The room was amazing and the ppl were even better. I can't speak enough of how amazing the food was too! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway. We went as a couple but I can definitely see this being great for a family as well!
Great stay. Highly recommend!
This is a fun and historic hotel. It's a fantastic location to the heart of downtown Niagara Falls, Goat island and Canada. Definitely easy to walk anywhere! We were thrilled with the breakfast and room. We will be back to try out another room.

Truthfully a gorgeous facility and the aesthetic was just exemplary. The suite was immaculately clean and well maintained. Fridge was cold, and very very clean. The oven/stove was perfect. Bathroom was perfect. Shower glass was clear as if it was brand new. The sheets on the bed were perfect and clean and everything was incredible. The jacuzzi tub took forever to fill up, but i dont think thats the inn's problem since its such a big tub. Will say the shower water temperature left a lot to be desired - it never really got "hot", it was warm for sure but no matter what it never got "hot". The restaurant we ate there for dinner twice and breakfast twice. The service was perfection and friendly. The hostess was attentive and never left us to our own devices long enough to be an issue. Some may not like the smell of the wood burning fire place, but honestly it was our favorite part as it felt so "homey" if that makes sense. The food was good, portions were a bit big but I dont know if that can really be a complaint. Wasn't a fan of the orange juice or the coffee, and the bacon was bit over-salted. The teriyaki chicken was a bit bland. But the steak I had the day before was PERFECT, and the eggs and toast for breakfasts were great as well. The wife drank a couple cocktails and she was in love with both, so the bar has skills evidently! All in all, this was a wonderful stay and we cant wait to come back in the summer when its much nicer our and we can visit the falls without freezing our tail off!

I travel a lot for work, so I am used to "typical" hotels with long hallways, ice/vending machines, sterile lobbies, etc.. The Red Coach Inn is NOTHING like that, in the best way. It's like having your own quaint apartment. If you need something (eg ice) the front desk will bring it to your room. There's not a real lobby to loiter in, but there is a nice small bar area that will serve you anytime during the hotel's normal hours. My wife and I love this place and have and will continue to visit over and over again.

This was a delight from the moment we got here. A nostalgic inn with lots of history. The rooms were beyond exceptional. ‘Rooms’ is a misnomer as they were complete with a beautiful living room, massive bedroom, very updated bathroom with a rain head shower and a large kitchen. All appointed in exquisite splendor. We would sit by the fireplace every evening. The restaurant menu has a wide variety of offerings. Some of the best breakfast and dinners we’ve ever had. Full breakfast off the menu is included. Loved the massive fireplace at the end of the room. A treasure right across from the falls.

A beautiful staycation for my husband and I. We stayed I. The absolutely gorgeous Sheffield Suite. The staff at check in was lovely. They lefts us complimentary champagne, cheese and crackers, along with our Romance Package upgrade, which included $75 towards dinner at their restaurant, a bottle of champagne, chocolates and rose petals. The two person jacuzzi tub was perfect on a winter night along with the in-room fireplace. Dinner was delicious, salmon for me, surf and turf for him, along with crab cakes (excellent) and French onion soup (good, but nothing to write home about). Cocktails were delicious. Complimentary breakfast (anything to order off their breakfast menu) was good as well and a perfect ending to a wonderful night. Overlooking the upper rapids of Niagara Falls, just steps away for the state park it was a beautiful, once in a while treat for us. Would certainly do it again.

I had stayed at the Red Coach Inn with my mother in early October for a girls trip and enjoyed our stay so much that I brought my husband back for a romantic pre-holiday visit. The staff is absolutely amazing, the building is clean, and the rooms are very comfortable. We stayed in the Brighton room which has a fantastic view of the park and rapids. Breakfast in the dining room with the fireplace burning warm and bright was heavenly. The barkeep, Wayne, makes the best dessert drinks for after dinner! Everything is in walking distance from the inn. We walked across the pedestrian bridge onto Goat Island one day then across the Rainbow Bridge into Canada the next. Just be sure to bring your passport and 4 quarters for the Rainbow Bridge pedestrian toll.

Stayed in the Adeline. Very nice apartment-like lodging. View of Upper Rapids across the street. Excellent breakfasts - included in room fee. Got unexpected snow, but with that lovely fireplace, it was a wonderful, cozy retreat to come back to after a day of running around.

Parking is very convenient but you don't really need a car since the National Park and the Canadian border are just a few steps away.

When we got to our room we were in awweeee it was sooo much better than we expected or even imagined! The room was more like an apartment!
This Inn is in a perfect location across from the rapids, close to downtown and the falls.
We had a special gift in our full sized refrigerator that was a very nice touch!

Amazing experience. I took my wife for our anniversary and could not be happier. The building and rooms were full of history and charm. All of the staff we interacted with were very and accommodating. The room was cozy and comfortable and came with many great complimentary items. The restaurant was wonderful and tasty and there was ample parking, a stones throw away from the falls. We would come back again and recommend it to anyone. The history of the building is also fascinating.

We loved our long weekend getaway at the Red Coach Inn. Perfectly situated in distance to the falls and the surrounding area. The weather was just right and the fall leaves were beautifully colored. The room we chose was prefect. We loved the jacuzzi. We left the window open at night to hear the rapids near by which was cool. The staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The Red Coach is atmospheric with an air of an older by gone time. Nestled amongst the back drop or the larger hotels and modern buildings, the Red Coach is the place to be. It has views of the river and the Canadian side of the falls. The walk to the falls is very nicely laid out and romantic when walked at night which we did a few times. Do yourself a favor and stay here. If you don't like crowds and heat in the summer, do it in the autumn like we did. We'll be back !!!

There is a very large mirror over the fireplace that takes you way back in time. The food was excellent and my wife’s filet mignon melted in her mouth. The portions were good size. The dessert was fantastic the chocolate and caramel cake with vanilla ice cream and to top it all off the excellent service from Monica.B May for great conversation Service and the excitement of going to the falls next set the standard for came out to be a great couple of days and Niagara Falls, New York. We were knocking one more notch off of our bucket list. I suggest Niagara Falls to anyone if you thought the Grand Canyon was wonderful. You will also fall in love with the falls. Stop at the red for five star meal.

All was great, Jean was a pleasure to work with as all the employees.
One comment is to have sheers on the windows in the Tasner room. The sidewalk was a little busy and people could look in. The burgers were great and the dinner was fine. Thanks. Stan Swizdor
