This hotel offers everything you need for relaxation, couples time and close to airport if you need an overnight stay. I have been here 2-3 times and it always impresses me on quality, cleanliness, service and the international buffet in the hotel. Staff is wonderful, always ready to help, rooms are clean and well organized. The food and service was A+++. A must go to when in Rome, you will not be disappointed!

Rooms are spacious. The grounds are very nice however the location was not ideal! it will cost you a minimum of $30 usd to get to the Vatican or city center one way. Although the hotel has a shuttle services we tired all 3 days of our stay and never was there a time slot open. Since they only accommodate 8 people and it’s not often that the shuttle is available. My suggestion would be to find a closer hotel as this location is not convenient. Also something to be aware of the website offers transportation from the airport to the hotel which was included in our reservation and was charged for, when I reached out via email to confirm and provide details of our flight I was told to pay in cash 60 euros to driver. Had I not reached out I would not have bot known to have euros before my trip. Another added fee is city tax that has to be paid when you check out. Overall grounds are nice but, aside from that not much else around to explore without having to get a taxi to Romes attractions and restaurants etc. Also the breakfast is full of breads and pasties but just eggs and bacon as the only protein and meat options. Lacks variety since they catered to guests from around the world. Better options for price closer to activities without having to pay taxi fee of $60 a day just for 1 round trip.

Hotel was wonderful with one exception We requested an iron and board 3 times. We never received. The staff should just admit that they don't have any. Breakfast buffet was fabulous Room was hot, but the staff did accommodate us by lowering the temperature.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights at the end of a Mediterranean cruise. We chose this hotel as we have stayed here previously and knew that it offered everything we wanted for our stay. It is a luxury hotel set in beautiful and peaceful gardens which is just what you need after the hustle and bustle of Rome city centre. It fees everything you need to relax including swimming pool and spa. There is a hotel shuttle that takes guests into Rome centre at various times throughout the day or a taxi can easily be arranged by guest services. There is also a shuttle service to the airport. Everything is pristine and immaculately clean and the bedrooms are very comfortable and offer everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. The lounge and bar is beautifully furnished and a nice place to relax after a busy day. The food is good and breakfast has a lot of choice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel has a real emphasis on sustainability and offers many different options to make your stay more environmentally friendly. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We stayed here for 3 nights pre cruise. Cannot fault the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean as was the hotel surroundings Shuttle service was offered for our trip to the Vatican at €5 per person which was great; one suggestion would be to offer the shuttle into the centre during the day also, this is currently offered in the afternoon only. The days we went into the centre we wanted to be there from the morning so we took a taxi at €20 each way. We ate in the restaurant all nights, octopus and panzanella was amazing as was the chocolate cake with raspberry filling, wish I could get it at home; we did miss out on the buffet, which seemed extremely popular, we intended to visit on the Sunday and it isn’t open, we know for next time. All ladies on reception we extremely friendly and helpful, always had a smile. They were informative and helpful prior to our stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We stayed here hoping to have a luxury experience. We were excited about the roof top bar with views and hanging by the pool getting drinks. Unfortunately, once we arrived we found out the rooftop bar is only for private events and if you sit by the pool no one comes around to take drink or food orders. We gave the restaurant a chance to get some drinks and apps. We sat outside for 15 mins before we were served, even when we waved to the manager multiple times. Service is lacking for sure. I recommended putting information in the rooms about the spa, pool, and the restaurants onsite. We were trying to order room service and there wasn’t a menu or any information. I had to call the spa and go over everything they offer and pricing over the phone which isn’t ideal.
