My wife and I were in New Orleans for Valentines Day/Mardi Gras and decided to stay at the Windsor. Its proximity to the French Quarter and superior reviews were the deciding factors for us. We’ve been to New Orleans a handful of times and this by far has been the best experience we’ve had at a hotel. We stayed in a room that allowed us access to the Executive Lounge, which was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We interacted with dozens of employees and every single one of them were kind and polite. The restaurant and bar were both excellent. We were able to acquire two chairs in the Polo Lounge that afforded us a perfect view of the Krewe du Vieux as it went by. Our suite was nicely appointed and the two balconies looked out over the Mississippi. This place is great and is definitely a case of getting what you paid for.

The valets, the concierge staff and front desk staff are the friendliest staff my wife and I have dealt with in years. Yhe hotel is impeccably clean and the romms are spacious. The Polo Lounge is always hopping, especially on weekends. They often have live jazz on weekends.

Always over the top! The greatest staff and service in NOLA, in my opinion. Brunch before the Saints game was a wonderful experience. Rooms are spacious and spotless with great amenities. Thank you for always going above and beyond! Grill Room too!

Beautiful, festive pre-Christmas stay at the Windsor Court. The lobby was in its holiday splendor and the bar was hopping. As always, the room was well appointed and comfy. The staff was pleasant, friendly, helpful and made you feel welcomed.

As a couple in our 60s, we were looking for an upscale experience, and the Windsor Court didn’t disappoint! This hotel was first class from top to bottom from the service to the gorgeous accommodations, to the amazing food served in their dining room (don’t miss their lunch, especially their $5 lunch martini!), they treated us like royalty. We did a lot of research before selecting this hotel, and we definitely hit the jackpot. Do not hesitate! Another perk is that it’s directly across from Caesars Casino on one side and Saks Fifth Avenue on the other. Even on a rainy day, there’s something to do for everyone!
