Not staying there but their drivers almost hit us on the road and you can hear their wheel screech as they round the corner up the hill and over the plates of road word. Wanna be race car drivers and it’s extremely unsafe. We are staying close to the Arabelle.

We had dinner and watched the fireworks Good food Bar staff were not nice nor appropriate Great location nice amenities Will come back Like the Lavazza coffee in. Lobby Parking mandatory but expensive 25 dollars for any amount of time Parking options should be given

Top notch..it’s what a full-service, ‘take care of you’ resort should be. Great staff, awesome service and amenities. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. A few that come to mind: Connor at front desk, Shemeya at the omelets station, Ken and michael at the front door, Thomas and Felix...

We’ve traveled a bit and this was probably our favorite getaway. Already talking about a return.

We utilized it at night for dinner reservations to Vail Village. Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Complimentary breakfast and the espresso and soda water machines topped off our wonderful stay.

The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect!! They have an iPad in your room to make requests for ice, toiletries, reservations etc. We ordered ice just as we were about to check out. Our time was limited, and I called the front desk. The manager, Natalie, said she would personally bring it, and she did immediately!! The the valet parking staff was extra helpful. A couple of the guys had played the same golf courses we did, and they gave us extra knowledge of the. Joe Borawskl offered to make us a tee time at a strictly private course. A waitress at the Tavern told us about a nearby restaurant where we celebrated my birthday!! It was called Chophouse and was excellent. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was outstanding!! It had inside and outside seating which was very nice!!

We used the complimentary Lexus shuttle service several times during our stay to visit Vail Village and enjoyed talking with the drivers each time. This was definitely the experience we had hoped for to celebrate a special occasion.

We had a really nice stay at this property. The location could not be better since it’s just steps from the Gondola, shops and restaurants. To top it off, the staff is excellent and goes out of its way to make things right and follow-up on any requests. A shout...

We had a really nice stay at this property. The location could not be better since it’s just steps from the Gondola, shops and restaurants. To top it off, the staff is excellent and goes out of its way to make things right and follow-up on any requests. A shout out to the GM Brant and his staff including Matthew, Zach, Jeff and others who I have missed. On the practical side, the location may be a bit pricey but it’s location and proximity to so many things is a big plus. We did not bother with or need a car and the property has several free shuttles that work fine for dining or getting around Vail if needed - best to call ahead or leave a few minutes early at peak times like dinner. We used the Epic Shuttle to get back & forth from Vail airport to the front door of the Arabella and that also worked out fine. It’s was a short 5 day trip, including travel, so all the conveniences made it a great value. This includes the Arabella’s free ski valet service at the base of the mountain, right next to the Chop House with its great Apres-Ski atmosphere and sunny outdoor seating and a view of the slope. Vail Sports is also close to the Arabella which is convenient for rentals if needed plus they coordinate with the Arabella ski valet services for simplicity. Have a good trip. PS - 40 years ago during school days we would pack 4 - 6 guys in a budget hotel room or crash at a bud’s place to save bucks to ski. While the luxury of the Arabella borders on “over the top” or decedent - its sure a nice treat, especially if looking for a nice low stress couples stay!
