Reviews of Hotel Park City
We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at the cottage and it were amazing. Hot tub just outside on the balcony and a gorgeous bathroom. The staff were very attentive and addressed any concerns or questions we had promptly and professionally. Will definitely return!

The worst customer service we have ever experienced at a hotel. This hotel is definitely not a luxury hotel nor up to the standard of a premium Marriott hotel.
When we checked in the bellmen and hotel staff made no attempt to help. We had to carry our luggage across the parking lot, up the stone stairs and to our room by ourselves. Same terrible experience upon check out. The bellman and hotel staff made no effort to help as we struggled to take our luggage to the car.
During our stay the room next door was playing extremely loud music and kids were screaming at 7 a.m.. So I called the front desk to ask for help regarding the noise, but nobody ever answered the phone. The front desk phone for 10 minutes and nobody ever answered.
During our stay it was clear that this hotel is very poorly managed. No sign of management or any type of oversight, which may help explain the poor customer experience.
Marriott should terminate the current management at this hotel and assign someone to train all the staff on customer service. Also, terminate the bellmen…. they are worthless and clearly don’t understand their role.
At this price point there are far better options. Park City is a great location, and you don’t want to let a poorly operated hotel ruin it.

Great Hotel. Best winter experience.
Excellent ❤️ great hotel and great staff. Stunning winter landscape. Great location, near Park City downtown and Park City Skii mountain. The treatment by the staff were 5 stars. I stayed in the Suite Cabin with Jacuzzi and the room was really awesome. Best winter experience.

As an Ambassador with Marriott we have over 1500 hotel nights around the world.
Of all the properties we have stayed at this is without question one of our favorites, and one we return to several times a year.
The setting is beautiful and private. The rooms particularly the cottages are beautiful. Each cottage has its own private and well maintained hot tub, where you can sit and enjoy the mountain any time of year.
The staff are always helpful and friendly Karie and Danielle always go the extra mile to ensure our stays are a five star experience.
The breakfast at Ruth’s Chris is above average but could be better by including something other than a buffet.
To be honest I’m not sure why this is not a five star hotel. We like it way more than the St. Regis or even Stein Erickson (which is becoming dated)
Whether it’s just my wife and I, or we bring the family it’s always a hit.

Park City Hotel Experience
Our Guest Service Nicole Pedraza treat us like Royal Service. She was helpful, informative and Friendly… Employees like her put the company at another level . No competition will get close to this service and experience plus the value of the amenities and room services are extraordinary
Best spot for Park City! Easy shuttle to and from Mountain they made the entire experience effortless. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet Nabil and Andrea C where examples of customer service excellence. We already have our trip to return booked for February 2025.

The check in process was flawless, simple, quick and easy. The bellman drove my wife and I to our cottage, moved our bags, skis, etc. and took time to explain the use of the hot tub, fireplaces, laundry, etc. Two thumbs up to them.
I would like to acknowledge the front end manager Kerri and her staff. Kerri is the best in guest service hotel leadership, etc. She made our stay memorable. Thank you kindly for all you did!
The front-end agents were very accommodating providing local information, transporting us to town, etc. I would like to acknowledge a few staff member, Regie, William, Stephaine Autumn and the entire staff under Kerri's leadership.
Regarding the property, location is perfect. Located on the golf course but only minutes away to historic town and skiing. I highly recommend upgrading to a cottage luxury Suite. The views are incredible and the space was perfect for my wife and I. Hated to leave. Will be back.
Restaurants we enjoyed are, Park City Roadhouse Grill, Tarahumara Mexican, Tupelo Park City, No Name Saloon, Cortona Italian.
Lastly as a side note, I am a Titanium Elite, with over 2,900 nights at Marriott and Marriott employee. I have a good baseline for quality hotels with great amenities and service. Hotel Park CIty is one of my top 5 hotels. Highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

The Hotel Park City is a wonderful cozy and quaint hotel. We come to Park City often and have stayed at the St. Regis so wanted to try something different! They’re both great hotels but the staff at Hotel Park City is what made our stay memorable! From the moment you book to the moment you leave, they are incredible! We would come back again for the staff.
The rooms are also great, we stayed in an executive suite. My husband is a tall guy and it was nice having lots of space. Also having the kitchen and washing machine was amazing. We ate and drank a lot so it was nice to be able to take our leftovers for later. The fitness center and pool/hot tub were also nicely kept.
Thanks for a wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back and visit!

Wonderful Front Office Staff. Superb architecture.
My pre-checkin communications with Chloe and Regie at the front desk were simply remarkable. Chloe is exceptional.
These ladies have hearts of gold and are eager to help.
I wish them will throuhgout their careers. May leadership take note of their excellence.

This hotel is one of the best in the Park City area. We have stayed here more than a dozen times and every time it has been a great experience. We have always stayed in the cottage suites which are detached from the hotel and a short walk. Not a big deal and totally worth the peace and quiet. We have had the typical issues when staying here and the staff has been great and being responsive. Once we even needed to move rooms but they upgraded us for our hassle and it really wasn't a big deal but they really wanted our experience to be above and beyond.
We have used the spa several times and the treatments and therapists are outstanding. Getting to the spa is a little confusing but it's worth the minor hassle.
Everytime we've stayed here we've eaten at least once at Ruth's Chris. As expected the food and the service were top notch.

This hotel is one of the finest examples of warm and genuine hospitality, comfort, luxuriousness without feeling pretentious, and set in a beautiful location.
Came here to celebrate an anniversary over the weekend after some business travel in SLC. We were upgraded to a beautiful and spacious corner suite. The rooms are large yet still have the coziness of a cabin: plush carpeting, soft leather furniture, fireplaces and wonderful wrap around deck overlooking the golf course and part of Park City Mountain Resort. This was a welcome surprise!
I mentioned after checking into Nicolle, at the front desk, that we were celebrating an anniversary and she surprised us with a genuine handwritten note wishing us a happy anniversary, and a delicious chocolate soufflé. Throughout our stay, she and the rest of the staff made sure we were well taken care of.
The property is well manicured, clean, comfortable and has everything you would need - good restaurant, relaxing pool, and good complimentary coffee in the lobby. I've had the privilege of staying in some of the marquee, bougie places in Park City, and this property is equally as comfortable, appointed without being performative. I actually found the staff here to be friendlier, they genuinely show hospitality.
Thank you to Nicolle and the rest of the team. We look forward to returning!
