beautiful room. It was a celebratory trip and we were treated like royalty in Siena and Rhodes W1 with a wonderful meal and treats. The lounge is an amazing addition, excellent drinks and snacks and the most peaceful, delicious breakfast. We tried several restaurants but especially loved Toro Toro, Siena and Rhodes W1 where we used our allowance rather than having the set menu for half board but it was so worth it! The beach at Le Royal Meridian was lovely and we visited almost every day, walking some days and taking the bus others. I could write forever but the bit that matters the most is I'm currently on my laptop writing this review whilst looking to make another booking for November! I've added lots of photos to show how well we were looked after and how beautiful the facilities are.

We stayed a the Grosvenor House last week and to say that it was truly a magical experience does not do it justice. I cannot describe in words how well we were treated by all staff, they went over and above to ensure that we enjoyed the best possible experience. We were treated like family! The list of staff who stood out is endless - Soloman who cleaned our room every day, Hannah & Jennifer who greeted us with a smile every morning for breakfast at Rhodes Mezzanine, Forever, the Lobby Ambassador, and many many more! We booked on a Half Board basis and dined in a different restaurant every night, all of which were excellent! I have stayed in different hotels across the globe, but there is something about The Grosvenor House that makes it unique. We cannot wait to return!

This is a great hotel Rooms , food, drinks .at level 5 club Mr Rommel and his staff really look after you, all the staff every where in the hotel make your stay a welcoming and friendly one always asking how are you and where are you going to , and nothing is any trouble for them so kind , the guys in the pools of tower1 and 2 are always on hand good food and drinks can be had at both pools. then there is the LE ROYAL MERIDIAN BEACH AND SPA again lovely pools and well MANECURED gardens some rooms overlook this area if you ask for SEAVIEW . again food at the pools and drinks are FAB Food in all Restaurants is second to none that includes G/'House the food at Social for Brunch must be the BEST IN DUBAI and get a seat at the window the views from here must be the best. WE like a lot of others have been staying at both Hotels for over 20yrs They must be doing something good for us all to be coming back all this time. as i said TRY FOR YOURSELVES see you soon TOM, IRVINE and CHRISTINE.

Another fabulous stay at The Grosvenor House. This really is like going home, the staff are like family and so friendly. We were greeted on arrival by Frank and his colleagues. The bell boys swiftly dealt with our luggage. We arrived just before 10am on a Sunday after our night flight. Check in was not until 3pm we were offered a complimentary continental breakfast and drinks in the Leaves lounge area. We had only been sitting in the lounge area for around an hour when a member of staff came to tell us our room was ready! We were promptly checked in by Adnaan who upgraded us to a one bedroom suite. The suite was well equipped, decorated and furnished to a high standard. There were plenty of good quality toiletries provided and replenished as required. Our suite attendant Mendis could not do anymore for us he was constantly asking if everything was okay, he would come chat to us each morning or evening. The Lobby Ambassadors always greeted us with a smile and asked how our day had been. Daniel always stopped for a chat. The staff honestly cannot do enough for you and are all genuinely friendly. Lakshita, one of the lobby ambassador made our restaurant booking for our 20th Anniversary and at the end of our meal I was given a beautiful bouquet of flowers. On returning to our suite there was an anniversary cake & wine with a lovely message from Lakshita. This was a lovely surprise and such a personal touch. The food in all the restaurants & Sloanes buffet was all exceptional. The staff were all accommodating and welcoming :- Jennifer, Veneer, Mridual and Maniah to a name a few. Deck 4 was a lovely rooftop area to chill by the pool or on one of the seats by the pool bar. It was such a chilled laid back area with views over the Marina. Min & his colleagues would bring over complimentary water, refreshing mocktails and ice lollies. Those little touches made a big impression. Happy Hour on Deck 4 was also very enjoyable at golden hour the service from Sumana was second to none. This will be our go to hotel each time we visit Dubai as EVERYONE at The Grosvenor House goes above & beyond to make you feel very welcome. We can’t wait to return.

It is very rare that we stay in a hotel that I cannot fault in any way, but The Grosvenor is exactly that. From arrival to departure the staff and service are exceptional. We were returning guests and were upgraded to a lovely 2 bedroom suite. It was also my birthday and came back to the room to find a cake and bottle of wine. The hotel is spotless and the food delicious. We stayed on a half board basis, which allowed you to eat in any restaurant, including Le Royal Meridian. Some had a special menu to order from, and if they didn’t, you were given an allowance to put towards the bill. Toro Toro was our favourite. The added bonus of using Le Royal Meridian is the reason we keep returning. The shuttle goes very regularly and the grounds are stunning. So much space. Every member of staff we encountered went out of their way to ensure we had whatever we needed, and were so helpful. From the restaurant staff, housekeeping, concierge or bar staff. We have visited Dubai on many occasions now and can honestly say The Grosvenor is our favourite place to stay. Can’t wait to go back!

From the second we pulled up outside in the taxi we were treated incredibly well. I have stayed at some great hotels around the world and this is by far the best service we have ever had. They allowed us to check in early in the morning and our room wasn't quite ready so they brought us juice and let us have some refreshments from the lounge while we waited and within 20 minutes our room was ready. The room was immaculately clean, spacious and had a good view of the beach and marina, both partially in sight. Firoz our housekeeper was brilliant. Our phone charging cables were long and messy and he tidied them for us and provided a cable tidy, as well as glasses cleaning cloth and much more. You don't really need to pack a single toiletry as the hotel provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gels, mouthwash and cotton pads. Our first day was our wedding anniversary and during the turn down service they sent a rose and bottle of wine with compliments of the hotel. We used the pool at the hotel and also got the shuttle bus or walked to the nearby sister hotel. Again the facilities here were excellent. The security are very attentive and they ensure that nobody enters the private beach who shouldn't and this made you feel that you were safe and secure as well as knowing what you've paid for is exclusive to you and guests of only these hotels. The food at the hotel is exceptional. The view from Sloane's outside area for breakfast is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked and the two chefs at the centre who cook the eggs to order were again excellent, with one knowing I had really enjoyed eggs Benedict and so plated some up special each morning for me ready. Now I'm home, this is what I'm missing this morning! One morning my husband's cappuccino was delayed, which was ok, we were not in a rush and simply just chasing it up. The waiter and the manager were so apologetic even though we were fine with the delay, they are busy and these things happen but this clearly shows the level they strive for. Every single member of staff the hotel employs are attentive, friendly and provide the best level of service, which I cannot rival to any hotel I've been in before. If the manager ever reads these, they should feel very proud knowing their recruitment is clearly paying off. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and I guarantee we will be back in the future. Thank you for a very lovely week GH!!

The Grosvenor House Hotel is 5 star luxury and highly recommended. All of the staff are fantastic - attentive, helpful and they can't do enough for you. We arrived early before check-in time but were offered a complimentary breakfast and early check in to our room. The room we had was spotless, comfortable, spacious and had a balcony and amazing views. The Sloane's Buffet restaurant offered varied and high quality food. Also the Spa offering Sauna and Steam Room was a haven of tranquillity.

Everything was superb as usual, the standards of the hotel are so high and all the staff are extremely helpful, especially our room butler Karthigan who looked after us so well all week. We visit Dubai regularly and always stay at The Grosvenor, it’s simply the best

We last visited Grosvenor House 6 years ago and it’s only got better! Every single member of staff we encountered were amazing. We stayed for a week half board and ate at Maya, Rhodes 2010, Toro Toro, Siena, Zengo & the Ifta at Al Khaima all were fabulous. I probably preferred the bar at City Social to Bar 44 but only because of the temperature. The hotel upgraded our room to the 27th floor which was much appreciated and the gentleman who looked after our room was a gem. We used the beach facilities at the Royal Meridian, again staff were faultless and used the cut through and walked as it was so much quicker than waiting for the bus. The Grosvenor has such a lovely location at the Marina, the night time views were spectacular. Hopefully we’ll be back…

We have just returned from spending 6 fabulous nights at the Grosvenor Hotel a Luxury Collection. From check in to departure day everything was perfect. We had a room upgrade to a two bedroom apartment,which provided us with plenty of space and amenities. The bed was the most comfiest we have ever slept in. Room was immaculate and spotless clean (many thanks to our two male cleaners). Half board provided us with enough choice from the hotel restaurants and the buffet choice at Sloanes could not be faulted. Even providing gluten free options. The staff are attentive and professional. Irem on check in was extremely helpful and deserves to be mentioned. Overall, I can not fault the hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
