First time experience and was wonderful. Super clean, everyone is super nice. Will be taking kids with us next time! The breakfast they have in the mornings was definitely worth the wait. You get cookies and roast marshmallows at night. Best ever

The resort was absolutely AMAZING! My partner and I came here, for her birthday an they exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel even gave my partner a ornament the said "happy birthday" along with her name on it!!! Overall our trip was something we will never forget!

Words cannot convey just how amazing this hotel is! We didn’t even have children with us and we loved every minute of our stay at this amazing inn. From the minute we arrived we were treated amazing by every single staff member at the Inn. The hotel is immaculately clean, the beds were amazing, the atmosphere out of this world, and singing Santa brought me to tears! He has a way with children that every parent/grandparent needs to experience. He is kind, soft spoken and genuine in the way he treats every single person. It was beyond touching just to watch him. This same Santa has been at the Inn since they opened in 2007! How amazing is that? The breakfast is fantastic. You can get custom omelettes, every kind of pastry you can think of, eggs, biscuits and gravy, grits, cereal, it just goes on and on! Oh and let’s talk about the Cookies every night and they are REALLY good cookies! They have hot cider, 3 kinds of coffee, milk and cookies with Santa, some nights you can toast marshmallows in the fire pits outside. They have indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a grotto, lazy river, pool slide, and water falls coming out of Candy Canes! Need I say more? This hotel takes you away to a place that makes you feel good and let’s face it, we all need more of that in our lives!
