I had a 50 minute relaxation massage with Mayra and it was AMAZING! I get massages monthly and hands down this was one of the best. She was attentive and kept me comfortable. I used the other amenities as well although the jets in the hot tub were out.

I had deeply concerning incident that took place during my recent stay at Meritage Hotel on 2/24/25 thru 2/16/25. This matter has yet to be rectified. During our stay, an employee of the hotel unlawfully entered my room while my partner and I were engaged in a private moment. This individual neither knocked nor announced their presence before entering, and after realizing their intrusion, they proceeded to linger and listen before finally fleeing when confronted. This was an egregious violation of our privacy, and we immediately reported the incident to hotel security. We were informed that security would investigate the matter and provide us with details regarding whose key card was used to enter our room. However, no follow-up was provided. We then spoke with the front desk manager, who acknowledged the hotel’s failure in handling this matter appropriately. She apologized and assured us that we would receive compensation by way of a credit for our massages, as she stated that our room charges could not be refunded due to our booking being made through Expedia. No such credit was applied. Given that we paid our bill directly to Meritage Hotel, as reflected in our itemized receipt, this failure to follow through only compounds our frustration. I am also disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, as it now feels as though the hotel is disregarding my concerns and will not honor what was promised. This is particularly disheartening because, despite the incident, I had placed my trust in the staff members who initially tried to make things right.

The staff at Vino Bello are both friendly and efficient. They provide everything necessary to have a comfortable and relaxing visit. We stayed for a full week and had a great time. The fitness room is a nice bonus for us. We will be happy to come again soon.

She went a step above to make our stay extra special. Luz was knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly, professional. We will be returning and hope to see her during our future stays. We stayed at the Vino Bello side of Meritage in Building 2. Nice walk to the pool. Room can fit 4 if Using the pull out couch bed. Great option for small families that want a getaway. TV in the room is pretty small. Inside, two seater table available. Nice availability of kitchenware for those who like to dine in their rooms. Coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. Love that there was a washer and dryer unit in the rooms. Bathroom is spacious. The have the shampoo, wash soup dispensers which I appreciate to help eliminate plastic waste. The vibe of the room is a little outdated. But the bed was comfortable, room was clean and we were satisfied with the weekend stay. Parking was a bit hectic to find.

Oat and Hay had an excellent brunch. Fiona provide excellent service. And the breakfast potatoes and Salmon Benedict was very tasty. The room was also very nice. A nice touch was the unexpected fruit and cheese plate with champagne that greeted us on arrival. Unfortunately, it was moldy as it had been delivered too early! But they replaced it with a fresh one and it was delicious and hit the spot.
