This hotel is a little gem in Park City. It has the highest Michelin keys rating in the area (higher than the Montage) and it deserves it. 12 rooms, irreplaceable beauty and grandeur, impeccable service around the clock. This is the definition of boutique high end hotels. Matt and his team have create a world class experience that is the most luxurious stay in the Park City region. We will be returning - and not soon enough.

This is a place where they’ve got you covered. The things you think about plus the things you don’t. The staff is incredibly responsive, always available (even by texting from your pool lounger or away from the hotel). The hotel is impeccably maintained — and I mean perfect everywhere. The food is very thoughtfully created. And then the all-important bed and bath — I slept like a baby and didn’t want my shower to end. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It’s one block off of Main Street, but just a 2 minute walk from the front door. So things stay quiet and low key. And, still, there’s no need to summon your car (although they are really quick at doing that whenever you need). It would have been tempting to stay at one of the larger hotels — with their spas and bars and such. And, in fact, I considered it. But I think those miss out on the charm that is Park City. I could tell when we went for lunch at the St. Regis; those folks didn’t seem nearly as pleased with their experience as I was. So do yourself a favor: stay in town, and stay here.

We recently stayed there with a group of friends and we pretty much took over this small hotel which made it a ton of fun as we could gather together without disrupting other guests. The staff is wonderful and they go out of their way to make your stay memorable....

We recently stayed there with a group of friends and we pretty much took over this small hotel which made it a ton of fun as we could gather together without disrupting other guests. The staff is wonderful and they go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The breakfasts are superb! Our room was pretty small as was the bathroom but we spent most of our time with friends in the common areas which are beautiful. All of our beverages and food was included which was a very nice surprise. If you are going to Park City with a bunch of friends, say for a wedding, book the whole place well in advance and you will not regret it.

If you are looking for a hotel in Park City, this is your place! My husband and I recently stayed at WSH for 5 nights. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredible in taking care of all our needs. Our car was taken away to the complimentary valet, our luggage was brought to our room, and we explored the lovely property. The decor is stunning, the spaces are cozy and inviting—perfect for sitting with a glass of wine or reading a book. All drinks during our stay were included, so we never had to pay for wine or cocktails. The staff is always eager to bring you anything you’d like to drink while relaxing on a patio or sitting by the pool. This hotel is small and intimate, with only 12 rooms. Because of this, the staff really attends to all of your needs and they also get to know you personally. They take interest in you and offer suggestions on dining, hikes, and activities. Breakfast is included, cooked to order, and delicious. WSH hotel is very close to Main Street and within short walking distance to many great shops and restaurants, yet it is a very quiet and peaceful property. My husband and I have stayed at many boutique hotels, but have never experienced anything as wonderful as this. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Washington School House was even more wonderful than anything we could have imagined. With just 12 rooms, the staff truly makes it a priority to get to know their guests. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is beautiful and you cannot beat the location....

I had the best breakfast of my life all 4 mornings. The chef truly creates some amazing dishes and you can tell he puts his heart into everything he prepares. Matt, the gm, was so so great and personable. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel kept making our stay better and better. Truly a home away from home. The beds are heavenly. The beverages are delicious. An incredible experience, will definitely be back.
