The Westin in Whistler BC is amazing! The hotel is fabulous in every way possible. The people there are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spectacular-the view of the mountains, fireplace/kitchen. We had the free breakfast and I cannot think of anything they missed. So much delicious food. It is very convenient(short walk) to so many businesses, restaurants and the ski resort. The golf driving range is across the street. Don't miss this gem. Thank you for such a great stay Westin.

We were in a room which had a door to the next joining room and the walls are like paper. We were kept up until well after mid night with the neighbours making a lot of noise. We had a 6hr drive the next day and were exhausted when we got up. The hotel has ample parking spaces for their guests yet they still charge to park your car, which I found really poor. The hair dryer in our room was making smoke when used and bed side lamp did not work. This was passed on upon check out, a small good will gesture would have went a long way at this point to put this all right, as we paid a lot of money to stay here - but this was not offered. Stay somewhere else folks.

We had a fabulous stay at the Westin, location is great, when we checked in we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, with a balcony and amazing views of the mountains, the suite was huge and such a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, we were really delighted with it. Used the pool, small but lovely outdoor area, also used gym, small but well equipped. Bar and bar food was good and great underground parking that we used for our first night - we used overnight parking at the convention centre on the other nights as it was much cheaper. Didn't have breakfast as there were so many other great options in Whistler, Lift Coffee right across from the hotel is amazing. I'd happily stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Not in the same league as the gorgeous bath at Nita lodge Though spa facilities were better than Nita Outside and inside large hot tubs, sauna, swimming pool (heated outside) and great steam rooms in the changing rooms Grey location right next to the Whistler gondolas for biking, walking or skiing and right next to bars and restaurants of the village Has fire in the room was nice and comfortable sofa. Parking underneath and the usual big cost of whistler (cad$35). Staff friendly and helpful No complimentary bike rental that you get at Nita Lodge in the creek but rental in the hotel shops area at the bottom of the east wing lifts was reasonable at c.$57 for four hours Downside was air conditioning even though tried to turn it off continued to be noisy all night (assume there is a central control) and the noise from the fridge was loud No chrome cast as with other hotels we stayed in
