This was our first stop on our first Thailand adventure! The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were stunning (we had a view of the city and pool, and the gym was by far the nicest hotel gym we had ever used! We stayed here to help beat the jet lag so we were only staying two nights. With it being our first time in Bangkok we needed some assistance contacting our next resort to book a long tail boat transfer. We were having issues calling them, so we went down to the concierge desk and met Title. Not only was he extremely helpful by calling the resort to book the boat transfer, but he was so kind and helped translate what we needed, gave us tips about Bangkok- what to see, how to get there and how much to spend on a taxi. He even shared his what’s app contact information with us and told us to message him should we need anything during our stay in Thailand! 🥹 Even after checking out of the hotel he messaged us to make sure we made it to our next destination safely. Although we met other locals prior to him, he has left an ever lasting impression on us. We for sure - without a doubt, would go back and stay at this hotel again simply because of Title! The hotel and staff were amazing and exceeded our expectations. One of the best hotels in Bangkok. Superb experience. The lounge and breakfast were impressive and there were a lot of options and facilities. I will definitely return again.

The old saying is you never go home again, but that nicely doesn't apply here! After a wonderful stay in 2024, we decided to stay here again for a week at the tail end of February 2025 and first few days of March 2025. As usual, the staff were always top notch. Everyone we meet always snaps to attention and ready to help in a friendly manner, and they always try their best for us. It was especially nice to see Khun Phun and Khun Mai (Rungrat) again who also helped us in 2024 - they also remembered us after some reminding, which is sweet. The hotel is immaculately well-kept, and the gym and pool on the 10th floor are wonderful. In fact, the hotel is well-located facing the always busy Sukhumvit Road, but you definitely won't hear road noises here. The hotel is a 4-5 minute walk away from Asok BTS/Sukhumvit MRT station as well as a bunch of malls on both sides. This hotel charges a premium but I can understand why. We both loved out stay in 2024, and quite a rarity for us we had an equally lovely stay in 2025. Highly recommended PS: There is a Prime Burger within walking distance just 2 minutes left to the hotel's exit that's worth a try too!

Hotel is so clean and swimming pool is so large so we can enjoy swimming everyday. All people in the hotel are so kind (especially Mr. First) we fully feel comfortable at the hotel. Pls do not hesitate to choice Calton hotel when you visit Bangkok!

We opted for a Club room which is not only great value for money but is somewhere where you’re looked after and thoroughly spoiled by the Club ladies - Immy, Nene, Nicha, Baiwan, Dew and last but not least the most charming and lovely Nat. If you want somewhere just that little bit special then look no further than the Carlton.

The Cartlon was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in! It was the first time my wife and I have been to Bangkok and the Carlton made our stay. We booked the Carlton Room which came with a free buffet breakfast, evening drinks and appetizers, and a 3pm checkout-- plus more! It was well worth the upgrade. The hotel and accomodations were pristine! The customer service was impeccable. The food was tasty! The location was phenomenal and close to the subway and monorail which was our main choice for travel to temples and malls. If your lucky enough to meet Title, one of the concierges, he will not disappoint you and is super helpful! All in all The Carlton is top tier and 10/10 - I recommend!

Just wrapping up 6 nights at this amazing property. After visiting 87 countries we know a great hotel when we stay in one, especially if you’re on one of the club floors. From the cleanliness, incredible breakfasts and abundant amenities of the suites to the incredibly attentive and well trained staff you will not stay in a better hotel in Bangkok for the value. The Carlton is definitely our goto property when we visit this iconic city. Kudos to GM, Mark Bulmer and a few of his amazing staff who made our stay very special: Eric, Immy, Wan, Nut and Am. Eric, who helped out with our checkout, was very kind and informative. He helped us stay comfortable til the flight back, which was really late. All the staff members were professional and very nice. The hotel is located near the central city, lots of massage and delicious food places (the empshere is very fun to watch). We would definitely go back when we revisit bangkok.

Absolutely supurb stay! Gorgeous, modern, chic and stylish hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable and also quiet. We stayed in a club room which was well worth the extra cost for facilities such as breakfast included ( which was excellent) and the club lounge. The lounge was easly the best I've ever been to. All the staff were lovely from the smiling door men to the lounge staff ( we loved Eric, who was incredibly sweet) . This is also in a great location for the underground trains and sky trains.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough! My husband and I were stranded at the airport for five hours due to an earthquake. When we called the Hilton—where we had a six-day reservation—they refused to help arrange a car or taxi for us. Desperate, I reached out to this hotel, even though we didn’t have a booking. Nuam answered the call, and within just 20 minutes, he secured a taxi to take us to our hotel—despite the fact we weren’t even staying there! His kindness and quick thinking were incredible. Because of his exceptional service, I’d definitely cancel my Hilton reservation in a heartbeat to stay here instead. Nuam, thank you so much—you truly saved our trip!
