This is a good hotel for a neanderthal. Solid concrete floors, concrete walls and ceilings. The hotel is void of any color or joy, like sleeping in a cave or bunker. Worse than that, the AC unit was so loud that my wife and I gave up and left after a few hours of trying to sleep. I have been a Hilton Honors member for 24 years; this is the first time I just simply could not stay in a hotel. The investment company that owns the hotel refused to credit my AX card, but Hilton corporate covered me with 55,000 points. The hotel does have great front of the house staff, so I gave them 2 stars for that.

Hotel is very well located and service is accommodating. My status as a Hilton Diamond member was recognized and acknowledged, and I was upgraded to the Presidential suite. Main street is only a block away where you can find countless shops, bars, breweries, and places to eat. The only drawback...

Hotel is very well located and service is accommodating. My status as a Hilton Diamond member was recognized and acknowledged, and I was upgraded to the Presidential suite. Main street is only a block away where you can find countless shops, bars, breweries, and places to eat. The only drawback to this hotel was the decor. I prefer a classic room and warm decor. This hotel feels like you're in an industrial art deco apartment. Which if you're into it, you may enjoy, but this is not my preference. Regardless, five stars for Diamond status recognition!

The hotel is located in downtown Holland, Michigan just a short block away from 8th St. where you’ll find coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Our room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. If you prefer to stay in, the hotel has a fully stocked bar and kitchen if you are hungry. A couple of snowy days made this a perfect holiday trip.

We've stayed here a few times over the past couple of years. The biggest plus is being in walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants if you want to do the tourist thing, or a close restaurant to visit when you get back. Several have commented on the unique room layouts, which I'll echo, but they make good use of the space and it has a different feel than most places. The rooms have tile floors, but I've found I actually like it from a cleanliness perspective since it doesn't absorb whatever DNA and dirt got tracked in from previous visitors. Staff at the desk, restaurant and bar were all good and helpful when help was needed.

We stayed here for three nights in early June. The situation of the hotel is excellent with just a couple of minutes walk to many restaurants and shops and also a short walk to a nice riverside park. The hotel was very nice and modern although we would prefer a more traditional bathroom arrangement rather than the basin outside of the actual bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room a good size. The breakfasts were quite good. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check in was easy. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Came here with my wife for some nice time away. Luckily we had a gift card, else we’d never come! Our room was clean and welcoming…though I personally wish the floors were carpeted. The service was good, very friendly staff. CitySen restaurant was the best part of our stay. The food was delicious and our waiter was very kind, but the restaurant was very loud. I felt like I had to yell across a 2 foot table for my wife to hear me. Overall, not a bad visit, but far more expensive than it needs to be…also, I don’t think the breakfast was free. Probably won’t be back - not enough bang for our buck.

Hotel was is a good location convenient to shopping and dining with a ChargePoint EV charge in the parking lot for guests to use. Staff were very helpful, from the front desk to the bar/restaurant. Room had nice, high ceilings but the flooring could be updated and a few more individually controlled lights would have been nice. Couch in the room was very uncomfortable, but the bed was great and the bathroom was large.
