Quite a place. It's located in red rock country just west of Sedona, a quiet well-landscaped area with gorgeous views right outside your room. Hiking is nearby. The main parts of Sedona about 6 miles away. There is a great pool and two good restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is terribly expensive, and they gouge you with a resort fee and a destination fee. Also, the place is unhandy. It's hard to park right outside your room sometimes, or at the restaurants. So you call for a golf cart that takes you around. But the beauty is hard to minimize. Plus, we saw mule deer and javalina in the main yard, and one night a javalina was hanging around our front door.

This resort is absolutely fabulous. The pictures do not do it justice. The grounds and views of the red rocks are stunning and the best hiking trails are steps away from the property. It’s been difficult to experience good service after COVID and this resort does not disappoint. From check in to checkout, we were treated very well and the staff seems happy to be working there. The vibe is luxurious, serene, and calm. The rooms are a bit dated but appointed very, very well. Housekeeping was excellent and very detailed. Turn down service was impressive. The onsite restaurant and bar are really good. Do not hesitate to book here. It’s worth the price. We can’t wait to go back.

Spent 4 nights at this beautiful resort. Drove from Phoenix to the resort at night so imagine my surprise when we woke up and saw the surrounding vista! It’s was stunning. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Need a different shower head but otherwise great. The room was beautifully appointed. It’s so quiet there it’s almost deafening! Love the golf carts that transport you around the resort. Great experience!!

This was our 25th wedding anniversary trip and we were sure glad we went here. Superb stay. Food was perfect. The breakfast restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining and the views of the red rock is amazing. Being able to hike right out our door was fabulous. And the heated pool was wonderful. I swam laps most mornings while the steam was still coming off the pool. A short drive to Sedona which we made twice during our stay. The tennis and pickle ball courts are very available for use during the day and that was nice to have. Only drawbacks to this property are three minor issues: 1) adjoining room doors are very thin and you can hear people at a normal voice speaking in adjoining rooms. 2) cost of many trail house activities are outrageously expensive. As in hundreds of dollars for simple activities. Wish they did not crank up the fees so much on activities but those are optional so just avoid them. Makes me wonder if they charged less would they get more customers and actually make more money!! I know we would have considered some of the activities if they weren’t so expensive. 3) automatic gratuity in the coffee shop. Not a fan of 18% automatic gratuity. Should be a choice. Overall this is a fabulous resort and we will definitely be back!!

I have loved this resort for years and decided to return for my birthday expecting to use the steam and sauna and hot tub at the spa. Tyhe rules have changed and now you have to have a current spa appointment and then you have an hour window on either side of your treatment time. The restaurants are full, so we ate in the small bar area. For the cost of this resort, I won't be back.

Enchantment was a dream. So beautiful and so inviting. Go to the casual restaurant, Tii Gavo, and ask for Taylor. She’s the best and so sweet. Food is great. The other restaurant is also good for breakfast. Loved sitting out by the fire pit. Just ridiculous views.
