This trip was a dream come true for us . It was a much anticipated 30th anniversary trip . The resort felt so Luxurious yet made us feel welcome and right at home at the same time . The architecture and layout of the resort was perfect , the view is stunning . Our suite was amazing , spacious, clean , and made us feel completely spoiled ! The balcony was our favorite place to relax . We very much enjoyed the pool overlooking the water and mountains . The lounge chairs were comfortable, plenty of fresh towel and very attentive staff. The meals were always top notch and they accommodated many of our special requests. One server Devin, really made our meals special , his friendly demeanor helped us enjoy our meal time , in particular our dinner on Rock Maison which was beautiful and such a unique experience for us . Our vow renewal was assisted by Janin and she was just a joy to work with . Very down to earth and friendly. She made sure we got just what we wanted. We had a lovely view near the gazebo and our photographs by Louise are beautiful. We couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out ! We took several excursions that were planned out perfectly. We really enjoyed our boat tour and our departure helicopter trip was a highlight of our trip . Several of the staff made such a positive impression on us - Stacy assisted with the surprise part of our vow renewal and she was such a wonderful person to have a conversation with later in the evening, she is really an asset to the resort . Terry was a friendly , welcoming presence when we first arrived and throughout our stay . Bob was so helpful and pleasant to speak with down at The Naked Fisherman, we really enjoyed the laughs . Taddy and Septima were wonderful servers as well , they really went above and beyond ! We hope to be able to make a return trip someday , as it would be difficult to top this perfection anywhere else !

Our five-night stay in mid-February at Cap Maison was fabulous. It was our third visit in three years and we were just as impressed on this stay as we were the first one. The cleanliness, attention to detail, service with a smile, and the outstanding food, which are the hallmarks of Cap Maison, were all present throughout our stay. Our Valentine’s Day dinner at The Cliff was one of the finest meals ever. Exquisite would seem to be an appropriate term. It is a unique, laid-back atmosphere, but an incredibly relaxing and beautiful environment. The food at both The Naked Fisherman and The Cliff is outstanding. Breakfast in the morning is one of my favorite things. Sitting there looking over the Caribbean Sea with the light breeze and selecting from an amazing array of menu items is nothing short of wonderful. While the relaxed atmosphere may not be what everyone is looking for, it is an absolutely amazing place to escape, relax, be pampered (spa is great too), and get away from it all. The small boutique model seems uncrowded, quiet and secluded. Beautiful landscaping gives an added sense of privacy. We are already planning our next visit. Tricia is great with reservations and making sure you have what you want and need and Ross, as manager, wants every guest to be happy. Five stars in every category.

This truly is a place of jaw dropping beauty with world class service with a smile. What made it even better is we got upgraded to a suite with a pool for half our stay. We were on a half board package which helped us enjoy the fantastic and varied food. The seafood in particular was very enjoyable. The breakfasts are also a feast and the choice was incredible. The beach was a great place to relax and always managed to get a bed, but what I would say is don’t leave it too late to get a bed of choice as it gets busy. I also thought it a little disappointing that a 5 star of this quality doesn’t have a private beach and it does get busy with visitors especially at the weekend. This was a great place to stay, but please pay attention to the little things. The ac in our room wasn’t working and the toilet also had a leak. I would expect these types of things to be monitored and corrected before a room is occupied. Also on our final night there was a valentines menu and on arrival I was shocked to see there was $50 extra charge per guest, despite being on a half board package. There had been no warning of this and being a resort on Valentine’s Day it was impossible to venture elsewhere. To be fair when I complained they removed the charge, but in my mind should never have been there in the first place. This is an exceptional hotel but please pay attention to the small points in future

After a very underwhelming trip to St Kitts last year, we hoped that St Lucia would restore our faith in the Caribbean for winter sun and it certainly did! For the first time ever we stayed at Cap Maison for an entire week. As my husband quoted , “it was a beautiful and moving experience”! We had a nice villa near the courtyard pool where we had stayed before so we felt very much at home… air con in the bedroom worked well and the sitting room was cool with a nice breeze. It was spotlessly clean too. We had just come from a resort that had a nasty bug going around so the constant wiping down of surfaces in the public areas using spray plus individual antibacterial handsprays provided for the use of the guests was very reassuring . . We made full use of those! Fortunately the “lurgy” had not made it to the hotel so many happy families socialising and a great atmosphere particularly during the Managers Cocktail party where the GM and senior staff were present and there was a fun duo playing at the entrance to the Cliff. Generous drinks and lethal rum punch on offer . Due to room availability and Owners being in residence, we had to move a few times but this was well handled by Lee and his colleagues - keeping our “transfer times” to a minimum. To my amusement we had the welcome rum punches in each one we were transferred to - with nutmeg this time :/) Thank you Roger! All the staff made us feel very welcome. It would be quite a roll call to list them here but great to see so many familiar faces, some of whom were new to the resort a few years ago and well established now. It was interesting ~for me to see how the hotel coped when full. The “Relais Chateaux status” effect? It was very busy on the Saturday night at the Cliff but great atmosphere and lovely to hear Rob Zi entertaining everyone. Thanks Rob for his great version of “Sway” towards the end of that evening which he dedicated to my husband and me - and Krista’s wonderful singing. People got up and danced… so he played a few more numbers… and they still danced! We saw Rob and Krista the next day too when they entertained at the Naked Fisherman. The new roof there is a great improvement and keeps the rain off effectively. One night at the Cliff I had the sea bream with fingerling potatoes and veg. Tasted very fresh and served hot. My Reef fish at the Naked Fisherman also v good (no bones) as were the seafood chowders, especially at the Cliff at lunchtime. Definitely a favourite as were the shrimp clear spring rolls and the mahi mahi dish which was recommended to me. Breakfasts were good and I fell in love with the small creole bread rolls served in the evening. I now have the full recipe so will be trying it at home. Marmalade, the restaurant cat, would stalk our table and sit down politely waiting for tidbits. He does not like marmite but ate everything else. All wines good bar one which we bought in the shop but it was quickly replaced. Beach service very efficient and I spent one great day with a beach chair and umbrella in the shade, and took out the hobie cat in quite squally weather with Dunstan looking after me. Keeshay also stood in the sea at one point for some time keeping an eye on the guests on a very windy day and personally helping me out of the water. He did this with some other guests too. I didn’t like the snorkels provided (so used my own) but the masks were excellent and of high quality… On the last day the breakfast juice was Sorrel. The staff did not know this was my favourite juice and I make it myself when I can get fresh Sorrel. So that made me very happy. Checkout was efficient and bills accurate. Our Taxi driver, Paul, took us down to the South of the island to the Soufriere area. Lots of milling on the road half of which was done and half not. Rough surfaces, potholes and a very steep hill at the end of our journey.. He drove very carefully and has a charming sense of humour. He made our long drive and absolute pleasure. We would certainly use him again. Thanks to Ross, Robinson, Harvey, Gracie, and the entire team for a wonderful stay. Our first time staying an entire week but not our last. I will have to start saving for our next stay..

We have had an exceptional experience at Cap Maison. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and the top service remained for the whole of our stay. All the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I could mention many of them but would particularly like to mention Nella who served drinks at breakfast and at the poolside, always with a ready smile. We had a few snatched conversations by the pool and Nella showed herself to be thoughtful, perceptive and highly intelligent. A huge thank you to everyone at this very special and beautiful resort for giving us a holiday of a lifetime which was much needed after a sad bereavement.

My wife and I stayed at Cap Maison the first week of March 2025. We stayed in unit 44, which is a condo-like unit with 1BR/1.5BA, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, large living room a rooftop pool and large lounging area with full-size dining table/chairs, and two additional outdoor patio areas (one with some loungers outside the BR and one with a breakfast table and living area outside the living room). Pros: - Views of the Caribbean Sea from the unit and the resort are unbeatable. - Service is top-notch. Anything we asked for was provided. - The semi-private beach was a nice touch. Some complain about the 92 stairs leading down to it, but I thought that was a plus as it provided a unique beach venue. - Food at both the Naked Fisherman (located down at the beach) and the Cliff (located on the main resort) were both really good, but had some issues (e.g. the oil that our fries were cooked in at the Naked Fisherman was clearly old and needed changing. Anything other than seafood will been hit or miss (except for the short rib at the Cliff, which was excellent the two times we ordered it). - Room service for breakfast was consistently fresh and delivered on-time. Cons: - The unit was in need of some repairs. Nothing major or off-putting, but things like bathroom sinks being discolored from use, bathroom faucet having been repaired but not really (crooked, mortar not set correctly), blinds not working well in some windows, kitchen cabinets not closing/opening properly, etc. - We ran out of hot water on multiple occasions, so we had to space our showers to "slow" times of the day. - No hot-tubs or warming option for the rooftop pool. Notes (just an FYI.. not resort feedback): - Pools were COLD. If anyone on the resort tried to get in them, they got right back out. Probably a time-of-year thing. - Limited "things to do" on resort other than beach and pools. No issues for us (it's what we wanted) but if you are looking for lively activities, this is not the place. - There is an all-inclusive option, but about half of the non-breakfast food items had an up-charge (indicated by a * or ** or *** on the menu depending on the level of up-charge). Most/all premium spirits were not included in the all-inclusive. I wasn't aware of the upcharges on the menu/drinks ahead of time, or I might have chosen pay-as-you-go.

To start, the Villa was blown away, gorgeous. It set the beginning of our trip off to a great start. The people were really friendly. Granted, most Caribbean island natives are very friendly to tourists since it’s basically their main form of income, but they seemed a little bit more genuine. The main restaurant, The Cliff, not only has spectacular views, but the food is really, really great. The chef definitely knows his stuff! Very tasty, healthy (or not) with a really great variety. The pool was beautiful and comfortable, and the idea that there were not that many people at the resort made it lovely. No cramping, crowding or loud noise and never a problem getting a great couple of chairs. The beach, while being small, was also very beautiful. For the most part, they do their best at trying to make it more of a private beach however, there are no private beaches on the island so they can only do so much. The Naked Fisherman at the beach was definitely good food. And while people say the steps down to the beach and back up from the beach are not a big deal, they really aren’t if you’re in pretty decent shape. However, I’m in pretty decent shape and going up after lying on the beach I was a bit winded and coming back down for dinner on the same night and back up the steps after drinking and eating probably wasn’t the best choice. We had made reservations at The Gazebo and The Rock not knowing that they were offshoots of The Cliff in just different settings. While I’m sure they’re wonderful and private, we liked the atmosphere of The Cliff itself with other people, terrific music (the piano player/ singer guy was better than most that play at The Carlisle; really good!) so we felt no need to splurge on the additional remote locations. We definitely weren’t on a budget and weren’t looking to cut corners. We opted for the non-all inclusive since we’re just not huge eaters or drinkers. The breakfast was so delicious and complementary and you could order anything. And we did. And by the time we finished we really weren’t hungry for lunch. For dinner, basically what we each had every night was an entree, a salad and we shared a dessert …with two drinks each. Top shelf drinks were additional on the all inclusive so I think we made the right choice. We were only there for five days and four nights. And being that the resort is two hours away from the airport and the flight takes about three hours, so the first day and the last day were pretty much travel days. That’s the only catch to traveling to St. Lucia. The airport is very far away from the resorts. That’s to be expected because of the geography of the island. And it’s the geography of the island that makes the place so remote and beautiful. But you need to travel a distance to most resorts. CapMaison is at the southern tip of the island, therefore it’s furthest from the airport. So if you can make your travel from and back to the airport more of a sightseeing day, then maybe it won’t be as taxing. It’s very cool being at the tip of the island where the Atlantic meets the Carribean and once you’re there, it’s phenomenal. We took the ferry to the resort from the airport and the views were beautiful and we took a private taxi on the way back. So we did get to see the resort from the Caribbean side on the water Atlantic side in a taxi. For the most part, both were great options for sightseeing,.. Our taxi driver, Kimbert 1 (758) 489-1976 was noteworthy awesome. So sweet and so informative. He was savvy enough to get in touch with us to let us know we would need to leave a little earlier on Friday because it’s when the cruise boats come in, therefore we would need to take a more local route to avoid hitting the tourist traffic. It was cool. We saw some of his friends as he honked and waved. So it was really like a nice sightseeing day. Private taxi with air conditioning. And quite nice…for the first hour/ hour and a half. So the transportation to and from the hotel is definitely long and after the first hour or an hour and a half you may wanna die, but that’s the trade-off to get to a really beautiful place! Note, the hotel could definitely use a better gym. The equipment was old and rusty. It would also have been nice to have a bar with appetizers that opened at around 4 PM. But overall, this place is really beautiful. The food is delicious. And our Villa was stunning. I loved hearing the crickets and the birds at night (even through the air-conditioning and the closed doors) It’s like being in the amazon jungle. I did see someone once said there was a problem with mosquitoes. We had no problem with mosquitos or any bugs. They had mosquito repellent everywhere for you to usebut we really didn’t need it, so I think they took care of it. When you wake up and open your doors, the little love birds come right up to you. There’s really no need to go off the resort if you’re there for a shorter time. I would think if you were there longer, you would want to venture out. Definitely a great trip! And we will go back!!

Excellence- that's the only way to describe the experience at Cap Maison. We, two couples in their 60's, spent 4 nights here at an Ocean Front Villa with a room top plunge pool. From the first email to the concierge to check out, everything was seamless and always done with a smile. The room and space was breathtaking over looking the ocean and the cliffs. We had plenty of space in both of our ensuite bedrooms, kitchen, living space- both in and outdoors. Coffee in the morning on the covered porch to the cocktails on the roof sitting in our private pool. We had them arrange for a pick up at the airport and for a boat ride to our next resort. The meals and drinks at their onsite restaurants was top shelf. We opted for the all inclusive which provided us with 3 three course meals every day. The 10% tax and 10% service fee was included in our prepaid package. There was something on the menu for everyone, from fresh fish to gluten free options. The only regret is having to leave. So glad that we made the choice to come here and will certainly return

The suite was well equipped, including a full cocktail making kit and all the bottles you could need for a perfect sundowner. The bed was super comfortable and with loads of different spaces to relax. We had only planned to stay a night, but it was so nice we asked for another night, which the hotel quickly accommodated in a different room. While not an amazing suite, the room was also lovely and clean, well equipped, with seating space inside and out. Our two nights felt a lot longer. Perfect mini-break - thanks to all.

Oh, what an amazing resort Cap Maison is! My wife and I looked forward to our second visit there, but we were somewhat anxious since we had been here before many years ago, and thought maybe it will have lost some luster over time. Sometimes when you have a great experience once, the second time isn't as good...possibly because you had experienced things anew, the unfamiliar can offer unexpected surprises; or maybe we simply play things up in our memory more than we should. I can tell you that once again though, we were simply blown away by Cap Maison! Yes, the resort is still singularly gorgeous, yes the venue for dining is spectacular, yes, the private roof top pool and huge villa rooms are comfortable and they boast great views...but the very best amenity they have are the amazing staff who work there, and the attention to detail they all extend to everyone. From the beautiful Deverney, their helpful concierge, to Julian and staff at the spa, to Tyler and Darrell at the cliff restaurant, to Bob, the helpful and attentive beach server, and Robert the knowledgeable and friendly Sommelier...even the thorough house cleaning staff...I wish I could list them all! Wow! Always a yes, always a "how can I assist?", never without a smile or open greeting. I truly don't know how they do it...but the entire staff is a collective family who can't wait to embrace you as one of their own. Don't miss dining one night on the small island Rock platform in the middle of the sea, or an intimate and very fun private roof top Barb-q, or the private gazebo breakfast on the cliff, or the tasty wine tasting in the Cellar. The intimate spa lesson experience for couples is so fun, as we learned how to make each other relax with new skills as we learned about the science behind the mechanics of a massage. Do you appreciate a talented bartender who remembers how you prefer your drink? You are covered here! This is the perfect romantic intimate getaway spot for a quiet, intimate, spectacularly luxurious experience. There are other great resorts on this West Indies island of St. Lucia, but I can tell you that Jade Mountain or Anse Chastenet are TWICE the cost as the Cap, and they offer a less personalized relaxing romantically unique experience. If an all inclusive experience is what you are after...The Cap Maison has a package for that here too...but on a scale that Sandals could only dream to provide. Having been married for over thirty years, we know that more than a spark can be found at the Cap; so if you want to bring back the fire of your honeymoon back, just book yourself a trip here as a Christmas present to reward each other...you simply can't do better than this! Sincerely, Charles & Jeanne There are many places we have been in this world, but I can tell you that as far as 5 star resorts go, this one should be on your bucket list for sure.

This place is simply amazing! A peaceful and tranquil resort that feels like a Spanish villa getaway in tropical paradise. We were originally staying at a different resort nearby, with our wedding scheduled, and decided to leave. This place was exactly what we needed. They were so helpful, accommodating, and friendly. I'm terrible with names but everyone at the front desk was amazing (I recall Darnell). The food was delicious and we did the all inclusive. Naked Fisherman and The Cliff were both delicious. We never had anything we didn't love. Kasia was amazing at The Cliff. Sasha was awesome at Naked Fisherman. Janin pulled off our wedding in only a few days and was awesome. Taddy was our server for the wedding and she was amazing and friendly. I can't say enough positive things about Cap Maison. Everyone there was like family and we do plan to go back. Do yourself a favor and book your next stay at Cap Maison. I promise you won't regret it. The best trip my wife and I have ever taken.

One of the most luxurious and wonderful vacations we've ever had. Our room was spectacular- with a rooftop pool and deck. The staff went over-the-top to insure every bit of our stay was perfect. Meals at the 2 restaurants were delicious, and the views and atmosphere were special. Nice fitness room-- kept clean and well-stocked with all the little extras. The beach was wonderful-- well equipped with snorkeling gear, kayaks, noodles, and much more. The hotel arranged some fun activities for us: hiking, fishing, and the Friday night jump up in town. The best part of our stay-- the fact that this is a small, boutique hotel- the staff gets to know you, and they go the extra mile to see that you are happy and kept happy. It seems easy for everyone who worked there, because they were the happiest people we've ever met. Very special vibe. Thank you, Cap Maison for an amazing Saint Lucia vacation. We hope to be back!
