Absolutely lovely trip ! We have enjoyed our experience of the Atlantis royal thoroughly and although we have left to experience other things the hotel offers a full expert in house leaving you with no reason to leave with amazing restaurants such Heston blumentile and Ariana’s Persian kitchen . We have also had the joy of enjoying cocktails made by Jelo I the royal bar which where incomparable to any cocktails we have experienced elsewhere . Very attentive to our needs and providing a high quality to our experience!! Xoxo

A beautiful place with very friendly staff, from the cleaners to the personal butlers. Every time we come, there is a guy called Dushko who always remembers us and treats us like family. The food and the views are a cherry on top. Lovely place to be.

Been visiting Dubai most years for past 30 years, first with up to four children then as a couple and sometimes with friends. There not now many 5* hotels here we have not experienced in this time. The Royal was however one. We combined it with staying first at a tried and tested executive level room at another Palm hotel and spent the last part here in an executive level room. As with other executive level packages you get the advantage of the executive lounge and at the Royal a private sunbathing pool area serviced by Nobu. Service is excellent. The executive level food fare of high standard if a little more limited than we have come to expect. Of course the attraction for many in the bed and breakfast executive cover is that complimentary alcohol is an available throughout the day and evening. The rooms are not traditional but contemporary. We chose the ocean side only from experience that the music in many of these resorts can become intrusive on the beach facing side. The standard of room is first class and very attractive. This is very much a ‘I want to be seen’ hotel. Nothing wrong with that if you don’t mind the posing and Gucci fashion overstatements - fake or real. As with other later additions of hotel in Dubai there is again the shopping extravaganza marbled walkways past glittering shop frontages and an array of international restaurants. However the executive lounge itself (not its staff) did not hit the mark. It’s got a number of large tvs showing several sport games reminiscent of a sports bar. The corridor to the lounge situated on the lower floor is better presented than the lounge itself which decor wise is an anti climax. The dress code when we have been here is not enforced and though there is an adjacent area where parents with children can go - we found children of all ages in the adult lounge area most times of the evening and some guests dressed in old jeans or beach shorts or just plain shabby - many with flip flops or running shoes. In short a disappointment as the executive lounge experience here does not have that special feel that several of its close competitors have retained. In fact the entrance lobby to the hotel holds a greater wow factor that the executive level does not. We have reported this to management and we do commend the response which was an active concern shown to address the above issues - but we suspect it will be difficult to do so where guests have already been able to do as they wish - whatever the rules.

Fantastic service and amazing food. Ahmet was the perfect host and the best photographer! 5 stars easy! Beautiful scenes of the hotel matched the food and service. I would recommend it to everyone to come and visit and enjoy the superb buffet experience!

Epic dinner experience. Faran was super attentive and kept checking up on us all night. Definitely the best Buffett we’ve ever been too. There were lots of choice from many cuisines, our favourite was the fact you could have as many half lobsters as you wanted!

They don’t treat you like a VIP in the club but other than that, a near perfect stay.

Absolutely adore this place. Perfect spot for a cocktail while looking out at an amazing view. They also play great music. Tony and Sergam at the bar were awesome! Very attentive, lovely people, and also helped us with which sights to see we asked about. Highly recommend!

Just got back from an AMAZING stay at Atlantis The Royal Dubai. I just wanted to share how fantastic this hotel is ! The attention to detail to everything this hotel has to offer goes beyond expectations ! As soon as you step into the lobby of this hotel you will be WOWED !! Our room had an amazing view of the hotels fountain show & The Palm. The room was simply out of this world ! So spacious & full of luxury, even had gold toothbrushes in the vanity kit ! It was my Birthday holiday, which was made even more special by the bottle of bubbly, cakes & fruit let in our room. The restaurants & bars were fantastic. With a good range to suit all budgets. The Nobu beach club was very chilled & relaxing. We spent our last day at Cloud 22, a beach club in the clouds ! Which was just another level of luxury ! I highly recommend this hotel, it didn't disappoint ! Five stars from me !

It took our breath away from arriving and entering the hotel, the Royal lounge was excellent. Staff were helpful and polite. Nothing was too much and they went over and beyond for all guests. All the facilities were amazing. We enjoyed being by the pool and on the beach.

There is a reason i have placed average as my overall review score, and that is because the service does not live up to the star rating and the hype of this property. Now this is luxury hotel, that goes without saying, it is lavish, expansive, detailed, but lacks in quality of service. Reception arrival, professional and i nice touch of being shown to the room, not sure how that works when busy, but welcoming and professional to every level. The rooms, large, they are yes, well designed, nothing special as an opinion. All the amenities one needs, not really, had to order shower caps (wife), twice and every time we called the operator, 10 minutes was the response. Shower cap is a basic, and i believe 90% of women, use them. Product wise, good though, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner. Twin sink, tight taps (hot water), rain shower with plenty of space, good pressure, bath tub, everything one would expect. The bed, excellent, quality lines, comfortable pillows that swallow you up. The lighting system in the room, not so good, all these electrical gadgets in 2025. Night light would not switch off below both bed tables and in the bathroom, why have a switch for a night light when it cannot be controlled. Maintenance called at 0300-Hours, another 10-Minute response and could not do anything about it. Vanity area, wardrobe and general storage space, very good. Desk in the room, small couch and a balcony with a view, no complaints. The mini bar however was another question. This is a luxury property and it locks its mini bar based on a room deposit being paid, incredible, poor really. Anyway, ours did not work and had to call the maintenance again. You will notice how many times i have spoken to the maintenance team in thei stay of two days, way too many and it is problem after problem. Breakfast, way too commercial in my opinion and not offering high quality, more of a tourist brunch type style. Egg benedict, just not fresh at all, eggs were already prepared, hollandiese sauce too thick, ended up going downstairs to the coffee shop and having a proper coffee and breakfast. Shame really. Pool area, beach area, all locations of tranquility and relaxation. Now there is a pool on the 20 plus floor, which i believe is a collaboration with D&G, it is nice, amazing a better word, however, the charges just to sun bath, ridiculous, especially for guests who are checked into the hotel already. This is not about the money, this is out of pure principle. Restaurants, there are 16....... Would i stay again, probably not.

This is truly a “wow wow” resort! It's unique, with a wide variety of facilities and attractions — wonderful pools (especially Cloud 22, which is simply unbelievable), an amazing private beach, several high-end restaurants, a magical spa, and more. Nothing like you’ve ever seen before! We stayed there for two nights. The service was good, and our room was very nice and spacious, with a balcony and an ocean view. Breakfast is absolutely unbelievable. You can’t imagine how many different food stations there are — it takes at least an hour (if not more) to get through it all. One evening we had dinner at the Persian restaurant, Ariana’s — great food and excellent service. The next evening we dined at Ling Ling — fantastic food and superb service. The only thing that bothered us was how crowded the hotel was. Many people come from outside just to see the attractions or dine at the restaurants, and in my opinion, this takes away from the experience for hotel guests.

First time we’ve stayed at Royal Atlantis and had a wonderful experience. Room was spacious and clean, with an amazing view back towards the Dubai skyline. Spent all four days in Nobu on the Beach, the music, atmosphere and setting was perfect for us. Also ate in the restaurant there one evening and food and service were exceptional. Special thanks to Ben and Angelina for looking after us with some special touches. Booked a room with club lounge access which was definitely worth it. Good choice at breakfast with champagne on tap, and the food available throughout the day was top notch, including oysters on an evening and some of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever eaten. Staff were fantastic with special mention for Mark who went over and above to look after us every time we visited 🙌. Great food and vibe in Ling Ling as well. Will definitely stay at the hotel again as part of our next holiday in Dubai.

It’s as if every single aspect was carefully thought out to ensure total customer satisfaction. The rooms are extremely spacious. The only downside is the high cost of things around here, but I’ve never received this much value for my money.

We booked the royal club with a palm view. When we arrived we had to wait to check in because the lobby was so crowded. Our room wasn’t ready so we were shown to the royal club to get a shower etc and were told we could go to the pool opposite. The shower in the royal club was cold and the pool had no beds..when we got to our room we were waiting 3 hours for our luggage to arrive. The room was also a sea view not a palm view.

Great service from Ahmat with a T! Ahmat did everything to ensure we had a great brunch. Highly recommend the merguz, the hazelnut croissant, salmon poached eggs Benedict.. unreal lineup! Ahmat was Very attentive and great nature.. a great start to the day :)

We went to the Gastromony breakfast and Ahmet was the best waiter we could have asked for! His service and hospitality were second to none! The buffet food was so varied and all of it was first class. I couldn't recommend Ahmet and Gastromonony more.

This time the stay has been exceptional, the best, the staff have remembered who we are making our stay more personable! There have been 2 staff members that have really made an impact us! Kyle Smith from Guest Services who has organised everything, and helped us with anything we have needed - impeccable at his role, responds straight away. Literally on it. This service was the only thing missing at the Atlantis royal and you have the perfect person fulfilling this role ensuring all is smooth. Jetol (nobu by the beach) we have met Jetol a few times now and his dedication to his job and making guests feel welcome, relaxed and attending their needs is the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. He is deserves any awards, praised, recognition. When you see employees who actually love what they do and making guests happy this is a pleasure to see. We will be back.

Ahmet remembers us, and he already knows what we will order for drinks. He is very fast, we don’t need to wait for more then 60 seconds for anything. Ahmet in really the best! We will remember his kindness for the rest of our lives.

And that’s before you visit Cloud 22! an absolutely amazing pool and bar area which is not to be missed We would highly recommend the Royal club lounge where Ahmed was extremely helpful and informative along with the Malibu American themed restaurant especially if you are as interested in sport as you are good food We will be back

Summary I don’t usually take time to review hotels - but I’ve made an exception for this exceptional hotel. Third visit and already booked to come back later this year - this hotel is just out of this world. Stayed for 8 nights in May. The Royal is a huge and dominating hotel in appearance, but when you arrive, you are made to feel like an individual and really special. Every member of staff will go out of their way to ensure that your stay is memorable - nothing is too much trouble. The staff at The Royal is what truly sets this hotel apart from anywhere else - a special mention to Jetti, Amer, Singh, Simon and Rana from the Royal Club Longe, Gallini, Maria and Nour from Milos and Vincent from the Royal Pool. We simply can’t wait to return later this year. Our one piece of advice - don’t look elsewhere - book Atlantis The Royal and look forward to a simply amazing experience. Reception Always a place of activity - day or night. When you enter, the first thing you see is the huge water drop installation - it looks better in person than any photo you may have seen. Royal Club reception is to the left (as you enter) where you get a more personalised check-in experience. All the staff here are on hand to help and always very friendly and professional. Located in front of the Royal Club reception is the Concierge team who can make dinner reservations etc for you. Club lounge Located on the lower ground floor, a place to come and unwind. Open all day, you can have breakfast, afternoon tea and evening light bites. You can also have premium drinks here all day (including champagne) so the perfect place to take a break from the Dubai sunshine! We ate breakfast here daily - while there is less choice than Gastronomy, the selection is more than enough to satisfy any tastebuds and in a far more peaceful environment. There is a buffet where you can have breads, pastries, cakes, fruit, cold meats, omelettes as well as a menu where you can order hot food (the avo on toast was amazing!) The staff are what make this place - Rana and Singh (Manpreet) always got our day off to perfection and in the evening we were always looked after by Simon, Amer and Jetti. Jenny the Royal Club manager wasn’t there on this occasion (she was on vacation), but was on our previous two visits and she’s a legend! Restaurants Gastronomy is the main buffet style restaurant in the hotel, we didn’t use it on this occasion - but previous experiences have been positive - the only point we would say in general is it can get very busy - but choice of food is beyond any expectation you may have. During this stay, we visited Milos, Ling Ling and Dinner by Heston multiple times each. Our personal favourite was Milos - food was always super fresh and service from Gallini, Maria and Nour was just another level. Highly recommend all three of these restaurants. Rooms This time we were located on floor 23 in the Sunrise Tower with a Palm view (previously we have stayed on floor 16 and 26). The views from all the rooms are simply spectacular. Palm view rooms come at a premium, but overlook the Palm and the resort fountain which really comes alive at night. Housekeeping on the whole was great, the only issue we had was turn down service was a little hit and miss (not a big thing for us but more noticeable as our previous visits we had no issues in this area). Water is provided daily and anything you need is always made available quickly. Beach / Pool We tend to relax on holiday - so for us this means sitting by a pool or on the beach, reading a good book and watching the world go by. Both the beach and pools are served by the most hard working individuals in some extreme temperatures. Special mention to Vincent who remembered us from previous visits - but all the staff here work so hard. Towels are provided throughout the day, as is complimentary water. Gym Located on the lower ground floor, it’s well equipped for all gym users. We used it several times (early mornings) and found it quiet. Nice touches like ice cold water, cold towels etc are all provided post workout. I’d highly recommend going for a run or walk around the Palm - gives you a great view of this magnificent hotel from so many angles (and looks great on your Strava!).

I booked the Sky Villa and it was beautiful, also this hotel has the best service I have received anywhere, excellent attention to detail, excellent room, perfect view. I will most likely stay again in the future. My rating for this hotel is a perfect 10/10

Saghrouchni made my breakfast experience unforgettable. His attention to detail, warm service, and passion for gastronomy truly stand out. The food was full of flavor—an excellent start to the day! He certainly made it an experience to remember!
