We loved our time at The Springs! The service was great, the resort was beautiful and we loved soaking in the hot pools. I was even brave enough to do the cold water plunge! We ate at The Cafe (order the Honey Sriracha crepe!) and at the Barefoot Grille. The food was decent and convenient. You can charge everything to your room, so you don’t have to worry about losing your credit card in the pools. We also had massages at The Spa. Tyler and Lisa did a great job helping us relax. A shout out to the other hotel staff that made our stay enjoyable and easy: Vanessa (housekeeping), Nikki & Jen (The Cafe), Lindsay & Alex (The Barefoot Grille), and Jordyn & Gloria (The Spa). 5 star service!

Just had to drop a line to thank Matthew for makin' our day trip to Pagosa Hot Springs unforgettable! From the moment we pulled in, they treated us like old friends. Matthew's got a real knack for making sure ya know everything about the springs customer service is top notch. We’ve been to a lot of places, but it’s rare to find folks so dedicated to making your visit as enjoyable as possible. The pools were great, and the whole vibe was super chill—just what you'd expect from a place like Pagosa. If you're lookin' for a spot to relax and enjoy some Colorado nature, I highly recommend this place. Thanks again to Matthew for making our trip one we won’t forget!

Mark at the front desk made check in seamless and informative. I mentioned that it was my birthday and he delivered delicious chocolates to our room, along with a voucher for food and beverages. He was so very helpful and friendly. We slso spoke with Stefan, who was measuring the temperature of each pool. He explained how the water gets pumped to the pools. He was very friendly and professional as well. The room was very nice. It was very clean as well, and I'm hard to please in that area! There is a pool and temperature for just about anyone. We have been able to enjoy almost all of them and plan to try the rest tomorrow. We feel so great here that we just might make it an annual event! And just btw, they have the softest,fluffiest bath towels that I've ever seen! My only suggestion would be that robe changes were provided at the bath house.

I took a yoga class with Patty and felt so good that inspired me to take restful recharge and that was amazing to so I decided to to do the rad class, loved it as well and said with how great I felt after these classes I might as well stay for the next 2 classes which was more yoga and the bowels. If you are looking for relaxation and feeling better please do all of them!! Patty was very knowledgeable and I learned a ton. Had to also order many things on Amazon… weighted blanket, and rad system!! Will definitely be coming back to this place!! Loved it ❤️🎈🎉

Was staying in Pagosa Springs on a couples/friends trip and went to the Pagosa Spa on our free day. Fantastic experience and the bartender, Shea, was a lot of fun and had a great attitude. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who goes to the spas!

Amazing place with excellent people working. Food is good. I’m definitely going to be here next vacation. Great place for spending time with my family and friends. The weather was perfect. ;) I have the opportunity to meet some amazing people and great staff . .

Christina at the front desk was wonderful. She was so attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay. The accommodations were clean and well maintained and the staff were all very friendly. We would come here again in a heartbeat

Such an amazing experience, this is a review for the spa only. Loved all the different pools and beautiful nature views. The staff was super friendly. Patty in particular was wonderful in guiding us through healing and the plunge into the icy cold river!
