Firstly, a huge thank you to the front-of-house staff for an exceptional concierge experience. David, in particular, was incredibly helpful and kind, offering personalised recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The Caval restaurant, just down the road, was hands down the best meal we had in Paris—highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a small issue with our sink upon arrival, and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Extra coffee and milk were delivered instantly when requested. The staff even added a thoughtful touch for my birthday, decorating the bed with balloons and a personalised note, along with a complimentary breakfast. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff’s ability to speak multiple languages made communication seamless. The hotel itself is charming, with quaint rooms, L’Occitane toiletries, and Nespresso coffee—a nice touch. On the downside, the rooms are a bit snug for our usual preference, and the bathroom layout might not be for everyone. Additionally, while the area is generally fine, we didn’t feel entirely safe when walking left from the hotel late at night—though this is no fault of the hotel. The metro is within walking distance, making it easy to explore, and Ubers are plentiful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and received 5-star service. Your staff is a true credit to you. Thank you!

Me and my wife visited the city of love on the valentine day. It was my first visit to Paris, the hitel staff gave us the best recommendation on how to complete Paris in 2 days and how we can save day pass cost which is extremely helpful. David at the reception had made sure that our stay is full of comfort and accommodated all the requests which were possible. The hotel is super clean, comfortable and at the best location if you are short on days in Paris. It's at walkable from Central Station and you can easily commute regardless of time of arrival. I would surely recommend this hotel. Keep the good work.

It was a perfect location, within 10 minutes of the metro stop and surrounded by lots of good eats. The bed and shower were also great. The breakfast was fine but convenient enough that we're still glad we added it to our reservation. We'll definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, very well located between several metro stations that allow direct access to many places of interest without transfers. From Orly you can get there by metro in about 45 minutes. The atmosphere is better around The room was a reasonable size, considering we are in Paris. It is nicely decorated, very clean and the L'Occitane amenities include hand cream, pillow spray and body lotion. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard. We missed some more furniture to put our clothes in, such as a chest of drawers or tables with drawers, there was only a narrow wardrobe with hangers and a space above it that was too high. The breakfast is modest but tasty, with a variety of delicious French pastries and cheeses and breads also very good. The reception is 24h although one night the automatic door was closed and there was no one at the reception and we had to call insistently so that after a while someone came to open it for us. In any case, the reception staff is very attentive, we communicated with them perfectly in English and one woman even spoke Spanish. The Rue Faubourg Saint-Denise, perpendicular to the hotel street, has many bars, restaurants and even discos, so on Fridays and Saturdays the area is very lively and full of young people.

Very confortable stay! The crew was so nice. I went there on December 2024, so I've stayed a few days in Paris on my way to another city, and I needed a good hotel with a good location. The rooms are very nice and clean. The common areas are well maintained, the place is in good shape and you can see It has regular maintenance done. I found the location very useful, you have a METRO station just within a 3-5 minutes walk, and places to eat (breakfast, lunch and dinner) all over the front street. Paris is HUGE, I haven't got the time to come back. But when I do I will definitely come back to this hotel!

We had three days here in November 2024. I'd happily stay here again. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern and clean and well-equipped. Our room wasn't very big, but it was very comfortable and well laid-out.
