This is our second time staying at the Eastin. What we particularly like about this hotel is the excellent service and the extremely friendly staff. This time, Eve and Pear welcomed us at the reception, and we immediately felt at home again. A special thank you to them both, and of course, to the other fantastic staff at the Eastin.

We got the usual best corner room on the 29th Floor. Khun Shin is top as usual and has been so for many years…. even before Covid-19 ! Khun Claire was not only professional and helpful but also charming. How nice to be welcome by a beautiful smile. The rest of the team on the 32nd floor is definitely a winning team. Please do not change as you are very good. And of course the portiers are always efficient, kind and considerate with us elderly people😉

An almost perfect stay. We have stayed at this hotel before, and returned mostly due to the convenience of the sky train access. The breakfast is great (always ask for fresh eggs). The lounge access is also very good value, as the food served in the evening for 2 hours is good enough not to have to go out and buy food for dinner, it’s restaurant quality. The staff are very very helpful, and can not do enough for you throughout your stay. We would stay again.

Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with a great mix of Thai specialties and international options. This was our first trip to Thailand, and Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn made it even more special. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Stayed here four nights on arrival in Bangkok. Could not have asked for better. Great location with direct access to BTS and just one stop away from Sathorn pier. Large, comfortable rooms. Impressive buffet breakfast, catering to Eastern and Western tastes. The food at the poolside was also excellent. We enjoyed pre dinner drinks by the pool each evening during happy hour, marvelling at the magnificent sunsets over the city. The staff throughout our stay were all very friendly and helpful, particularly those at the concierge desk. Highly recommend

What a stay! My husband and I stayed at the wonderful Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn at the end of September and the hotel along with the staff not only met our expectations but exceeded them by a tenfold! Being our first stay not only at this specific hotel but at an Eastin Hotel in general, we didn't quite know what to expect before checking in. We had booked a room with club lounge access as this is a special treat my husband and I really love to enjoy. From the first moment we walked through the lobby we were greeted by warm smiles and that beloved Thai hospitality. We were escorted to the Club Lounge floor and separate reception for our check-in process and the entire staff made us feel right at home! A special thanks goes out to Wawa whose bubbly energy was nothing short of infectious. The rooms were another wonderful surprise - well-equipped, spacious, cozy, and with easy access to the club lounge. Our favourite part was definitely the nightly cocktail and canape hour as this was one of the best selections we've seen at club lounges. The variety and quality of food was exceptional and surprising every evening, the wine options were nice, and cocktails beautifully crafted. The only thing that they could add would be a nice French or Italian sparkling, but really couldn't fault them. For breakfast, we had the option to go for a buffet-style breakfast downstairs or try the a la carte breakfast at the club lounge. As we stayed for several days, we gave both a go and though the lounge breakfast was much more relaxing thank to the smaller crowd, both options were absolutely delectable with a vast array of dishes to try. In case the above somehow still doesn't show how much we loved our stay, the fact that we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for another night definitely should. Both my husband and I absolutely loved every aspect of our stay - from the stunning hotel and facilities (along with a well-equipped and spacious gym and incredible pool) and exceptional food and beverages to the heartwarming hospitality, it was the perfect stay! Luckily, I won't have to reminisce about our previous stay much longer as we're just getting ready for our upcoming stay next week! An absolute gem!

This was our second visit to the EGS and it was just as good on this occasion. Seamless pick up at the airport, quickly whisked up to the executive room check in area where the cool towels are a god send! Our room was on the 32nd floor so very handy for breakfast and happy hour. When you're in Bangkok it's obviously a massive food city but the food on offer is consistent and great quality. The cleanliness of the whole place is great and not just the cleaning staff but every staff member we came into contact with was friendly and professional. Wawa and Kukkai were particularly helpful during happy hour with the former running a tight ship when it comes to Thai language homework!! Pool area was as I remembered it. Quiet spells and busy spells as with anywhere but there is always a seat available round the pool even if you don't get your bed of choice. The fact the Surasak BTS is connected to the hotel continues to be a massive selling point. Particularly in that heat! I'd absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

They were all focused on customer satisfaction and went out of their way to address our needs. I also observed that same focus on other customers, even with a fully occupied hotel. If you trąbek by BTS train there is a direct entrance to the hotel from the station. Strong recommendation!

Having stayed here on our only previous visit to Thailand eight years ago, we wondered if it would be just as good second time round. The answer was a big yes, helped greatly by the fantastic people who work here. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and a big shout out in particular to both Wawa and Kukkai in the executive lounge. We had a good laugh with them as they tried to teach us some useful Thai phrases, while we in return coached them in Russian and English! As for the amenities, the breakfast room offers a wide variety of choices each day,(that really doesn't do it justice, try and you'll see), the bar by the pool is a great place to chill out, and the hotel has its very own access to the city skytrain on the third floor. If we are lucky enough to go to Thailand again, it has to be the hotel of choice. YNWA (that's for Wawa!)

Very nice hotel, ideally located. Although the entrance is not the best, the rooms are excellent, the personnel is great, the swimming pool is amazing. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I had in Asia. I would like particularly to thank the receptionist "Gun" (that's its name), who has been so nice to us. Additionally, it is ideally located as it is connected to a metro station, which simplifies life in Bangkok. Concierges were very helpful. Congrats to the team

We had such a perfect stay! From check in to check out the team really couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so happy and willing to make our stay memorable. The bed was super comfortable, rooms had everything you need, the breakfast was excellent - great quality and so much choice! It felt like a little sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and we loved hanging out at the rooftop pool (a must at sunset) watching it all from above. We stayed in a few places in Bangkok and wish we’d paid the extra to stay here.

We very much enjoyed our executive room including lounge access - this really made a difference. We also very much appreciated the warm welcome when checking in - special thanks to Wawa who is just adorable. We started every morning with an excellent breakfast, far away from any rush or crowds. In the evening, we then enjoyed warm/cold finger food and buffet with a great view of Bangkok by night. Both, in the morning and evening we have been looked after by exceptional staff - Wawa, Kukkai, Lak, Aof and many others of which I do not remember their names (sorry). We will keep all of you and your smiling faces in good memory and our heart! The infinity pool at the 14th floor was also just great - however, the pool area is not huge and free sun beds have been rare during the day. Another big plus was the BTS skytrain which can be accessed directly via the 3rd floor. Resume: Eastin Grand will be our first choice when travelling to Bangkok next time.

This hotel has it all. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We booked an executive room with lounge access. Claire, Kukkai, Cindear, Mind, Wanwa, Lalk, Aof, Roong, Fluke, and Mod all worked to make your expense great. We booked into the hotel for our first 2 nights in Thailand and then we returned, from Phuket, for 2 more nights before we headed home. This hotel is in a great location, you can easily walk to some of the other hotel roof top bars in the area. The pool area is amazing. The food for breakfast at the executive lounge and at the restaurant was excellent.

We had a corner room that was huge with great views of the Bangkok skyline. Yaya had arranged for decorations for our Anniversary. The pool area is lovely, but the pool is chilly. The Executive Lounge is a great feature, with full breakfast and evening cocktails and canapés included. We had an issue one morning (Yaya's day off), where my maxi dress was deemed "inappropriate" for the lounge. It had spaghetti straps but was very clearly a dress. When I questioned another person working there, she also said it was inappropriate. Meanwhile there were people wandering around in their sleepwear. A blemish on an otherwise great stay.

Regarding our stay, we felt as if we were a king and a queen. There are not enough exemplary words to describe the quality of the hotel, the service, and the staff. Perhaps “Crazy-Wow!!!” might do it. More importantly, we want to express our most sincere thanks especially to the staff Thanks so much, once again. Our visit to Bangkok is a high-point in our lives, and our experience at your hotel is the summit of that high-point. Oh, yeah, The Infinity Pool overlooking Bangkok AND the direct walkway to the Skyline Station....

Amazing stay and we were treated like royalty by the very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much at the Eastin Grand Hotel. The room was extraordinarily comfortable with an amazing view of the city skyline. Would highly recommend!

We opted for a room with access to executive lounge where we enjoyed food and all drinks (non- alcoholic and alcoholic) from 5:30-7:30 pm each night - amazing cool place to relax. Definitely check out the infinity pool & fabulous gym on level 14. We enjoyed a superb 3 night stay. Hotel has direct access to train line, so location is great to access anywhere in the city.

Everything about this hotel is first class..the fact that its on the metro line is an added bonus for getting around Bangkok..the breakfast staff and the staff in the executive lounge are excellent..in fact all the staff are excellent but special praise goes out to Nuai and Pakboong our housekeeping...

Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. We were here for earthquake. Very impressed with their emergency management. Pooky, thien, and a few others were so kind during this time while we were evacuated. Riew the concierge was excellent. Pool bar does beautiful cocktails and great music. Highly recommend
