The guest services manager, Valerie, was commended for her excellent service. The hotel was praised for its beautiful aesthetics, great pool, tanning chairs, rooftop bar, and complimentary morning coffee. The food was delicious and guests loved the fish tacos at the restaurant. The hotel also facilitated easy golf cart rentals. Guests appreciated the comfortable lounge chairs around the pool, the quality rooftop yoga instruction, and the traditional Mexican decor. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with special mention for the 2 bedroom Premium Master Suite. The hotel's proximity to the town and beach was greatly appreciated. Lovely hotel with delicious breakfast options! Rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Front staff was always eager to help and were happy to share recommendations for food and activities in Sayulita. We would certainly come back!
Outstanding Reservation Manager
Valerie, the guest services reservation manager was absolutely outstanding to deal with. I had a bit of a difficult reservation and she made this seamlessly effortless. This will be my second time visiting this resort, it is a gem of a place.
