From start to finish this was a fantastic stay with beautiful facilities and lovely staff. We were upgraded into a beautiful suite and had caring attention from all staff in every part of the hotel. The food at breakfast was superb (unbelievable choice) and when we ate around the pool or on the Roof bar this was also excellent. Any enquiries were dealt with by Amarin and Ball, who were equally brilliant and have a great local knowledge.

We simply love returning to this Marriott property. We were here a couple of times in 2023 and can say that 2 years later everything is as great as it was before. Amarin is an absolute stellar concierge who is there anticipating needs of guests.

Beautiful and well-kept hotel, as you would expect from a Marriott. The staff is courteous and very friendly. The small pool area was not too crowded during our stay and the staff make every effort to ensure that the bad habit of people reserving their sun loungers does not get away with it. After a lounger has not been used for a while, the towels are simply removed. And that is very positive. The Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel is highly recommended, absolutely top . All in all, a very successful stay and I would go back anytime.

Roof top （ deck 18）is an oasis with infinity pool, good for watching evening sunset , food menu is good, gym and children area are on the same floor. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous. Lunch looks good, we couldn't get in without reservation,fully booked yesterday. Will definitely stay here again.

We are here for one week. And having the best service from start till now. Staffs are so attentive, work as a team and have good English skills that we found handy. Amarin the chief concierge helped booked our wonderful private tour guide to the Grand Palace and floating market. Location of the hotel is great. Accessible to markets and restaurants all within 20mins taxi/Grab/TukTuk but quiet being away from the crowded areas. The room is spacious and bright, the infinity pool and roof top are beautiful, while amenities are plenty. We have our daily breakfast in the hotel which is a buffet with plenty of ethnic options while explode and ate outside during lunch/dinner. Price of the hotel and breakfast are reasonable for what they provide.

The breakfast, Japanese restaurant kissuisan and spa are very good! We tried both facial and massage as couples. Nice interior that you can feel the Thai vibe without going out. Rooms are quiet, bathtub is excellent. Helpful and smiling staff.

Marriott Bangkok the Sarowongse: After staying for 3 nights I had to write a review because they stand out in the Marriott collection. You are treated with an Orchid wrist lai and friendly staff take you bags. Check in was smooth even though we arrived at 10:20 am. We did not expect a room to be available at that time of the morning and it was not. We are Platinum lifetime members which was recognized and without asking, upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. We were guided up to the M club (executive lounge) to enjoy a quite setting and coffee. As we were relaxing from a 22hr flight we were contacted at 11:00 our room was ready! The room was clean, large and comfortable. Throughout our stay we found the staff always greeting us with smiles and asking if we needed anything. The food in the M Club was pretty good, better than most lounges and the evening cocktail event was nice after a day of exploring. We found the location great and if we could walked to several sites or to public transportation. I would rate this hotel one of the best Marriotts we have stayed at over the years and one I would highly recommend if you are coming to Bangkok.

Really nice hotel. Staff was very helpful. We were upgraded to a huge room, bigger than most apartments. Breakfast on Concierge level was excellent and evening food was even better. This hotel is not really close to a lot of tourist places, so plan on taxi, not walking.

Wow what a hotel! The staff are just amazing and can’t do enough to help. The rooms are fabulous and have everything you need plus a bit of luxury! I was blown away by the breakfast as it has the most international dishes that I have seen and it was all soo nice especially the mango sticky rice. The pool was great with an infinity pool and nice view. We had lunch there and that was gorgeous. The roof top bar was great with fabulous views of the city. It comes alive at night with music on and nice cocktails.

We are very happy and grateful to have been guests at the Marriott Surawongse. We felt very comfortable. The service was excellent, the staff (Jean) was very friendly, and the concierge service (Peace) organized a perfect trip to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and the Mae Klong Railway Market.

Receptionist was nice and very helpful. Always asking if we need anything. Very helpful with directions to places we wanted to visit. Nice hotel very clean. Nice restaurants. Our visit was short but we could come back for sure. Good times.m
