5 stars for this hotel. This idyllic hotel is set up on a hill with the most amazing breathtaking views over the Caldera. It is the best hotel we have ever been to and we do travel a lot. The views are just stunning and the pool area is just incredible. No-one fights for sunbeds in the morning. You can get up in the morning, have a relaxing breakfast, go out for a few hours and there’s still sunbeds available when you return. It’s a lovely way to relax. There are two lovely pools to swim in at your leisure and a jacuzzi. The breakfast is very tasty and you can choose your food the day before. There’s some great choices and we loved every single one. The food is 5 star and we tend to eat our evening meals at the hotel too as we really enjoy the food. There is a menu you can choose from for the restaurant and there is a different menu for lunchtime. Akrotiri town is 5 minutes away and you can walk which we really enjoy doing or the hotel offers a taxi service at no extra cost where they will drop you off in the town and pick you up after your meal. There are other lovely place to eat in the area and the same drop off service applies. You can pay extra to go into Fira and Oia or go by bus. Rooms are spacious and relaxing and cleaned every day. The service of all of the staff at this hotel is five star. There is nothing they won’t do for you. We go back to this hotel as they make you feel like family. Big shout out to Spiros the owner and Isobel who welcomes everyone with her wonderful smile and funny sense of humour. She also does the best dancing! Spiros, Manolis and their family really enjoy looking after you and they really care about their guests. We really enjoy our chats with Spiros in the morning. The hotel is very family oriented and great also for children to visit this hotel as well as couples. I cannot describe in enough details how amazing this hotel really is. I’ve never been on a holiday more relaxing than this hotel and location. If you’re thinking of staying in Santorini; don’t stay in Oia and Thira. It is too busy. Akrotiri and the Apanemo is the best place to stay. I’ve nearly gone home with a cat or two on many occasions

Hotel staff very friendly, rooms clean, breakfast very good. Free taxi to village and back. Room wasn't up to much. No spare wall electric sockets ,had to unplug tv to charge my phone. Steps up to bedroom I would say are unsafe plus i banged my head on wall at the top. . Only a small wardrobe to put clothes in. Lighting dark so hard for putting makeup on. Hairdryer wire wouldn't reach my hair 😒 shower water started running just warm after 5 minutes.

Isabel is pure joy! The Accommodations were top-tier. The staff so friendly and they made sure that everyone got everything they needed. I recommend this experience for everyone. The views were spectacular and such a great way to relax and disconnect from the hustle of life.

Santorini Heaven ! We loved every moment of our time at the Apanemo ! The food is exquisite! Service impeccable ! A shout out to Isabel and Spiros for making our trip so wonderful. While everything was perfect , I only would request if the washrooms could be updated a bit - not that they were bad in anyway but given the other world class hotels we've been to , the washrooms need a bit of updating. The view from the hotel is the very best in all of Greece !! I could sit there and just stare at the Caldera sipping a hot cup of coffee from their super restaurant . Thanks again guys ! Will definitely be back with kids the next time.

Beautiful view , lovely staff, great service and yummy food ! This place is 20 minutes from down town Fira . It’s perfectly located for some quiet downtime with a sensational view and great service . Its a definite visit for everyone looking to experience Santorini.

Great service, beautiful views and friendly staff. We used the transportation service with the resort and it was convenient and affordable. The restaurant & bar staff are kind and attentive. My wife and I loved our villa and we will be back!

Highly recommend this resort, friendly staff, beautiful resort with view the food is delicious and the rooms are very clean as well as house keeping and washing our clothes, everything is as a 10/10. Great transportation everywhere by the hotel.

Fantastic experience. Staff picked us up from the port (extra charge) and from then on the service was exceptional. The welcoming staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and made us welcome immediately. We stayed in one of the suites with private pool to unwind at the end of our holiday on other islands. The room and pool were perfect. The bed was very comfortable. A courtesy car will take you into the village and pick you if you fancy a meal in one of the restaurants or just pop to the supermarket, all free of charge. Every member of staff we came into contact with was so friendly from the daily cleaner to the car drivers to breakfast staff and room service. Everything was 100% positive with nothing negative. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

Off the beaten track not in the tourist areas heavily visited . The staff were attentive , friendly and the services on offer where plenty . Breakfast was lovely pre reserved the day earlier and there was a variety of places in the hotel you could have this . Pool service / new towels changed regularly and was so impressed with the car service to nearby town by sending a WhatsApp . Superb . Also lovely cats looking well looked after around the premises

The place was amazing! They met us with a drink of our choice and a personal sit down where she explained all the places we should visit on the island. They set up a catamaran sunset cruise on our anniversary, a free driver for our dinner reservations, a rental car that they dropped off and picked up at our front door, massages in our room, a driver to our 6:00am photo shoot, and amazing customer service. I have never been as impressed with a hotel the way I was with this one. The food was not your ordinary hotel food service, I am still looking forward to returning to eat at the hotel the food was sooo good. The views from the room are breathtaking and one of the most beautiful sunrises I’ve ever seen. 10 minutes from Red Beach which is the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. It’s private and romantic and so much better than squeezing through people in Oia. Book here and I promise you will not regret it.

Because of the many hills and lack of sidewalks, the hotel offers a car service to a few areas in close proximity to it for free and then for a fee to other areas on the island.

The amazing staff at Apanemo make this place number one! Yes, you get a great caldera view, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the food is great, but what really makes this place special is their staff. Every single one of them was more than helpful, friendly and smiling....

The amazing staff at Apanemo make this place number one! Yes, you get a great caldera view, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the food is great, but what really makes this place special is their staff. Every single one of them was more than helpful, friendly and smiling. This makes it impossible for anyone to give them less than 5 stars as they work so hard to make your stay perfect. This is a family friendly place and there were kids there having fun playing and enjoying the infinity pools. The hotel has a car park next to the main road so you can park safely with a short walk up the slope to reception. The rooms are mostly small houses and fairly accessible with only a few steps. The view of the caldera is magnificent and there are quiet times when you can appreciate the wonderful location. The reception will organise trips and also drive you places. There is a bus stop in the village and their driver will drop you there and pick you up for free. The breakfast was amazing and had lots of choices, I'd advise trying everything. It is also nice to be in Akrotiri where you can explore some of the quieter areas of Santorini including the beaches and places like Pyrgos. Sunsets here are great, if you want a clear view head to Akrotiri lighthouse about an hour before sunset.
