Best service ever….we were with a tour group and arrived at the hotel early, 9:30 am and our room was ready….very nice room looking at the courtyard. Went for Sunday brunch at the hotel and Jimmy was our waiter…he could not have been nicer….breakfast was included and we got vouchers...

We had a great time at Frannie and the Fox! My husband and I shared a pizza and a pasta, both were fantastic. Douglas and Chase in the den area were great! Both had wonderful menu recommendations and were very knowledgeable about food offerings. We will be back!

Went to the den with Douglas and Chase as our servers/bartenders Food was 10/10 and Douglas and Chase were 11/10 Fun atmosphere and better food/drink recommendations The menu was very good and drinks were great as well. I got the honey pizza with sausage

Shout out to Caylin, Chris, Emory and Alberto. Fantastic bar staff! They were fast and attentive, and the cocktail's were delicious. This is one of our go to spots in Charleston. The decor is beautiful and vibey. The food also does not disappoint.
Bar staff Crushes!
Dropped in for drinks and food before a show and had a fantastic experience. Food was amazing, but the bar staff was phenomenal. Caylin, Emory, Alberto, and Chris were absolutely crushing it! I highly recommend the Gin Bam, Baby as a cocktail and the Whipped Bone Marrow app.

Amazing food & atmosphere! Waiter was amazing as well! Also, have the dessert. Each food we selected had a distinct flavor and would definitely go back to try out the dinner menu. Would recommend trying to cannoli & the tiramisu. Loved it!!!

Marcello was a great waiter and handled my finances’ gluten allergies incredibly well. He made sure the pizza came out perfect and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. We are in town for a wedding and are now considering returning just for Frannie & The Fox.
Great service
Marcello was amazing. I own 3 restaurants and he is the definition of what good service looks like. One of our friends had a glutton allegory and he accommodated perfectly. Was very quick , attentive , and friendly. I will definitely recommend friends because of the service and food.
