My husband and I chose West Bay Club to kick off our 25th anniversary celebration, and it was the perfect choice! We stayed in a one-bedroom oceanfront suite, which was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. Even though we were on the first floor, the view was still spectacular, and we loved having an additional sunbathing area. The location was ideal for us—quieter than Grace Bay but still close to plenty of restaurants and activities. We enjoyed riding bikes daily to explore the area, and Grace Bay was just a short cab ride away. The entire staff was consistently warm and helpful, making our stay even more special. A special shoutout to Roshana at the front desk—she is an absolute gem! She was always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

This was our second time at West Bay Club and I booked specifically because it is part of the iPrefer program. Last time we did not receive any iPrefer perks but this time we did get a welcome drink (some kind of rum punch) and a welcome amenity of a bottle of Prosecco in the room. We were told that we would also get a $100 food and beverage credit but when I noticed after returning home and checking my bill that it wasn’t applied, no response to my request for a credit after three days. We also didn’t receive a room upgrade as they claimed they were fully booked (which I don’t dispute, but still kind of sucks). And we asked for a late checkout since we had a 5 pm flight, and granted they extended it from 11 to 12, we wanted 2 pm. We booked a 1 bedroom suite which is incredibly spacious and well appointed, sort of. The coffee pot was in disrepair and on the last day the corkscrew broke. Granted we didn’t submit a complaint about either just went with it. And there is a decent sized mini fridge for water, wine, and whatever snacks. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and bathroom albeit small was fine and I love the L’Occitane amenities. It’s also very nice to have a washer and dryer along with laundry detergent. Housekeeping was good and a shout out to April as she accommodated us when we were in the room when she was planning to clean or do turndown service a couple of times. The only ocean view we had from the room was a small balcony off the living room otherwise our view was of the pool grounds. Breakfast was fine and usually not our thing but since it was included, we indulged. You can get made to order omelets and there is the standard scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, oats, fruit, bagels, etc. but nothing fancy. We did also have the kale salad and pizza on the night of our arrival and the kale salad again and club sandwich for lunch on our last day. Kale salad is amazing and pizza is good- I didn’t have any of the club sandwich but my husband said it was good but also it’s really hard to screw up a club sandwich. Workout room is nice albeit small. But the equipment works and it’s not stiflingly warm. Two treadmills, an elliptical, recumbent bike and peloton along with free weights and kettle balls. I think what I like best about the resort is the beach - white powdery sand that reaches all the way into the water with no seaweed. The staff at the beach are efficient and friendly. And second best thing that they instituted since our last visit: copious water stations and refillable water bottles in the room. Love it! The staff throughout the resort are all very friendly. And the resort is well maintained and clean. Although the room and beach are fantastic, the room cost (over $1k per night) keeps this place down on the value scale compared to other places in the Caribbean that we have been (Bucuti and Tara in Aruba and Cap Maison in St Lucia)

The west bay club is truly beautiful. The beach in Turks is so blue it’s to die for. The hotel and its staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. Roshana, Franz, and Giovanni are all the best! I would definitely revisit in the future. 10/10 highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at the West Bay Club from May 6th to May 10th, but it could have been amazing if we hadn’t been charged twice for our reservation. Despite multiple follow-ups and complaints to the hotel, our money has not been refunded, and our bank confirms that the amount was indeed charged by the hotel. We would like to reiterate our request for a refund. Unfortunately, despite numerous messages via Booking, we were ignored. For this reason, we give this hotel a 1/5 rating.

Everything about this trip was wonderful! My wife and I took a much needed 4-day getaway by ourselves and The West Bay Club was as there to deliver on all fronts. The entire staff makes you feel at home and they ALWAYS greet you with a smile. We spent our days taking longer and longer walks up the beach to explore and each time we returned to appreciate what WBC has to offer. They are a beautiful destination away from the crowds and family’s (yet we are one of those family’s most days). The food on site is a 10/10! We ended up eating most meals on site even after we traveled up to the Ritz for lunch (I loved the Ritz but the fish tacos are better at the WBC). The chef at WBC is a hidden gem and I hope they can bring attention to ALL they have to offer. If you are exhausted from your trip and just want a great pizza…. Done!! If you want a nicer, more fancy meal, done!! On Tuesday we enjoyed Seafood night and the Conch Stew and Mahi Mahi was absolutely amazing!! Enjoy this slice of heaven, take time away from your busy lives, and open up to ALL WBC has to offer!

The locals in Turks and Caicos were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Their incredible hospitality made us feel so well cared for. I can’t wait to return! A special thanks to Roshana—see you again soon! I hope to revisit sometime next year.

Great visit and everything about West Bay Club was great. The staff was top notch, especially our concierge Roshana! The pool and beach area were fantastic. The breakfast that is included was good and a nice variety. Eggs cooked to order. We would not hesitate to come back!!

We recently stayed at the West Bay Club from October 19th-24th and had an outstanding experience! This resort is beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Originally, we’d booked a different hotel down the road for a trip in July, but when our plans had to be postponed due to illness, that hotel was less than helpful. Fortunately, this led us to West Bay Club, and after seeing the other hotel during our stay, I can say it wasn’t nearly as nice, though I won’t name it since we didn’t actually stay there. Our trip coincided with Hurricane Oscar’s approach, but the resort’s staff handled everything impressively. They implemented safety protocols and kept us informed throughout, which helped us feel secure. Our studio suite was more spacious and elegant than expected, with two balconies — one overlooking the ocean and the other facing the pool. The suite also had a washer, dryer, and a kitchenette, making it perfect for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The little touches, like L’Occitane products and an evening turndown service with water bottles, were lovely, and we appreciated the water refill stations throughout the property. A hot breakfast buffet was included each morning, making it easy to start our day without leaving the resort. While the food was decent, the service was exceptional. Patrona and another warm-hearted lady (whose name I wish I could remember — it might start with an E or L. Any managers reading this, please give her credit or reach out to me for more info) welcomed us every day with a smile, making breakfast a delightful experience. From the front desk to the beach staff, every team member we encountered was warm and welcoming. The resort itself was very clean and well-maintained. While it could use a few updates in the future, it was clear they take pride in the property. The beach was expansive and private, giving us ample space to relax. Having a car was a huge plus; driving on the left wasn’t as challenging as we expected, and it was great not to be confined to the resort. Each morning, the staff set up pool chairs with terry cloth covers and fresh towels, a small touch that made a big difference. For anyone seeking a high-energy party resort, an ultra-luxe experience, or a location within walking distance of multiple restaurants and activities, West Bay Club might not be the best fit. However, if you’re looking for a serene, clean, safe, and beautifully laid-back setting, I can’t recommend it enough. While we’ve had the privilege of staying at five-star resorts, I personally prefer somewhere that feels more relaxed and inviting. During our late October visit, the atmosphere was quiet and mostly adults who were respectful of one another. While Provo has plenty of fantastic resorts, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at West Bay Club again.

We stayed at West Bay Club for our first holiday in TCI. The hotel is kept beautifully clean and the staff can’t do enough to please you. Many of the newer resorts seem to be a blot on the landscape but not West Bay. It is only 5 floors and built out of what appears to be local limestone. It looks like it belongs to the island. The gardens and plantings are fantastic and really well maintained. Because of that we were able to watch hummingbirds whilst we ate our breakfast or lunch - every day for a week. And there were regular visitors of kestrels, a young black-capped night heron, and other birds. The pool was clean and just the right size for us. It is framed by trees and shrubs and there is a lovely view from the pool through an arch in the hotel down to the sea. We ate dinner several times at the hotel. As with all hotel restaurants, it is not cheap! But that is TCI for you. West Bay is in a quieter area than the Ritz-Carlton and Seven Stars area. If you want proximity to shopping and bars, this may not be the right hotel for you unless you take taxis or rent a car. If you want a peaceful place to chill it’s ideal! All in all this place was perfect for us. It’s not pretentious and it has a connection to nature that we really appreciated. The staff and the gardeners care about the place and the guests. If we return to TCI, we will stay here again!

Expected much better service for the price we paid. Breakfast buffet was not fully available at opening. Same choices were offered daily. Beach service was poor. We had to set up our chairs/towels each day. Call button was available for food/drinks but service was extremely slow. Wait staff in dining not very engaging. No facilities to accomodate late check out after 1100 AM. Limited equipment in the small gym facility. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and housekeeping was great. Thank you to Rose who serviced our room.
