Aenaon Villas is more than just a place to stay – it’s a little slice of paradise. The warm welcome and family-like atmosphere created by George and Xenia made our experience truly unforgettable. They are incredibly attentive, kind, and made us feel completely at home. The view from the villa is simply phenomenal and beyond words. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking expanse of the sea and stunning landscape was unforgettable. The villas are beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out and crafted with love and taste. 10/10 doesn’t even come close to doing this place justice. We will absolutely be back, and highly recommend Aenaon Villas to anyone wanting to experience the best of Santorini. This is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed – an absolute must-visit and worth every single penny! :)

The views are breathtaking & straight out of a 5 star travel magazine! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, unique & like no other! The owners/team treat you like royalty yet even more like family! The peaceful, privacy & tranquility of the villas is amazing! We actually canceled day trips just to stay at the villa! We felt like we had the place to ourselves ~ especially based on layout of each villa. This truly is the most incredible & beautiful place we’ve ever stayed~from the picturesque & stunning sunsets and 360 view/Santorini coastline to the most elegant & luxurious Greek/Santorini decor, rooms & toiletries as well as the gourmet breakfast & more! It’s that once in a lifetime destination however, we are already making plans to return! Alexandra, Xenia & Alma made everyone feel so incredibly special! They are so warm & kind and they provided legendary service! Xenia provided top dinner recommendations & same day reservations which turned out to be our favorite places! Alma prepared & served the most delicious handmade omelets/breakfast and she knew the perfect time to serve us on our private veranda. Alexandra, the owner, is absolutely wonderful & the best host! She greeted us daily & made sure our stay was perfect! After our 5 day stay, it was sincerely hard to leave…we will return ~ just won’t be soon enough!

Amazing experience. The two things that stand out are the setting/views and the service. We fell in love with Xenia and Alexandra, and it was hard to leave. I think, as we get older, that service matters more and more to us. We are, for example, now at a very nice hotel on Naxos. It is modern and spotless, but there is not even a person on site. Something feels missing. There was a time in my life when that would have been what I wanted, but now, I value the connections with the local people where we travel. That is what Aenaon Villas provides. I hope we can come back.

It's rare to find a place of such beauty and luxury where you also feel welcomed as friends. Alexandra and George, it seems, have carved a diamond from the mountain and managed to honour the breathtaking landscape with simple luxury. Their taste shines through in every understated detail. But the most memorable aspect of our stay was undoubtedly their warmth and kindness. It reflects in the team they have surrounded themselves with, who are genuinely lovely, kind-hearted and dedicated. Xenia, who radiates grace, spared no effort to make sure we had the best stay (and after a couple weeks of tiring travelling we thoroughly enjoyed being looked after by her). Alma prepared the most delicious, wholesome breakfasts for us. We were sad to say goodbye, but know we will be back - this place is incredibly special.

Aenaon Villas is hands down the most satisfying and luxurious accommodation we have had the luck to experience. From the majestic views of the serene and captivating scenery of the island, to the exceptional service and the attention to detail, the staff and owners made us feel entirely at home during our stay. The villas and common areas are impeccably clean, and the entire location is so quiet and peaceful, with every luxury in our fingertips, we did not want to leave, not even to explore the island. Definitely coming back to this little piece of heaven!

I cannot speak highly enough about these villas and their amazing staff. This place is a small, hidden gem. My husband and I were married in an elopement ceremony here. The property and the views are stunning. From a very warm check in on the first day with Alexandra to every small, thoughtful detail in between, this group made our week stay truly magical. Xenia, the receptionist was very detail oriented and always going the extra mile with local restaurant recommendations, transfer services and about one million other small details. The cook, Alma, truly is very talented and everything we ate here was perfection. The villas are immaculate and kept that way throughout with their dedicated cleaning staff. We also hardly ever lifted a finger (or a bag); something that was hard to get used to at first. Attentive staff helped us with all of our belongings and were always readily available for anything we may need. The staff were all so genuinely friendly and committed to hospitality. My husband and I truly will be revisiting here for an anniversary trip and we HIGHLY recommend these villas. 💕 🇬🇷

This boutique hotel situated between between Thira and Oia was the perfect retreat for us. We loved the privacy, but easy access to both towns. Alexandra was a wonderful hostess and was very accommodating. We can’t wait to return to Santorini.

Here are some of my best memories: - Lounging by the pool with good wine (a complementary bottle), no one else around, and probably the best view I’ve ever seen. - Having one of the few accommodations on Santorini exposed to both sides of the island. This is not a cramped cave room - it is a beautiful suite with a cool cross breeze! - Tasty dinner at “Nick’s place” across the street. Try not to leave anything on your plate - they really care that you like their food! - Being offered breakfast before breakfast hours because of my early morning departure. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

We chose Aenaon Villas for our honeymoon in mid-July and couldn't have been happier with our six-night stay in Villa Zaneti. From the moment we arrived and the co-owner Alexandra was waiting at the front door to greet us, the wonderful staff here went out of their way to make sure we had an incredible experience. For starters, the hotel is stunningly beautiful -- everywhere you look it's like a postcard -- super private and the personalized service we received was exceptional. Our friendly and knowledgeable concierge Xenia helped us book our car rental, suggested restaurants and made reservations, arranged for airport transportation and recommended activities for us as it was our first time on the island. Our villa was charming, cozy and immaculate -- and the housekeeping by Lia was excellent. We unexpectedly received two room cleanings each day - the second time Lia came in was in the early evening around dinner time, so we would always come back to a fresh, tidy room. Well done. Aenaon Villas left nothing to chance with their daily made-to-order breakfasts -- courtesy of the amazing Alma -- that were nothing short of spectacular. Alma made home-cooked breakfasts with fresh ingredients - they bring them in daily - and served them with style by the infinity pool that has breathtaking views from every angle. What a great touch to be able to choose where you can have your breakfast each day -- in the villa, on your private veranda or at the pool. Vesel, who helped with our luggage and with moving the pool umbrellas around to shade us from the sun, also was very helpful during our stay. Midway through our trip we ran into the co-owner Giorgos and after greeting us warmly his first question was, "Is everything OK, are you happy?" We appreciated it - and all of the attention to detail we witnessed throughout the week. Seeing is believing and Aenaon Villas exceeded our expectations on every level. They are the real deal. What Alexandra and Giorgos have created here is singular and special. It could not have been better.

Our stay at Aenaon Villas was magical! We were warmly welcomed by staff with a coffee and orange juice set out for us on the veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea. Our villa was beautiful and we had our own private veranda where breakfast was served every day. We rarely encountered other guests and it felt like we had our own private retreat. Staff offered great recommendations for activities and restaurants. They were also very warm and welcoming. A highlight of our trip was our stay here and stunning views of the caldera. There is no other place in Santorini with the breathtaking views as well as the privacy the resort offers. We were there during high season and able to enjoy sunrise and sunset escaping the crowds in other parts of Santorini. Exploring other parts of the island will require transporting either renting a car or using taxis. We found the taxis to be very expensive for the two of us, and would rent a car next time.

Wow wow wow. My husband and I stayed in the stunning villa Elidami for 3 nights for our wedding elopement and I don’t think I’ll ever get over it! The view of the caldera is absolutely beautiful. The way in which the property is designed ensures that no villa is overlooked. You truly feel like you have the view completely to yourself. This is such a stark contrast to the rest of Santorini which is bustling with people. That said, when you’d like to experience the buzz of popular towns such as Oia, Fira and Imerovigli, you can get there so easily with a quick car journey. There is also a stunning walking route that connects the 3 towns, conveniently located behind Aenaon. Our villa was pristine, cleaned twice daily, and the breakfast delivered to our private terrace was delicious. On the afternoon of my wedding, I had a Greek salad with fresh bread delivered to the room and I’m still thinking about it! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind. Xenia went above and beyond, almost anticipating our needs before we even had them. She was so proactive when it came to making us dinner reservations, booking us a quad, you name it! She was always one step ahead of us! The owner Alexandra is so wonderful, making guests feel like family. In fact, one day she spotted us walking from the local restaurant and immediately pulled over to offer us a lift. We have experienced great service in the past, but what really sets Aenaon apart is how genuine everyone is. Their kindness shines through and really adds to the magic of the place. I could never have imagined a more perfect location for our wedding. I am already dreaming of an anniversary trip back in the future. Simply perfection! X

Aenaon Villas is a heavenly place to stay on Santorini! The villas are spectacular. My husband and I stayed in the Anezina Villa and it was so spacious and beautifully finished. Lovely breakfast each day on the terrace overlooking the best view of the caldera. Genuinely breathtaking. The location is between the 2 towns of Oia and Fira, you can hike or take a bus/taxi to either. It’s so nice being away from the hectic side of the island but it still is accessible. The team at Aenaon were so welcoming. Xenia especially was fantastic - she was incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations. It was also lovely to meet Alexandra the owner during our stay. The warm welcome and genuine concern for us having a special time made us feel so relaxed there and made our stay so great. We look forward to coming back! If you are considering visiting Santorini, I can't recommend Aenaon Villas enough.

Not only did this beautiful boutique hotel look like heaven, the staff and experience made us feel like we were in heaven! Eloping here was the perfect place and so romantic. The fresh food and amazing staff made this the highlight of our trip!
