We loved the Courtyard Ocean City Oceanfront hotel. Excellent front desk staff. Kudos to Jay. From the time we walked up to the front desk, he made us feel welcomed. Jay showcased his wonderful people skills, which was appreciated. Our room was comfortable, and we had a great view of the ocean. Hot coffee/hot chocolate, etc. was offered free to guest. We think this was an added special attraction. During our next visit to Ocean City, Courtyard Ocean City will be our destination.

All the staff were very very nice including the housekeepers especially a girl named Madison who works at the front desk. She helped my wife and I very very much. She went above and beyond to help us understand all the information and helped us log in to the app...

She went above and beyond to help us understand all the information and helped us log in to the app on our phone. Jill was very helpful with our parking concerns as well.

The hotel is clean, has nice amenities, great location. We like a short get-a-way on the oceanfront. On 12/4 at check in I was assigned a first floor room & requested to change to a higher floor level. To me the ground floor is not that secure; feels like a basement. This would not be an upgrade, just a change, since in October we were assigned a 3rd floor room(great) at this same hotel, booked through the same 3rd party. Now it's really off season. There were so many available empty rooms. Also I am a Marriott rewards member since 2008, even though I didn't book through them--it would have been easy and courteous to change my room.

Hotel was clean, view was great and staff was pleasant. The only issue we had was folks in rooms next to us and below is smoking on the balcony, which is not permitted according to sticker on the balcony sliding door. We had our door cracked at night to listen to the ocean and at about 12:15 am, the person below and to the left of us was smoking a joint. I woke up to our entire room smelling of pot. I closed the door and reopened it at about 6:00 am and at 7:00 am he was smoking another joint! The lady in the room next to us was smoking cigarettes on her balcony so needless to say, we didn’t get to use our balcony much. It was off season so it’s a shame that they cant spread out the guests a bit so you’re not all on top of each other. In retrospect, I should have called the front desk about the issue, although we mentioned it to the front desk staff when we left.

We had oceanfront rooms on the second floor. The hotel seems recently renovated; everything works and looks nice. The balcony was great for sunrise, ocean and people watching! The hotel is very well designed, although confusing at first. The first floor is all parking except the small entrance area, which offers stairs and an elevator to the third floor which is the front desk and all common amenities, including a lot of seating areas, an office/business area, indoor heated pool and a small gym. Customer rooms are on the second, fourth and fifth floors. Don't worry there is plenty of parking despite the oceanfront location. Under the hotel is for normal size vehicles. But if you've got a monster SUV or large pickup, it will not fit. There is a Marriott lot across the street with plenty of room. Also, the location on the boardwalk was excellent. On Fifteenth Street, it is close enough to walk to everything, but still a few blocks away from the crowds and noise. It is the closest upscale hotel to the main action area. We loved it and will return to this place next time we go to O.C.

Incredible location! We loved our stay at the Courtyard in Ocean City. The hotel sits right at the boardwalk/ocean front and many of the rooms have balconies with an ocean view which was incredible, esp. at sunrise. The room was nice; front desk staff was helpful. Parking is free under the building (or across the street if the hotel is busy). There is a restaurant and bar which looked pretty great. No complimentary breakfast. The only disappointment was the "conversation pit" which is something that looks like a hot tub but is the same temperate as the pool "by design". After a cool evening on the beach, that was a bit of a disappointment, but other than that, a great stay!
