There are not enough words to describe this resort. It’s so picturesque even when raining. Every villa is quiet and private. The beds are comfortable and the dressing area and bathroom is spacious. The food is 10/10 and the staff are incredible. They make you feel like family. The buggy service is top notch and they will happily show you every corner of the resort if your desire. The view from breakfast is breathtaking and the beach and main pool are quiet and secluded. We absolutely loved every minute of our four seasons stay in Koh Samui right up being greeted at the airport by a Four Seasons employee who took our luggage and checked us into the airline! You really feel valued as a guest and I can not wait to visit again.

This resort has it all. A number of lovely restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches and the accommodations are excellent. The staff is courteous and polite and cater to all the needs of the guests. The food is amazing and the breakfast is spectacular.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a special stay. Aime at reception gave us the warmest welcome and upgraded us to an incredible room with the most breathtaking view—white sand and turquoise sea below, surrounded by lush green forest. It felt like a dream....

It felt like a dream. Jack, the bellboy, was fantastic—friendly, informative, and set the perfect tone for our stay. Every detail here is taken care of with such care and precision. Service is truly second to none. Our Valentine’s dinner on the beach was a culinary masterpiece, with each dish better than the last. The beach and pool are simply stunning, with cold water always on hand and an unlimited supply of fresh towels—pure luxury. The best hotel breakfast. Can’t begin to describe the quality and choice on offer. And then there was Ray, the masseuse, has absolute magic hands. Yes, it’s expensive—but every moment, every little detail, makes it worth it. An unforgettable experience. We’ll be back!

Plush villas with good size private pool. Friendly staff and authentic local cuisine at Thai Kitchen. One of the best breakfast buffets. Cuisine at Pla Pla needs improvement. Beach is on the small side, with strong currents around 100m offshore.

When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed with so much warmth, that it exceeded the week's highest temperature. The entire experience you get from the moment you arrive to the moment you have to say goodbye, every single one of the team members contributed to giving a new meaning to 'feeling at home'. It's not the privacy of your own pool, the softness of the towels, or the wide-variety of amazing croissants at breakfast that impressed us.. though it surely was incredibly nice to experience.. it were the personalities of the people that worked there that made the difference. We loved to explore every part of the resort, and interact with anyone we crossed paths with. From Mink who served us wonderfully at breakfast to Dome who took us to our favourite places in the resort and ensured that we were well taken care of. A big shoutout to some of your other team members: - Dean and Mes, who assisted us at the airport; - LG, who showed us around well in our villa; - Bare & Belle, who took great care of our in-villa dining; - Aum, who served every guest with her smile at Cocorum; - Cee and Beam, who looked after our stay incredibly well; - A gentleman in the arrival area who looked after our bikes and provided us with towels for our daytrips (we do apologise for forgetting your name, but please know that you left a memorable impression on us). To be quite honest, there are so many others whom we would have loved to get to know more during our stay. However, we would still like to take the opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team. We hope you keep up the great work and be your amazing selves, so that your future guests can experience the hospitality you have showed us. The strange things is.. our goodbyes felt more like a 'see you next time'. So, we guess we will be coming back and be seeing you later!

Such a lovely resort with beautiful view and amazing atmosphere . We had 3 nights and i can its outstanding , delicious and tasty Thai food a lot variety we got it at buffet restaurant . Thanks to the all the staffs over there . Everyone was very helpful and friendly . We love it.

Excellent. Stayed here five nights for our honeymoon. These are the highlights. Service - Very personalized. It seemed like everyone at the resort knew our names. My wife and I joked that the staff must always be watching because whenever we left the room housekeeping would come by to make it up. Above and beyond what I’ve experienced before. Amenities - whole resort is beautiful and meticulously kept. Our room had a private pool and faced west, which I recommend. The room is big and luxurious. Breakfast - extensive and delicious. We also ate dinner and lunch at both restaurants in the resort. The food is good and the view from KOH in the evening is breathtaking. We went to one of the special dinner nights and it was great, but expensive. We did end up leaving the grounds to look for some other options and had some excellent meals.

Staff is amazing! The facilities are top class culminating either Cocorum Bar and Pool but also with the Pla Pla restaurant. There is very little that one can think of improving in a place that is special. Relaxing, elegant and sophisticated.

My wife and I went to Four Seasons Koh Samui as part of our honeymoon, and we had the best time at this beautiful resort. The views around the resort and from the villas are truly breathtaking. The service is great and what you would expect from a Four Seasons. We spent most of our time relaxing in our villa or at the pool area by the beach. The private beach is fantastic and there are a few water activities you can do, such as paddleboarding or laying in a hammock that hangs over the ocean. We were impressed by the dining options and enjoyed eating at the property. Before our trip, we had booked a Muay Thai class, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. The instructor was a former fighter, spoke great English, and made the class both challenging and fun. It was definitely a workout, but doing it with incredible views made it a one-of-a-kind experience.

This is the best hotel ever I have travelled in Asia. Spectacular ocean view from the room. Room size is spacious, while privacy is remained. Best place to spend a vacation with beloved one. Parking is available. There are only two main roads crossing the island, therefore it is easy to travel around the island with rented car. Big thanks to Food and Beverage Manager Akashay, who has ensured our dining experience lovely and nice. First class service at reception! Staff are extremely friendly with cheerful manner. I hope I would return very soon back to Koh Samui Four Seasons.
