After long day traveling, we were amazed by how friendly our front desk clerk was to welcome us. He even went to the trouble of escorting us to the room and explained the lay out of the room. When we came to the club house to got unlimited complementary snack and drink, again we were impressed with the service and the foods. Kay, Aem and Prang did an amazing job with their service. The view from club lounge in 36th floor is spectacular. Definitely we will come back here again

A spacious room, a large bathroom, and a stunning river view—my room was on the 30th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast offered a great variety, and enjoying a meal while overlooking the wide river was a wonderful experience. The complimentary shuttle boat service also made it an excellent choice for a sightseeing hotel. One highlight I must mention is Hana, who welcomed us upon arrival. She was truly the highlight of this trip. Her kindness and smile always made us happy and lifted our spirits whenever we passed through the lobby. The rooftop bar, restaurants, and massage shop she recommended were all fantastic. What amazed us the most was how she informed a restaurant about our special occasion and even arranged a cake for us. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. I sincerely appreciate this hotel for making our trip such a beautiful memory.

This is a first-class hotel experience. Our room is huge and includes an unexpected kitchen with small fridge, microwave and 2 burners. There are dishes and cutlery, not that I’ll ever cook but someone might want to haha. We have a balcony and the bathroom is luxurious. There are so many choices on the breakfast buffet, you could easily eat something different every day. The pool on the 6th floor overlooks the river and there seems to always be plenty of loungers. The Chatrium offers a shuttle boat to a nearby pier where you can explore another area of Bangkok. There are great restaurants nearby the hotel. We loved Kurissara which is easily walkable and reasonable too. Also walkable is Asiatique for a fun, carnival atmosphere that includes shopping, bars and restaurants on the river. Many river cruises also leave from here. Overall, this is a luxury hotel in a great area with many amenities where we would choose to stay again.

We stayed at the Chatrium Riverside for three nights, arriving on February 11th, we really appreciated being upgraded to a river-view suite. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped. The highlight was undoubtedly the balcony, offering breathtaking views of the Chao Phraya River. Each evening we watched the boats pass by, with the colourful and lively party boats being especially entertaining. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city. Their excellent shuttle boat service makes it easy to reach Central Pier, where you can connect to the Skytrain or river ferries. On our first evening, we walked to the Asiatique Riverfront to experience the night market. During the next two days, we used the shuttle boat and public transport to visit Bangkok's temples and other attractions. Breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, featuring both Thai and European options— they even had bread and butter pudding! We also enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool and appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi throughout our stay. One tip: if you plan to spend time outside in the evenings, bring insect repellent. Overall, our stay at the Chatrium Riverside was a delightful experience, and we highly recommend it as a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Bangkok.

Very easy check in and check out, we stayed in a one bedroom suite over looking the river with a balcony which was perfect.A special thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable whose names are too many to recall, thank you again. Great hotel in a fairly central location. We booked a riverside suite and had a great view of the very busy river. We really enjoyed sitting 28 floors up on our balcony each evening overlooking the river which isn't possible in a lot of the hotels. The room was immaculate, with an amazingly comfortable bed and it was good to have a fridge for water and also a few beers from the nearby 7-11. The boat to Sathorn Pier is handy and we used this most days. As well as breakfast (which was included) we had a lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was very good and reasonably priced.

Hotel is great and comfortable. We got an amazing room with a view to the river. Great selection at breakfast. We enjoyed chilling at the pool in the afternoon when it got really hot. Gibsy served us at the pool. She was great always happy and helpful.

Fabulous hotel on the river, brilliant staff great pool , huge room with all facilities I booked an extra night for the end of my stay. Little mall at the entrance with Starbucks ,Chinese food, burgers 7.11 massage place was £15 well worth it.

Chatrium is one of the best hotels I have ever been - fancy, luxury, modern, and very comfortable sitting on the riverbank. We stayed in an apartment - modern, very well furnished and equipped, with amazing view over the river. Beds are enormous and cozy. The hotel offers a complementary boat for a short river trip. The pool is rooftop on the 6th floor where you can enjoy signature cocktails while watching the sunset. Breakfast was opulent. And the staff was amazing . We had an accident, my wife broke her leg before that and the staff was so helpful, empathic and supportive. They found a wheelchair for her and everything we needed during our stay. Choose this hotel and you won't regret it!

I’ve stayed at many riverside hotels in Bangkok, but Chatrium Hotel truly stands out as the best 5-star experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room to a stunning River View Suite. When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised to find it beautifully decorated such a thoughtful touch! We had dinner at the River Barge restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. I had planned a surprise for my fiancée’s birthday, and Khun Emmy went above and beyond to help me organize everything. From a complimentary birthday cake to the overall arrangement, she made the evening truly special for us. Huge thanks to her for the incredible support! Also, a big thank you to Khun Maprang and Khun Sale for their wonderful support during dinner their attentiveness made the experience even more memorable. We are beyond happy with our decision to celebrate this special day at Chatrium Hotel. Thank you once again for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel staff for their exceptional coordination and overall willingness to support hotel guests in the most unpredictable times, even during an earthquake. Special thanks to Thanin Meenak (Mike), his personal support solved all our questions and needs. He is a hotel manager, which is what a 5-star hotel should have. Thank you. We were impatient and very intrusive. This hotel was difficult to choose, since there are many offers that meet our requirements in Bangkok. But the sixth floor, where the pool is located, is completely satisfied with the panoramic view from it, when you lie on a sun lounger. The hotel has everything, and most importantly - the space that the rooms provide! They are incredibly large and almost all have an outstanding view of the river. The presence of another high-rise hotel nearby can upset only residents of floors 7-10, and these are all a few rooms. There is parking! If you rent a car, it is very convenient. The breakfasts are outstanding. They cook noodles and scrambled eggs for you personally, there is a wide choice of everything. The room had both a shower and a bath, but as I already understood, it is impossible to find a convenient water tap in Thailand. Daily cleaning and water. Free minibar. The location is amazing, all the sights can be reached by water. The hotel has its own boat to deliver guests to the central pier, from where you can visit almost all of Bangkok without traffic jams (on another boat or by metro). Taxi in the city is not a very good idea, there are a lot of traffic jams, tuk-tuk is a complete disappointment, the prices are twice as high as taxis. When you sit at a table outside for breakfast, there may be birds, watch your plates. The tap for the bath looked

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Chatrium Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a huge king room with lounge and kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was fantastic and it was great to watch the boats pass by in the evening. There were even fireworks on our last night! The pool was lovely with fabulous views of the river. We had breakfast included and it was wonderful- a huge selection of foods to choose from and all very tasty. We would definitely recommend staying and would visit again.

Chatrium Riverside is an excellent choice to stay in Bangkok. Very cool, great hospitality, professional staff and service. One of the nicest receptionist was beautiful Cha Cha, exceptionally nice, efficient, polite and good willing, Breakfast with great selection options. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay, as usual. The one bedroom corner suites are probably my favourite rooms in all of Bangkok and this includes The Shangri La, Lebua, Peninsula, Anantara Riverside to name a few. We were in a crisis situation as Heathrow airport was closed due to a fire in the area and so our flight got cancelled. But no problem here: the wonderfully friendly and professional Meen managed to secure us a great room which made my wife feel relaxed and certainly calmed her nerves after a very worrying morning. I can't thank that lovely young man enough; everything he did and said was in a calm and efficient manner and always with a smile. This man is a rising star in the hospitality industry. Thank you Meen and I wish you all the best for the future. We will definitely be visiting Chatrium Riverside again.

The hotel is excellent and the location is amazing. We booked 4 nights in the hotel. The first 3 nights we suffered from smells in the room from the bathroom and sometimes from the spirit of a cigarette smoker. After that, we informed them and they told us that the room on the upper floor was better. In general, it is an excellent hotel. Their breakfast is excellent. I hope that they always maintain the rooms and air conditioners so that it remains the best 5-star hotel for us in Bangkok. I will come back to you again and thank you very much 🙏👍🥰

We are currently staying at the hotel which is wonderful anyway, but tonight we visited the Sky Bar and the staff were amazing so we just had to write this review. The storm came and the power went out just as we were about to leave for drinks...so we stayed in the hotel and went up to the 36th floor. Straight away the staff were so welcoming, we got a free birthday champagne each as we have a birthday in May and June, and had such fabulous polite service that we are coming back later in the week for more pre-drinks. Had one of the best cocktails ever so definitely having it again!

We had an amazing time staying at Chatrium Riverside Bangkok overall. Their service exceeded our expectations. Pros: The hotel room is spacious. It has a small kitchen with stove and microwave which is convenient. We chose to dine outside but it's still handy to have. We booked the room with river facing. The scene of Chao Phraya River is great that we can watch it from our balcony. Their boat service runs every 30mins to sathorn pier which will get us BTS or hop on/ hop off boat . The room service is great. They try to make all customers happy and try their best to solve the issue. Our bed is comfortable and spacious. The buffet breakfast adds extra value of our staying. It has large variety of Asian and European style breakfast. There are a few shops including massage, barber, 7/11, food and drinks nearby. Cons: not close to the big shopping malls.almost 20mins walk to BTS. Latest boat is 9.30pm. If you come back late will need find alternative way back. We found it not hard to catch a taxi, 140B from terminal21 to the hotel is very reasonable. Well, we chose the view so we're happy with the transportation. Overall, we're happy with price and overall service. I hope to come back again.

Our (upgraded at no cost) room was incredible and the staff could not be more attentive to your needs. The infinity swimming pool is huge and its bar food and service excellent. Breakfast options are infinite and you need to go to the 36th floor for a fabulous cocktail and amazing view. Special mention to Toey Ty who got us checked in early and upgraded. Would come back here in an instant, highly recommended.
