Stayed in club room 1036, I emailed the hotel prior to arrival and asked for a pool view room on a higher floor and thats what we got (thanks Amira) with excellent views of night time downtown dubai burj khalifa. Room was immaculately maintained by krishna and bimal, with lovely touches of fruit, nightly slipper placement and my wife especially liking our daily card giving snippets of arabian culture. Breakfasts were a daily joy -thanks to the ever smiling syra - with an extensive selection of both table service and buffet items, it really set us up for the day. We spent quite a few days poolside and while its not the biggest in dubai we always got great beds, excellent service and a fab tan. Afternoon tea and evening canapes/drinks were an important part of our daily routine always served professionally. We chose raffles partly for its location...only 10 minutes to the airport, 15 mins to meydan racecourse and adjacent to wafi mall...worth a visit to khan murjan souk there. Finally the hotel library on the 3rd floor is worth a look if only for its grandeur and scale of its doors.

Overall the Heritage and charm you get from this first Raffles in Dubai. Delivers on the customers service promise of all the Raffles Hotel chain. Food quality and hospitality standards are what you expect from this famous chain. The pricing is what you would expect also, it is priced accordingly...

I would recommend this hotel if you don’t want to be on the palm. We preferred being in this location having visited others. It suited us perfectly.

Fantastic experience. Hotel is beautiful, staff attentive, kind and helpful. Food is lovely also! Staff and food at Solo restaurant are wonderful! Would definitely recommend!! Neha, Abhay and Sai were all wonderful and a credit to the hotel.

Good hotel. We arrived at 6am and were told out room would be ready in 10 minutes. We were extremely grateful after a ten hour flight from OZ. We booked with Voyage prive from the UK. Amazing price for a 4 night signature room. With club lounge. Staff are very helpful and all so polite. We loved the breakfast and hot food is cooked to order. Room was huge and very clean. Overall an amazing 4 night break on our way back to the UK from OZ. My only criticisms is; Our room did smell of cigarettes sure someone had been smoking in the room previously to us. We are non smokers. Smokers allowed to smoke around the pool and on the sunbeds! Club lounge need to cater for gluten free better. My afternoon tea was nowhere near the standard my hubby had! 🙈

The hotel was fabulous! Luxury at every turn. The restaurants at the venue are world class and the staff are impeccable. In particular dinner at the Solo was spectacular and Neha our hostess made the time even more special. A truly luxurious experience.

Great room and housekeeping by Hemze, 5 nights in and enjoying all the amenities especially the Italian restaurant SOLO as it never disappoints and Neha offered impeccable service alongside a very engaging and accommodating Manager. Looking forward to the rest of our 10 night stay. Club lounge is well organised and tend to you well. Location is within easy access to the metro, airport and taxis are easy to get with good main road access to all areas. The only thing is the road but that is also an advantage. Balcony view is ok but I believe the skyline room options may be worth looking at when staying.
