Outstanding hotel. Amazing location. Depending on where you are, great view of the river. Short walk to Michigan Avenue. The ambience is great. Room is amazing. Food it awesome. Only one restaurant, but great food, service and ambience. Highly recommend.

Our experience at the Langham transcended the typical hotel stay; it felt like a return to a place we could truly call home. My husband had come to Chicago for a knee replacement surgery performed by Dr. Berger, who recommended this exceptional hotel for our stay. Upon our arrival, Inra greeted us at the front desk with a warm welcome that made us feel special right from the start. The room exceeded our expectations in every aspect, particularly with its well-designed bathroom and shower layout. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured modern touches that enhanced our comfort. We were further delighted by Alexandra, who surprised us with a teddy bear and chocolates—a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. This stay not only facilitated a smooth recovery from my husband's knee surgery but also provided a comforting environment. The abundance of ice for his ice machine was an invaluable addition to our experience. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

The worst possible customer service !! To the point the y chose not to answer the phone to address the issues in which I had. Waited on manager to call back and never received that nor a resolution to my problem. Over charging someone account and not responding is terrible business

Wow. This place is an truly amazing experience in the heart of Chicago. From the moment we arrived to check in we were so happy with the guest service and hospitality shown by all of the staff. Henne at guest relations was a gem. We celebrated my husbands birthday with his first Chicago bears game. Our trip to Chicago was such a wonderful experience. The city, the food, the people, the sites, the river, I could go on. This hotel! Top notch quality and safety in the middle of Chicago. Our king river view suite did not disappoint with stunning views of the river and Chicago! Chicago at night is breathtaking. Absolutely amazing! To see that with my husband was a memory I will never forget. When we checked in, our luggage was delivered by a gentleman who showed us around the room. The ins and outs of the fabulous shower and bathroom. The shower! I have never had such great water pressure and range of water as I did at the langham chicago. A whole experience in itself. In our room when we arrived was a little gift bag to the bears #1 fan! It was truly a surprise for me and my husband. His bears luggage tag was lost on the flight in and there was one in the gift bag! How ironic. How thoughtful of Henne to do that for us! We went out to dinner to return to the room to find a bottle of chilled champagne and 2 cupcakes with a card saying Happy Birthday from Henne. Unbelievable! We have never been treated to such kindness. Our experience with the Chicago langham, the staff; everyone from the front desk, Henne, bellman, doorman, bar staff and anyone else we encountered made our entire trip to Chicago. We will be back in 2025 and we will once again choose to stay here. We felt safe walking around and sitting right in front of the hotel in a lovely area that overlooks the river. We wanted to ask what the beds were because we have never slept so well. Nespresso machines in the room for coffee in the morning. We couldn’t locate a room service menu so we ordered door dash from a local restaurant for breakfast before the game. It was delivered downstairs and you just go grab it. Wireless phone chargers on each side of the bed make charging your phone very convenient. Overall, one of the very best hotels I have stayed in.

Our room was a highlight of the stay—spacious, beautifully appointed, and featuring breathtaking views of the Chicago River. A particularly memorable moment was witnessing the St. Patrick's Day river dyeing celebration from our very own room. Watching the vibrant green hues transform the river from such a prime vantage point was an unforgettable experience. We were surprised by the complimentary Champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling water & a heartwarming card from the front desk & from Henna, Guest Relations Manager for our 25th wedding anniversary. The Langham Chicago offers top-tier amenities, from its world-class spa, indoor pool, afternoon tea party to exquisite dining options ( Michelin 2024)! Every aspect of our stay reflected the hotel’s dedication to excellence, making it a perfect choice for both relaxation and celebration.
