I could not fault the tower suites at all. They were so easy to communicate with and were really quick at replying to me at any point in the day. It wasn’t the easiest place to locate however, the staff went above and beyond to help me locate it and help me to the right place. As well as this I asked for some extras in the room and they did this without and issues and made the stay even more special. The room itself is stunning with a modern design and beautiful views. The bed was soooo comfy and had an amazing view. The breakfast is delivered to you room and you get a great amount of food at a time you ask for so that you can enjoy the views and privacy of your room and I felt this made the stay even more special and romantic. This was the best stay that I have had out of any hotel or apartment and I would say it is the best place to stay in Iceland. I could not recommend this location more especially if you want to make your stay special or romantic.

We stayed for 3 nights for my husbands birthday trip to Iceland and it was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are so comfortable, huge comfy bed and beautiful views. The bathroom is beautiful with a big bath looking out over Reykjavik. The staff are also incredibly supportive and friendly and they went above and beyond for his birthday. You can help yourself to drinks in the reception area, which we did each evening, making hot chocolates. It feels very comfy and homely and there’s everything you could ever need in the room. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. We enjoyed everything and will most certainly be returning.

The in-room breakfast was plentiful and the view was amazing. Located in a convenient place, the front desk was helpful and kind. Comfortable bed, nice shower. It was a little challenging to find on the first day and if you're sensitive to sound, the wind was wild in the evenings.

Excellent hotel; wonderful stay. Clean, modern, in great condition, very nice linens, great location for walking, plenty of towels, great pillows, helpful staff, great views overlooking city and harbor. Highly recommend. Our best stay in Iceland.

OMG best place to stay. We got penthouse #7 , views of the harbor , the mountains, sunsets. The breakfast can be adjusted to your liking , just ask, we preferred scrambled eggs, rolls, chesses and meats verse the sweet options. They have personnel at the tour desk from 7:00am-9:00pm, to help. They can process tours and the hop on hop off bus, which we used several days to get around downtown Reykjavik, also arrange a private driver through, seamless stay here.

With elegant and modern chic decor, floor to ceiling windows with spectacular city and bay views, and comfortable bedding, the Tower Suites is a quiet oasis in a busy city. The continental breakfast is substantial and the personalized service superb. I deduct one star for the following. In an era where recharging traveling electronics is essential, there are no unoccupied electrical outlets. And only a few outlets to begin with. Second, there is no room service or hotel restaurant. After a long day of various airports, all we wanted was a quick bite to eat and sleep. Having to go out or get delivery, which met going down 20 floors and waiting in the building lobby, were the only options. Finally, and this is a bit of a snivel, the bathroom vanity was quite minimal. More of an inconvenience than anything else. With those caveats, I recommend Tower Suites for personalized service and spectacular views.

I just got back from a 4-day trip to Iceland with my husband and we stayed at Tower Suites. Everything at the hotel was absolutely perfect - amazing service, awesome room, beautiful view, delicious breakfast, very helpful staff. The room itself was also modern, the bed super comfortable. They even made my husband's birthday super special with the decorations and desert they brought in. Truly a 5-start experience :)

This hotel is very unique as it's on the 20th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Reykjavik. There are only 8 rooms which is ideal for those who like a smaller, more personal experience. There is a fabulous view of the city from your window. The hotel is far enough from the noise of the city but close enough to walk to all the sights, restaurants and shopping areas. Breakfast is delivered straight to your room every morning, no waiting in a busy buffet line. Fresh fruit, yogurt, meat and cheese, cereal, pastries, eggs, etc are available to eat. Our hotel room was pristine when we arrived and was cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable and water temperature and pressure were perfect. I can't say enough about the staff, they're so friendly, engaging and more than helpful. They truly make this hotel a special experience. Special thanks to Cassandra, she went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here.

The Towers Suites is a one-of-a-kind experience in Reyjkavik. It is located in the 3rd tallest building in the city, and you find yourself feeling like you are ‘on top of the world’ when staying there. The service is exceptional and the rooms are very clean with spectacular views of the city, sea, and mountains. Breakfast in the morning is delicious and a great way to start the day. What made our experience here truly special was the wonderful staff who helped my husband surprise me for our 21st wedding anniversary. They went out of their way to help him get flowers, chocolates, and a bottle of wine. It was truly a pleasant surprise and remarkable touch to our visit. We will definitely be back, and hope you pick Towers Suites for your trip to Reykjavik!
