Our honeymoon escape in the Vana Belle was something out from fairytales . From the beginning to the end everything was deal with so proficiency and professionalism. 5 star experience for real. All staff members were vey polite and friendly. A special honour is go to Miss Fah from the front desk. She helped us to book a table in restaurant out of the hotel although it was not available. Thank you miss Fah for all the assistance you made for us!

She adjusted some restaurant reservations and arranged for private taxis during our stay. Dao continued to check on us during her off hours and she also surprised us with a rose petal bath. DAO IS FANTASTIC! We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay at the Vana Belle again.

Very nice hotel with a super friendly service. nice food and always kind people regardless what you asked for. "Fishmarket" in the hotel on Saturday is a must. you can take your choice of fish, lobster etc, as well as one of the best steaks Tenderloin i ever had.

We have recently returned from an eight night stay at the Vana Belle. The hotel is situated on a beautiful quiet beach, the gardens and villas wonderful and the breakfast choice extensive. What really set this hotel apart though was the wonderful staff who always had a smile and really made our time at the hotel an amazing experience. Special shout out to our fantastic butler Frang, who quickly sorted out an early issue we had, recommended restaurants, booked tables and sorted out transport even on his days off. During our stay it was my birthday and Frang, with the help of the lovely Song, decorated our room and prepared a wonderful table of fruit, cake and fresh coconut juice and even organised a birthday card from the hotel staff, which was a lovely surprise. Thank you also to Min who looked after us at breakfast, Apple and another girl(sorry I can't remember your name) in the Spa who gave my husband and I the most amazing relaxing massages. We would recommend the Vana Belle for a totally relaxing and wonderful holiday.

Beautiful resort property right on the beach with great service. We had room with small private plunge pool, the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in (very comfortable) and small sitting area inside and outside. Breakfast buffet was expansive, and front desk helpful with reservations and taxi service. Used spa a couple of times and massage area was first class with steam, shower and bathroom all in every treatment room. Masseuses were very skilled. Would highly recommend this resort

It was a very nice holiday. We stayed in Villa 1006. Everything was perfect. The service from Mr. Frang was particularly outstanding. He took care of all our needs. He organized our excursions, restaurant visits and all the trips there and back.

This was our second stay at the Vana Belle having first visited almost 10 years ago when the hotel was almost new. We stayed in a Tropical Beachfront Villa (Ratri) which was spacious and well appointed. We did point out some things in the room that needed fixing to our wonderful butler Dao upon departure, but overall the feel of the room is one of a 5 star property. The grounds are well kept, lush and easy to navigate (but be prepared to walk some steps and inclines if you don't want to use the buggy all the time). We each had two massages during our 5 night stay, both with excellent therapists Tu and Apple. The treatment rooms are pleasant and relaxing. The food at both food outlets is well prepared, all the Thai and Western dishes that we tried were tasty and the service is extremely friendly and professional. We were there for CNY and they put on a fantastic bbq with live entertainment down at the beach, really well done. We were unfortunate that the weather was not the best during our stay and we did not get to enjoy the beach to it's fullest (the kind staff kept apologising for this fact) but the property is on a beautiful stretch of the beach, the loungers are comfy, and there are call buttons for ordering drinks and snacks. Very few cons about this place... the beds are not the comfiest which we did highlight at the end of our stay. Overall we would return.

A special mention goes to Nicki, our personal butler, who went above and beyond our expectations. She was always available, attentive to our needs, and made every effort to ensure our stay was nothing short of unforgettable. The breakfast was exceptional, with a beautiful beachfront setting that made every morning special. The beachfront restaurant also offered excellent food and a great atmosphere, making it a fantastic spot for a relaxed meal. Overall, Vana Belle is an extraordinary place for those seeking luxury, tranquility, and world-class service. We can't wait to return!

Enjouing 11 days stay at Vana Belle orchestrated by privat butler C ( we prefer an privat PA ) and from the check-in was her statement " just app me and I'll arrange it ", which was a gift: only breathing was our issue. An overwelming kindness and support from staff and other people involved in the proces of unburndening. Invited by the three chefs in one of the restaurant for a tasting event in order to bring a six course menu together for Valentine's dinner in front of the ocean. A special word for the breakfast retsaurants: out- or insitea heavenly served veriety of food even a special Thai food section. Miu and Sam were for us very special and we are thankfull for that. So if you want to know and experience a heaven on earth feeling...go for it...go for Vana Belle

The Vana Belle Luxury resort certainly loves up to its name. The suites are beautifully appointed each with their own infinity pool. We had a grand pool suite with a magnificent sea view - just the place to spend the morning relaxing before heading down to the beach. The beach was beautiful and clean with comfy sun beds and parasols and a waiter service button. Waiters came round constantly but not intrusively with fresh iced water. The pool bar and Pangali restaurant served a variety of western and Thai food which were all delicious especially the pad Thai and chicken massaman curry. Our butler for the week was Pum - she could not have been more helpful, helping to arrange restaurant reservations and taxis even on her days off. She also organised a car with a driver to take us round the island. This was excellent as we could go to the sights we wanted to visit and spend as much or little time there as we wanted. Our driver spoke a little English and offered to take photos of us together at each site which was a nice touch. On our penultimate day we had a wonderful invigorating Thai massage. When we returned to our room we found that Pum had filled our bath with bubbles and rose petals which was a lovely touch. The hotel was peaceful and tranquil and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend a stay here.

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at Vana Belle Resort for 6 nights. The hotel and service is a 10! The staff’s attention to detail is the best we’ve had, and we have traveled to many places in the world. We were given a “butler” to plan our day, whatever we wanted….restaurant suggestions and then reservation made, car service to the shopping mall, island tours, off island suggestions for snorkeling. Our lovely and knowledgeable butler was named Tik. So sweet and kind and available for all questions. She even sourced a Thailand bag I was looking for (told me which part of the Bangkok airport I could find it!). Tik and all staff are always greeting and welcoming guests. This is such a happy place! The food from all the restaurants on property was delicious. The chef came to our table several times during our stay and suggested different foods to try. Everything fresh and plentiful! Our room is such a treat to enter everyday with sweets and chips left for us to enjoy. We have a plunge pool which is lovely for a dip at all time of the day. Yesterday was Valentine’s Day. The hotel treated guests to food and beverages on the beach and then a special Valentine dinner specifically made for the evening. Koy, our housekeeper, even filled our bathtub with bubbles and red flower petals in honor of Valentine’s Day. We had just returned from a massage and then enjoyed a nice warm bath! Speaking of massage….Karm and Smile took great care of my husband and I. We had a massage every other day and it was delightful! Karm found a special ointment to help my neck. The whole experience was a 10! The beach, pool and grounds are gorgeous. Orchids, palm trees, fresh flowers adorn our walks. The water is emerald green and so inviting! It takes great effort and teamwork to make a hotel this special. We have enjoyed every moment, will be sad to leave but we will be back!

Last year we were in this hotel with the family and everything was so wonderful that we returned again this year. The location of the hotel is amazing, beautiful garden, beach, the Tropical Beach villa is comfortable, clean, fantastic view, with its own pool. Breakfast satisfies all needs, there is a great selection with Asian and European food, lunch at the Panali, dinner at the Kiree restaurant is very good, excellent cocktails. The staff is the best we've ever stayed at, even though we've traveled around the world. But the nicest were our butlers last year and this year, Dao and Pum. Our every wish was fulfilled right away, the nicest butlers we have ever met. In the afternoons we received fresh fruit and dessert from our butler, the cocktail party with the staff on the beach is a good opportunity to get to know the management. We are happy to recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to relax in a real luxury small hotel with excellent staff.

Karn gave us an excellent treatment for our sunburn 10/10 would recommend. The spa was amazing and the welcome drink greatly appreciated. The range of treatments on offer are excellent. I will for sure be rebooking to experience as many of them as I can. Thank you!!
