This place is something that really cant be put into words other than its a MUST VISIT!!!!!! My husband and I came here last year for a quick visit and was so impressed with the resort amenities as well as hands down the best service. What was impressive, was their entire team was on the same page with wanting to make sure your experience is great and sometimes this can be a challenge when traveling to different places. We were so impressed that we came back this year and celebrated our 30th Anniversary by renewing our vows with people who made us feel like we were family and most importantly that they have a vested interested in making sure all of your visits will be memorable. Yes there are some beautiful and great resorts in Anguilla so I don't want to take anything away from those resorts but what I believe sets Zemi apart from those options is their people. You can definitely tell that their management teams also have a vested interest in making sure their employees are happy where they work. It doesn't matter where you are in the world if you are unhappy with your employment it will eventually show up. What a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect, located in the Shoal Bay area, right on the beach. The beach is about 1 mile long and perfect for a morning walk. The water is crystal clear. The hotel itself is clean, incredibly comfortable and inviting. Bohio: (lobby bar and sushi restaurant) is casual and has great drinks and food. The sushi was great. I typically do not like sushi, but I absolutely loved every roll we had. The drinks are top notch. Hector (bartender and beach attendant) was wonderful. You must try his Bergamont Sour! So good. Hector was friendly and so helpful. 20 Knots: breakfast, lunch, or dinner... You can't go wrong. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with more choices than you could eat. Fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, multiple sausages, yogurt, meats, cheeses, multiple pastries, an egg station, and I am sure I forgot something. Lunch- everything we had was wonderful, especially the salads and tacos! There were so many wonderful people at 20 Knots: Tiffany- so kind and sweet! Yennifer- always friendly and helpful. Shameika was a fantastic waitress, always ready with something we wanted, before we knew we wanted it. Stacey and Tracy we encountered at 20 Knots and Bohio. Both were amazing, funny, helpful and professional. We can not say enough about how great the staff is at this resort. While the resort and its location are why you choose this place, the people are the reason you will want to go back. We did not take pictures of the resort itself, but got many of the beach.

I spent two nights at the Zemi Beach House, as part of an 8-night birthday trip. I began in Aruba, stopped on the French side of St. Martin, and ended at the Zemi in Anguilla. The hotel was about a 15 minute drive from the ferry terminal and 10 minutes to the airport. The lobby is small and unassuming, but located at the top of a hill. Most of the rooms, pool and beach are located further down. Staff can drive you around in a golf cart, but I usually walked. My room had an amazing view of the ocean and adult pool from the balcony. It was quite spacious with an enormous bathroom. Staff left a slice of cake and drinks for my birthday. Turndown service includes cookies each night! The pools weren't huge, but they were a nice size. The adult-only pool was on the quiet side, but the attached lap pool was a great surprise. I spent most of the time at the main pool overlooking the beach. Shoal Bay Beach was stunning. I took a walk to the Serenity Cottages, which was basically the end of the beach. Staff across the board were very kind, including at reception, in the restaurant, and at the pool. I appreciated that employees would bring water bottles and ice to your lounge chair. There are a few cons to this hotel. One is that it's VERY expensive, $1100/night was the most I've ever paid for a hotel. With tax it was about $1400/night, but included a $200 resort credit. That helped offset the cost of meals, which leads to the second possible issue. Compared to Aruba and St. Martin, Anguilla is an extremely quiet island. There isn't a whole lot to do other than beach and pool. The hotel had live music one night by the bar, which was really nice. Also, Gwen's BBQ on the beach is the nearest off-property restaurant, which had delicious food. Otherwise you'll probably eat at the hotel. A taxi or rental car is necessary to reach other restaurants on Anguilla. Overall, I had a great time at Zemi, but two nights was the perfect length for me. Anguilla is a cool island, but I'm generally looking for a little more action.

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience at Zemi Beach House, Anguilla To Hilton Hotels Leadership, Our recent stay at Zemi Beach House in Anguilla was far beyond a five-star experience. My husband, and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary, and from the moment we made our reservation until the day we reluctantly departed, the entire Zemi team created memories that will last us a lifetime. We travel often and have stayed at many exceptional resorts around the world. We know what luxury looks like. What sets Zemi Beach House apart is not simply its stunning property, beautiful beaches, luxurious accommodations, or world-class amenities. It is the people. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by name, welcomed with genuine smiles, and handed refreshing rum punches. Somehow, the team even knew that I do not drink alcohol, so my welcome drink was thoughtfully prepared without rum. It was such a small detail, yet it perfectly demonstrated the extraordinary attention to detail that would define our entire stay. Upon entering our beautiful room, we were surprised with anniversary desserts personalized with "Happy Anniversary" and a bottle of champagne. It was our first indication that this would not be an ordinary vacation. Throughout our stay, every member of the team made us feel like family and VIPs. Whether we were walking to breakfast, heading to the pool, strolling through the property, or enjoying an evening cocktail, employees greeted us by name with warm smiles and genuine conversation. We never passed a staff member who didn't acknowledge us. In today's hospitality world, that level of personalized service is incredibly rare. One evening, the Zemi team helped create one of the most meaningful moments of our 35 years together. They arranged a private beachfront dinner that was absolutely breathtaking. Prior to the dinner, I had written a poem for my husband and wondered if anyone on staff might be willing to read it aloud during our meal. It was a big request, but the team didn't just accommodate it—they transformed it into something magical. A lovely young staff member graciously read my poem to my husband as we sat beneath the stars. She delivered it beautifully and had us both in tears. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but I hope she knows how much that moment meant to us. It is a memory we will cherish forever. There was never a moment during our stay when a request went unanswered or a need unmet. By the time we left, we truly felt as though we were saying goodbye to family. While every employee we encountered was gracious, professional, and kind, we would especially like to recognize the following team members: Stacy – Whether at breakfast or the Bohio Bar, Stacy greeted us every day with a smile, warmth, and genuine kindness. She made us feel welcomed from morning until night. Chav – An extraordinary bartender who created the most inventive and delicious mocktails I've ever experienced. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol, I often feel limited by beverage menus. Chav made me feel included and surprised me daily with her creativity. Nakita – An incredible concierge who simply doesn't seem to know the word "no." Every request was met with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a solution. She even helped coordinate the special poem reading that made our anniversary dinner unforgettable. Amiel – Our poolside superstar. He greeted us by name every day, remembered our room number, anticipated our needs, and consistently delivered exceptional service. Tracy – One of the busiest people on property, yet she always found time to stop, greet us by name, and engage in meaningful conversation. Her warmth and leadership were evident everywhere. Kaishia – At Bohio Lounge, she welcomed us every evening with a radiant smile and impeccable service. She introduced me to an amazing mocktail and made every visit special. Cory – Our server during our private beach dinner. Cory went far above and beyond. Not only did he provide outstanding service, but he also captured photos and videos of our special evening that we will treasure forever. Despite undoubtedly having many responsibilities, he made us feel like we were his only guests. Llniqua – Our pool server, who greeted us with joy, remembered our names and room number, and somehow always appeared exactly when we needed something. Her attentiveness and cheerful spirit made every pool day perfect. Ken and Hector – These gentlemen took exceptional care of us on the beach. Whether it was towels, umbrellas, water, snorkeling equipment, drinks, lunch, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, they anticipated every need before we even asked. We would also like to recognize the incredible entertainment team. Every evening at Bohio Lounge was enjoyable, but our favorite performer was Queen Bee. Her talent, energy, and warmth made our anniversary celebration even more memorable. We danced, sang, laughed, and left feeling as though we had made a new friend. The Spa Team deserves special recognition as well. The atmosphere, treatments, and level of care were truly exceptional and provided one of the most relaxing spa experiences we have ever enjoyed. Finally, we would like to thank Brantley and the entire housekeeping team. Our room was impeccably maintained, and we especially loved the thoughtful turndown service and the delicious nightly cookies waiting for us each evening. It was such a wonderful touch. To Hilton leadership: You should be extraordinarily proud of the team at Zemi Beach House. Beautiful resorts can be built anywhere. We are a family of five with two babies under 18 months old and a young boy, and we recently stayed in a two-bedroom villa at Zemi Beach House. The location is outstanding. The villas are spacious, well-equipped, feature a good-sized private pool, and you can literally walk from your porch directly onto the beach. It is hard to beat. The food was generally very good, with a nice variety of options and extremely pleasant staff. However, dining service was often slow. When traveling with young children eager to eat, waiting 45–50 minutes for food can be challenging. Beach service was even slower. The main issues during our stay involved housekeeping and checkout coordination. Despite multiple requests, housekeeping never seemed able to find an appropriate time to service the villa. Staff would frequently arrive during the children’s nap times instead of later in the day as requested. There appeared to be a lack of communication among team members. We repeatedly had to request basic necessities such as bottled water for the children and a breastfeeding mother. Beyond changing towels, it was often difficult to tell what housekeeping services had actually been performed. As expected with young children, there was sand throughout the villa and wet floors that were rarely cleaned properly. Soap in the master bathroom ran out and was not replaced for three days, forcing us to use another bathroom for showers. At one point, a bird entered the villa after we accidentally left the doors open. It left droppings throughout the property. We cleaned as much as we could ourselves, but lacked proper cleaning supplies. The same stains remained untouched by housekeeping for the remainder of our stay. We also had lunch delivered to our porch on several occasions. After the meal, the dishes remained on the table for nearly a day and a half before being removed. Another disappointment involved checkout. Very early in our stay, we requested a late checkout because we were traveling with two infants and had a late flight. Day after day we were told, “We’ll see,” only for the request to be denied at the very end. Understanding that late checkouts cannot always be accommodated, I then asked whether there was any room or space available where we could keep the children, breastfeed, and wait comfortably for approximately 2.5 hours before our airport transfer. That request was also denied. I spoke with someone over the phone who unfortunately had no solutions to offer, and at no point did a member of management reach out to discuss our concerns or check on us personally. This was a stay that cost approximately $20,000 for one week. While I understand there are guests who spend considerably more, we also have many options when deciding where to spend our money. What separates truly exceptional five-star properties is not only the quality of the accommodations, but also the attention to detail, proactive service, and genuine care shown to guests. For us, the experience can be summarized as follows: 5 stars: Location 5 stars: Villa 4 stars: Food 3 stars: Housekeeping 1 star: Management A beautiful property with tremendous potential, but one that currently falls short of the level of service and guest care expected from a true five-star luxury resort. If you’re looking for a real five-star experience, this might not be the place.

We spent 8 wonderful days at Zemi Beach House. It was a trip for a milestone anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the front office staff. They confirmed all of our information and gave us a tour of the resort. Our room was beautiful and when we arrived there was a beautiful dessert and bottle of champagne for our anniversary as well as welcome notes from the GM, housekeeping and in room dining team. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly, professional and welcoming. We also got to know many of them due to our length of stay which was quite nice. Also, members of the management team were always out helping staff with anything and everything. If a guest needed anything, whom ever noticed the need was quick to assist including the management team. Every staff member was interested and invested in how our stay was going in a very genuine way. There are 4 dining options at the resort including in room dining and we never felt like we lacked options for dining during our 8 days. The food was also delicious. The resort was so beautiful and relaxing we did not leave the grounds for the entire stay. The experience was luxurious in a relaxed and friendly way. It was just what we were looking for. We will definitely return to this jewel of a place. Side note: there were a few things that malfunctioned like the in room safe and our door card reader. These issues were handed immediately and fixed. In the case of the safe, it needed to be replaced, so the service person drilled the door of the malfunctioning one, had me take out my belongings and put a new one in on the spot. It took 20-30 minutes maximum.

We stayed at Zemi for one night and honestly wished we had spent our entire vacation there instead. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. Charisma at the front desk specifically made us feel so welcomed. Once I mentioned that we were married and that my passport still reflected my maiden name, she immediately updated the reservation for us. Seeing how quickly it was changed and having everyone greet us by our married last name made such a thoughtful and personal impression. And on top of that what an incredible singer she is! We even stopped by Leon’s to hear her perform, and she still greeted us by name with the same warm smile. Everyone at the hotel, from the gardeners to housekeeping to the bar staff, was genuinely kind, hospitable, and welcoming. Every interaction felt warm and sincere, and so many staff members took the time to share local recommendations with us, which made our stay feel even more special. Zemi truly made us feel cared for, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip.

I’m writing this while sitting on a beach chair overlooking the ocean at Zemi Beach House, which feels fitting because this resort is really all about slowing down and relaxing. Although it was only a short four-night trip, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort itself is beautiful and very well landscaped, with a peaceful atmosphere that never felt crowded. One thing I especially appreciated was the beach setup. The lounge chairs were comfortable, and unlike many resorts, they were generous with umbrellas. If you value shade and a more relaxed beach experience without chair hogging or people rushing out early to claim spots, this is a great place to stay. Breakfast was an excellent start to each morning with plenty of options and consistently good service. We booked a garden view room but still had partial ocean views, which was a nice surprise. My husband and I tried almost every restaurant on the property except the sushi restaurant, and every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. There was live entertainment each evening, but it stayed low-key and wrapped up around 9:30 p.m., which suited us perfectly. Guest services was also wonderful. They helped arrange both a rental car and our airport transportation, and everyone we encountered at the resort and on the island as a whole was incredibly friendly. Anguilla may honestly be the friendliest island I’ve visited. The beach at Zemi is beautiful, with gorgeous shades of turquoise and coral-blue water. For me personally, the waves were a little stronger than I prefer. I found Rendezvous Bay calmer and more shallow, which better matches the type of beach experience I enjoy. My only real negative was the mosquitoes. I probably killed five or six in our room during the stay, and I ended up with several bites after dinner the first night. The resort did provide bug spray when we asked, which definitely helped. Overall, this was a wonderful birthday trip, and I would absolutely return to Zemi Beach House.

Our stay at Zemi Beach House was exceptional from start to finish. The property is luxurious, immaculately clean, and the level of hospitality is truly off the charts. As a former General Manager and admittedly a hotel snob, I can confidently say this is the best property I have ever stayed at. Pablo and his entire team created an experience that felt both elevated and genuinely warm. Special recognition to Charnissa and Hector, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, service was seamless, and the culture of hospitality here is something very special. The beach is incredible! The breakfast is delicious. Our wedding vow renewal was better than we ever expected. The resort itself is stunning, but what truly sets this property apart is the people. You can feel the pride, professionalism, and care in every interaction. We will absolutely be back.

It’s only been one day but our family is really enjoying our stay. There was a Zemi Beach House representative at the ferry who assisted us in getting a private transfer to the hotel (didn’t prebook this so it was a nice option). The welcome rum punch and fruit punch for the kiddo were delicious. Our garden view room has a sliver of an ocean view! We got a birthday surprise welcome in our room with a handwritten note that made our first day there very special. And as Hilton gold members, they’re upgrading our room today based on availability. (Previous Diamond reviews were disappointed on not being upgraded. Just want to add that they do upgrade if they can make it happen.) The beach in front of Zemi is heavenly! The sand is powdery soft and the water temperature was very warm. It truly is paradise! Food and drinks were also very good. Definitely get the lobster risotto at 20 Knots for dinner. The hotel room has anything you really need. The beds were super comfortable! And I got my extra pillows request within minutes. Turndown service has been seamless while out to dinner. Can’t wait to spend our next few days here and enjoy the spa and pool.

I can't say enough good things about Anguilla or Zemi Beach House. I had no idea what to expect since I had only previously been to Anguilla for an hour on a catamaran excursion. It was more than I imagined. I traveled with my 4 year old son and it was perfect- not too much action where he would have gotten hyped up, but not too slow that we were bored. Zemi upgraded our room to an amazing one bedroom with an outdoor shower in the midst of the pool which was perfect for building my son's confidence about roaming in a 'safe distance' away from mama. The food was superb and the drinks were delicious. The restaurants all had the same kids menu and it was perfectly arranged and priced... you don't get gouged at Zemi, pricing it not cheap, but its fair. You feel like you are the only ones there on the beach and the servers all were super attentive. The beach is pristine and we snorkeled right in front, again confidence booster for my son, Lorenzo. The entire staff knew my son's name and he just loved it! We went for my birthday and they brough prosesco and cake to the room one evening. The atmosphere was calm and elite, there were kids but they were well behaved and no obnoxious people drinking to oblivion or partying. Just classy people enjoying vacations. They don't even start music at the pool until 3 and even then it was chill. There is live entertainment each night that we loved- super friendly entertainers. The whole place was pristine in cleanliness and you have two services per day in your room. Just perfect. I'm already planning to make this an annual trip. Book it- you won't regret it.

One of the very finest hotels I have ever stayed in. It is a gorgeous, shimmering resort in Anguilla, an island that is poised to become the next hotspot in the Caribbean. The rooms and suites are well appointed, with a combination of touches that feel like home dipped in luxury. The centerpiece of Zemi is the Zemi Thai House, a 300-year-old Asian-inspired building that serves as the holistic spa. Lena was my therapist and she delivered an invigorating facial and relaxing massage. You should seek out Lena when you go to Zemi. There are hammams to lounge in, a vitality pool and a cozy juice bar. A true spiritual experience. The on-site restaurant served remarkable food. If you’re there on a Wednesday night, make sure you go to Caribbean Night. It’s a sumptuous barbecue buffet with effervescent music. Zemi is right on the beach and it is one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. White sand, blue water, and no seaweed. This is my fifth Caribbean trip in seven years and the beach at Zemi is the best I’ve been to. Zemi Beach House is the best hotel in the Caribbean. Kudos to the warm, friendly and familial staff. They never hesitated to offer a nice greeting, ask you if you needed anything, or suggest ways to make your stay better. I wish I could’ve been at Zemi even longer than the week we were there. I want to come back.

After a wonderful visit last year, we returned to the Zemi and it was another smashing success. As we were contemplating what made the experience so special for us, two things stood out. First, the staff really does a terrific job. Without fail, they are very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. It is five-star treatment but without feeling like you are being fawned over or like you are bothering anybody if you need something. It feels like the employees appreciate that you are visiting and want you to have a good experience. (And to specifically refute one of the comments I saw on here, I did not observe any departure from this standard of service for anyone at any time - though yes, when we rolled out of bed late we did not get the most primo beach seating, though it was still great and we still got great service and still tipped.) The other thing that really stood out is the serene, laid back atmosphere. Even when at capacity at a peak time of year, it did not feel crowded at all. There were a few more kids around this year but they were generally well behaved and a super quiet, adults-only experience was always available at the upper pool if desired. One other thing that really struck us was that although we were not in Anguilla for a gourmet food experience, dining is really handled well. The breakfast is superb - our favorite part was the daily smorgasbord of fresh roasted vegetables. Also, the little things are done right. Like when you ask for no mayo or dressing on the side, there is no mayo and the dressing is on the side. And, while it is not an inexpensive hamburger, it is hot and fresh and tasty as are the quality fries that come with. There was never a sense of disappointment or unmet expectations that can easily happen at this type of property. There are myriad additional positives to report, which contributed to our overall view that the Zemi is an absolute first class spot: - really the most beautiful beach I can imagine; - a terrific gym, with everything in working order, plus a lap pool; - as with last year, complimentary and plentiful sunblock and water (they were even passing out French mineral water at times which I'II confess did feel very luxe 😁) - plus flip flops and a beach bag in the room; - beautifully maintained grounds; - prompt customer service via the Hilton app when needed. We were one again able to use points which is no small thing (though the standard redemption rates seem to be going up in the future as is happening throughout the Hilton portfolio). We were not upgraded to an "ocean view" room this year as the resort was apparently at or near capacity, but did not have any of the issues other reviewers have cited. The room was quiet, private, and extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of ocean to see - we were just on a lower floor so it was not quite as sweeping a view. This did not negatively impact our stay at all as I feared it might. Many thanks again to everyone at the Zemi - we had another wonderful stay and will hope to be back!

We came to Zemi for spring break knowing nothing about Anguilla. The week was one delightful surprise after the next. And while at first Zemi seemed small and removed from other places or activity on the island, both ended up being characteristics about Zemi that we loved the most. Wonderful service and staff, wonderful drinks and food, beautiful 180 degree views of the beach with no obstruction (many beaches on Anguilla look at St Maarten in the distance). We had plans to leave the property nearly each night initially but ended up changing our mind to stay there. The drive into the more populated areas is 20-30 minutes and we felt the views and the food were tops right where we already were! There’s not as much to do for kids as perhaps the Aurora or Four Seasons but our kids and we saw plenty of others having a great time in the pool, on the beach and playing tennis. The Zemi spa is also fantastic and a must do. Really.

We had one of our favorite trips at Zemi Beach. Everything from beginning to end was perfection. Our trip started with a flight delay so we had to change and fly to St Marteen instead of Anguilla. In the chaos of changing flights, I emailed Zemi Beach and they took care of scheduling our boat transfers and shuttles to the hotel. We also booked a private boat outing thru Zemi that I would highly recommend. We were sitting next to a couple at the pool our last day, discussing how we could not find one negative thing to say about Zemi Beach. I have alpha gal and every morning at breakfast, and any meal on property, the staff made sure what I was eating followed my dietary restrictions. We cannot wait to visit again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Beautiful Resort, Incredible Beach Setup We are currently staying at Zemi Beach Resort, and overall this property absolutely deserves 5 out of 5 stars. The location is stunning — a beautiful, clean beach with crystal-clear water and soft sand. Everything feels spotless and very well maintained. Cleanliness is definitely a 5/5. My biggest highlights of the resort: • Beautiful, clean beach • Breakfast literally on the beach — such an incredible way to start the day • Beach chairs always available (no stress, no early chair-saving) • Complimentary cabanas and full beach beds — a HUGE plus since many resorts charge extra This is a big advantage. At many resorts you pay extra for cabanas or daybeds, but here they’re included. That adds so much value to the stay. The beach attendants were exceptional. Towels were always available, complimentary cold water was brought in ice bags, and they checked on us every 10–15 minutes. When I asked for an extra umbrella, it was set up within five minutes. I truly cannot complain about the beach service at all — 5 out of 5. We also enjoyed the sushi restaurant and the outdoor breakfast buffet setting — both beautiful experiences. The only area that could improve is the restaurant and bar service speed. During sunset cocktail hour on the beach, it took about 15 minutes to receive drinks, and we had to wave several times to get attention. At times, the bartender stepped away for a break and no one was immediately available to substitute. At the sushi restaurant, service could be excellent and attentive — and other times it felt slower and less consistent. Drinks sometimes took slightly longer to receive. That said, this did not ruin our experience. Would we come back? Absolutely, yes. As a Hilton Diamond member who has stayed at many Hilton resorts, I’m definitely putting this one in my Top 10 favorite resorts to return to. Beautiful property, amazing beach team, great value with complimentary cabanas and beds — and overall a truly relaxing island experience.

Zemi Beach House in Anguilla was truly one of the most amazing hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The location on Shoal Bay is absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked through the front door, the staff made us feel special and genuinely welcomed. Every single team member — from the bell staff and reception to housekeeping, wait staff, managers, spa staff, and even the cab driver who took us back to the ferry — made us feel like we were the only guests there.
