Just returned from my 50th bday trip with 9 couples. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. The service was beyond amazing. Our butler Jasmin took care of of our arrangements with ease. Andres and Erica the pool provided top notch service. Food was the best we have ever had at an all inclusive. The liquor was top shelf. Room was beautiful! The hotel is gorgeous (pics on website don’t do it justice). I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This was a vacation planned by our daughter and son in law. We have never gone on a fancy vacation. SLS was beyond amazing. The staff, the scenery, everything was perfection. Restaurants were delicious with a huge variety of choices. Great place if you had children, as they had their own separate pool areas. The beach and adult pool were awesome. We have nothing but great memories from our trip to SLS. Huge shout out to Munoz from the front staff. He was so super friendly and helpful. Every time we ran into him, he made sure we had everything we needed, loved him!! He's a keeper!!!

We went to SLS Play Murejes for 10 nights and are here until May 13th.
Resort has been great. New resort with clean, well appointed room (Delight Ocean View King) on the 4th floor above Twiggy’s adult pool.
Staff have been great. Especially, Javier - Twiggy Pool and Jesus, Daniella and Raul from the Lotus Restaurant.
We found the pool music to be a bit too “clubby” for us. We prefer pool music that is more laid back or has more of a pop vibe/ Top 40 playlist. Having a DJ spinning tunes that were either more techno pop, dance club music or rap tunes with a ton of bass isn’t our style. At times the music was also pretty loud and music from different pools or functions “competed with one another”. There was one day they played Top 40 music and the entire pool was singing and dancing along. Maybe it will be like that again after the weekend?
Good spot overall.

Cleo - Mediterranean restaurant was the best.
Jonathan at Cleo restaurant was the absolute best. Food was delicious and service was impeccable. This was our first visit to a SLS resort and the resort has exceeded our expectations. Opened in November and they are continuing to perfect their service delivery - highly recommend

There is an excellent yoga class in the spa every morning with Carla which has been a perfect way to start the day!
The spa is lovely and very relaxing with exceptional service and therapists. We also enjoyed the water therapy option!
Restaurants have all been delicious with fresh with lots of great options.
Overall It's been an amazing getaway for my husband and I! Thank you SLS playa Mujures!

I stayed here 5 days and 4 nights - already yearning to come back to this resort. Food - absolutely impeccable and best quality there is for an all inclusive. Twiggy and Filia were my personal favorites. Reyes at Twiggy had the best recommendations with the beef tacos, guacamole, poke bowl, and seafood/truffle carpaccio. Juan Carlos at Filia - absolutely amazing hospitality and recommended the burrata salad, beef carpaccio, and creme di asparagus. My boyfriend and I ordered each a glass of the complimentary red wine Cabernet Sauvignon - and our glasses were never empty. The Market buffet - is it weird to still dream about a buffet? Well, this buffet has the FRESHEST produce and a vast amount of options from pancakes, waffles, fruits, bread, bacon, empanadas, yogurt, charcuterie meats and cheeses.
Beach- The beach is beautiful and a true clear turquoise teal color with no sargassum/seaweed. The beach pool team roams around the beach to help you set up umbrellas while making sure the sand is soft and raked. In the meantime, there are waiters from Bungalow (kids friendly restaurant nearby the beach) coming around asking if you want drinks/food. I always enjoyed a nice cold frozen Pina Colada and my boyfriend a Mojito.
Pool - We stayed mainly at the adult’s only pool infront of Twiggy. I LOVED the huge infinity pool with the swim up bar. There are ample amount of seats to sun bathe by the luxurious pool. Luis was our server and again amazing hospitality always providing purified ice water on the hottest days. Ciro, Eduardo, Jostin, Roberto had great service at the swim bar, social, and kept us entertained, and fun.
Ciel Spa - My favorite part of this resort is the spa! The Spa package was so relaxing and worth the money. Analy and Yadira were both our masseuses, and made our experience so tranquil. Lesly assisted me with such hospitality for our hydrotherapy session and Jacky was so knowledgeable with the entire process.
Everyone here are extremely hardworking with providing excellent service for all guests here. I suggest paying respect to all of them and tipping here and there when you can. Also the price point is amazing considering it checks all the points of being a high class resort. Kudos to all the workers making my experience amazing and one to remember.

We highly recommend this all inclusive resort. The rooms were just the perfect size and the bed was extremely comfortable. The views were stunning! We enjoyed the selection of restaurants all of which were either very good or excellent. Our favorite was Twiggy with Curacol as a close second! The twiggy adult pool was a fantastic place to unwind for the afternoon. We enjoyed going to yoga every morning followed by a HIIT class. The instructors, Alex and Hernan were the best!! With their welcoming attitude and professional guidance, we enjoyed the HIIT workouts, which were a good challenge! Highly recommend SLS Playa Mujeres!

SLS Playa Mujeres is a great place if you are looking for a boutique yet luxurious all inclusive Cancun hotel. Celebrating my wife’s birthday, we stayed for 4 nights. We had two butlers assigned throughout our stay. Isaac & Jorge were great catering to our needs especially booking and changing our golf tee time.
The hotel offers casual dinings as well as high end gourmet restaurants options. The hotel was pretty quiet over the weekend so we did not need to make reservations for restaurants but as they get busy, a reservation is recommended.
The beach was quiet and beautiful and there were enough beach chairs for everyone.

The absolute DREAM TEAM at Bar Twiggy!
Justin, Noel, and Raul made our entire vacation unforgettable. From the moment we walked up to the bar in the adult pool , they greeted us like family—with big smiles, unmatched energy, and the best drinks on the resort. Justin is the master mixologist (ask for his Mexican Candy—life changing), Noel keeps the vibes high and the service even higher, and Raul is so attentive and fun, you’ll never want to leave your lounger.
Whether you’re looking for the perfect cocktail, a good laugh, or just a reason to stay in the sun all day, this trio delivers every time. Seriously, Bar Twiggy wouldn’t be the same without them. 10/10 would come back just for them.
Pro tip: Sit at the bar and let them surprise you with a signature drink—you’ll thank me later.

They were so kind and accommodating to all our requests and they were working around the clock nonstop I never saw those men take a break. Thank you for one of the most memorable trips of our life. I want to say Thank to breakfast staff at Market Bufffet. The waitress and supervisor were very attentive and friendly. The first morning we were helped by Karen, Ana, Paola, Jarib and Zaria. I mentioned to them that the coffe was delicious. I asked if I could buy some to take back to Miami, FL. She went and asked her captain. The captain surprised us by gifting us with a Mexican coffee bag to bring home. This was a sweet and lovely surprise!
The waitresses anticipated our needs constantly asking to bring us more drinks or whatever we’d like. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! With variety of cheeses, delicious fruits, Mexican dishes as well as American breakfast with different proteins.
Next time we will be back with the kids and all family. Thank you again.

Very good experience from checkin to checkout. We had an elite rooftop ocean view with hot tub. The hotel and rooms are very clean and modern. Comfortable room, plenty of towels, water and fully stocked mini bar/snacks. Items are refreshed every morning and evening. Great view from the balcony and the rooftop was really nice. We only used the hot tub once. It takes a long time to fill and it has frankly been too hot for us to sit in it. We did enjoy sitting on the couches upstairs though.
Our butlers, Alexis and Gabriela were great. They checked in everyday and were very helpful for making dinner reservations, providing the daily activity list, etc. They were able to have extra Gatorade and soda sent to the room when we needed and even brought us sunscreen on our last day since we were almost out and didn’t want to spend $45 for a bottle at the store.
The adult pool was great. The house music was a little loud sometimes. As the week went on the music was actually better and seemed like the volume was lowered. We enjoyed using the Bali beds in the elite section and ate poolside almost everyday from the Twiggy Restaurant. We sat on the beach for a few hours every morning. The beach is nice, but it was a little windy when we were there. The seaweed piles up on the beach but when in the water it really didn’t seem like much. The water was not as calm as we’ve had in places like Grand Cayman or St Maarten but it was still nice.
The food was above average for an all inclusive. We ate at all the restaurants except for Cleo. We enjoyed it all but found Union to probably be the best and Caracoal was our least favorite. The steaks seemed of good quality and were always cooked correctly. I think the biggest thing I noticed is the high quality of ingredients. There was no mystery meat.
I used the gym most mornings and really enjoyed the spin classes with Alex and Hernan. They both had great energy and made the class fun. Having the Press juice bar next door was perfect for grabbing a protein smoothie after working out.
Overall we had a great time and would definitely return when looking for another all inclusive experience.

I was at the mexican restaurant, the dinner was amazing, we took Tuna tacos and octopus tacos and the Service with Oswaldo Made our experience perfect, helping US for the choice of the desserts that were delicious!
Thank you for everything!

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The balconies have amazing views, the restaurants are delicious, the pools and beach are very clean, the staff are very attentive, and we had the best massage and hydrotherapy experience with Elizabeth and Erica that we've ever had!

Just got back from an 11 night stay, this was my third time in Mexico, first time at this resort and on first impressions the hotel is beautiful and clean. However upon checking in we were asked to present a credit card and they were going to put a $1100 USD hold on the card for the duration of our stay, not something that was disclosed on booking with TUI. We asked why, and the answer was for anything additional during your stay… which when coming to an all inclusive resort we thought what extras exactly are we going to have that could tot up to $1100? Would have been nice to have known this was expected and not surprised with on arrival. I would add, I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts, not only in Mexico but the Dominican, Costa Rica, Jamaica etc, this was a total first.
We also booked an “exclusive swim up room” only to be told we’ve upgraded you to an ocean view room… why? We didn’t want one of those we wanted a swim up room, hence why we booked one? We also know the hotel is only at 40% capacity as one of the workers mentioned it, so it’s hard to imagine these were all booked/double booked.
The resort was very very empty when we were there, so easy to get a sunbed around the pool and on the beach. Annoyingly though once you were at your sunbed you felt trapped and like you couldn’t move away, we went for lunch a couple of times and came back to our suncream had been put in the bin and our towels removed. Why?! We were literally gone for less than half an hour. This is ridiculous. I get it if we’re talking hours/reserving sunbeds from early morning but come on? Lunch time, gone for half an hour? Disgusting waste of clean towels if nothing else.
We found the resort pretty confusing, we were told we could book reservations for restaurants and find all information in the app. This isn’t correct, the app doesn’t allow you to book reservations and also it isn’t clear what restaurant are open/when, sometimes the app would say a certain restaurant would be closed that day, but then you’d walk past and see it was open. What was really annoying was the main buffet restaurant that for any other all inclusive I have ever stayed at is always open, breakfast, lunch and dinner, the one on this resort is never open for lunch or dinner. Which makes eating dinner after a day out for excursions really difficult unless you want to eat in a noisy sports bar or room service. I’m not a fan of booking these reservations every single day and having to build your evening around a reservation with no other option, we also struggled to ever get a reservation after 6pm which was pretty early for us, just annoying more than anything else.
The Italian is really poor, wouldn’t recommend that at all, as a couple neither of us enjoyed the food here, starters were very bland and the mains were just bad. Pizza was tiny and like a small frozen oven pizza you’d get at home, I ordered the mushroom risotto but was actually presented with the bone marrow risotto which was undercooked with a horrible overpowering bone marrow sludge on top.
The steak house was great, hands down the best restaurant on site.
The Asian and Mexican restaurants were alright, the menu just isn’t clear exactly how much food you are ordering.
The Privilege bar is by far the most ridiculous waste of space, it’s beautiful! Can’t use it though, it’s for private bookings only which are $149 per person. So with that you get a meal on the beach, but the beautiful bar at the back? Totally empty ALL the time. Literally didn’t see a single person in there for our whole stay. Would it really hurt to open this up for drinks? Every time we enquired they offered us a BOGOF offer on the meal, the menu isn’t even that exciting to make you think even that’s a good deal. A steak on the beach at an additional fee? No thanks, I can just go and get one in the steak restaurant or even room service.
So as lovely as this resort is, I would say there are far better ones on the Cancun strip to stay at and I wouldn’t opt for another SLS hotel again based on this stay.
The best thing about this whole resort was Even, a member of staff around the adults only
Pool. He was Absolutely wonderful and so attentive. We really got to know him during our stay and he is such a legend. Also the staff at the sunset bar.

The Euphoria dinner was an incredible experience. Excellent food and service. We sat beach front and watched the sunset and boats passing into the marina. Couldn’t ask for a better time. We had beef carpaccio, lobster ravioli, surf and turf and a bottle of wine.

Overall we had a good experience at the SLS Playa Mujeres resort - 3.5 in total. The check in process was efficient. The resort seemed very empty. The room was modern and clean facing the marina. The bathroom had a consistent sewer smell most of the time. One side of the resort smells like bad fish. The seaweed was mild to moderate on the beach. The room was serviced well with coffee and glass bottled waters as we don’t eat the junk food snacks offered nor the alcoholic beverages. We opted to purchase the spa package with an 80 minute massage with resort credit from Costco Travel. The massage was very good although a bit pricey. The spa was disappointing. We never found a hot jacuzzi (33C to 34C). After a brief orientation, the staff insists on leading you through every time you visit. I wanted them to just let me do my thing. They insist you make an appointment even though the place is virtually empty. The pools and the hydrotherapy were very pleasant. The steam room was DANGEROUSLY hot even when staying low and hosing yourself with cool water. The staff seemed indifferent. Dinner requires a reservation EVERY night and there are no dinner or lunch large buffets. All of the restaurants were very good but some lack gluten-free/ dairy-free options for dinner like the Asian LOTUS, Mediterranean and the Italian place. Our favorite restaurant was the Union steak house and the Mexican. Definitely get lobster at Union if splurging. Wait times were often very long to get your food. Gluten-free options were better at Cleo and Twiggies for lunch. Get the berry splash drink. Twiggies has a good poke bowl and Cleo has a good salad bar and seafood options. The “Market” for breakfast is wonderful buffet style and has some great fresh fruit and juices. Coffee was sometimes scarce there so we went to the coffee place or had a smoothie made a short walk down the resort. The Bungalow is a good option for lunch out by the pool also. If you are VERY health conscious this resort can be challenging. With only some vegan options, most veggies are soaked in oil and most options are loaded with meat and/or cheese. I liked that there were fresh berries at the Market along with mushrooms, nuts, seeds and greens. We enjoyed the gym and pin pong. There is NO schedule of activities, although, I saw a exercise class once. Plenty of boozing it up at the pool with thumping club music (not my thing) with hookah. The entertainment at night might be underwhelming. There are hidden service charges for the spa and room at the end of your stay at checkout, so be aware. The financial statement listing all charges was inconsistent and confusing.

We visited the SLS Playa Mujeres the first week of June and I truly can't wait to visit again.
To begin with, about a week or so before our vacation I was very hesitant that I made the wrong decision on the hotel we were going to be staying at with all of the negative reviews I was reading on Google and on TripAdvisor. I was at the point of cancelling the hotel and booking another one. Well, I am so glad I listened to my husband as he told me that other peoples experiences are not always ours. We had the best 7 night stay! Very relaxing with great service, food, and drinks!
Rooms:
To begin with, we had booked an Elite Room with no ocean view. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a rooftop ocean view room and we contemplated it but decided not to. When we arrived at our room, we ended up having a hot tub with the view of the Marina and we truly preferred that so much more because it was very private and intimate. As for the room, it was very spacious, the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The room had a king bed with a pull out couch. The outside had a hot tub with two lounge chairs that they could fill up for you as you request as well as they changed the towels on the lounge chairs everyday. The bed was made in the morning and they did a turn down service in the evenings. Throughout the day they came a refilled the mini bar, snacks, and Nespresso pods. If there were one thing I could change about the rooms is to have more storage space for your clothes but other than that it was always very clean and comfortable.
Butlers:
Booking with Elite gives you the privilege to have 2 butlers. Shout out to Luis and Alexis who were AMAZING! They were so detailed and everything we requested they did it with a smile and went above and beyond. They were able to book all of our dinners at the restaurants and the times we wanted. They would even find us throughout the day at the pool, beach, breakfast or dinner to make sure everything was going well. This was a great touch. We have stayed at other all inclusive where we barely even say our butlers and had to be after them. On the contrary, they were so attentive to us.
Food/Drinks:
I think this left the biggest impression on us. We are huge foodies and are very particular about drinks. To start off for breakfast we either ate at the buffet or did room service. Both were great options! The buffet gives you a variety of foods for everyone and the room service was quick and fresh. As for lunch we had lunch each day either at Twiggy or at Barracuda. Many days we ordered food by the pool. Our favorite dishes from Twiggy were the Tuna Poke Bowl, guac, chicken tenders and calamari. Our favorite dishes from Barracuda were the pizzas and the coconut shrimp! As for dinner, our favorite restaurants that we ate at 2 times each were the Steakhouse Union and the Mexican restaurant Caracol. The steakhouse meat was amazing, the fact that you are able to order a filet mignon for no up charge is unseen at many all inclusive. The food at the Mexican was so flavorful and authentic. Now for the drinks, I LOVED that the hotel used premium liquor rather than unknown name brands. They had brands such as several Patrons, Woodford Reserve, St. Germain, Belvedere, Grey Goose, Etc. This truly helped make the cocktails upscale and more crafty which is what we love. Our favorite bars were the Monkey Bar after dinner where they make a delicious Old Fashion and Lychee Martinis and Espresso Martinis. Also, the little bar right outside the Monkey Bar makes amazing spicy margaritas.
Pools/Beach:
We are very big beach people and so the beach was nice but not the nicest given the fact that we are from Florida but it was still vey quiet and peaceful. Each morning we would start the day by laying out by the beach for a few hours before heading over to the adult pool. We would spend the rest of the day at the adult pool. Shout out to Marcos who took very good care of us. The adult pool was relaxing and some days had live music or djs. Having a swim up bar is great.

After a recent 8-day stay, what I have to say is basically:
Very modern and fashionable architectural style
Room with enough space for 2 people and basically always very clean.
A well-served breakfast with plenty of variety.
The adult pool is always lively in the afternoons with DJs.
The evening shows for children and adults are also very interesting.
But the beach was where I found service, not 5 stars, but at most 4. And why?
We arrived at the beach and what we found. Closed umbrellas and a lot of difficulty in knowing how to open them for the first time. In a week at the beach, I helped 3 other customers who also couldn't open them. Another of them gave up and went furiously back to the hotel. I ask? But the hotel can't find anyone to do this customer service. The same employees who are already putting everything in order from 5pm onwards, without worrying about those who like to stay late at the beach, could and should do this service. This I think is basic. So if I stay at the pool, I am entitled to a chair/bed and mattress and those on the beach are not, why? Shouldn't they also be entitled to a mattress.
Finally, the seaweed. I know it is a plague on the beaches in Mexico, but bringing two elderly gentlemen who, poor guys, drag themselves along to do that work, always ends up being a mess.
On the beach, the only thing that works well is the bar staff who come by to ask if we want something to drink.
Do you know what the idea is? That the Hotel Management only cares about the Hotel up to the beach, but in the long run that will be paid for, with some comments like this one from me.
The beach has to be the icing on the cake.

We had an amazing stay at SLS Playa Mujeres in a rooftop ocean view room with SLS Elite perks. The resort is modern, clean, and filled with thoughtful luxury touches—like the signature scent pumped throughout the buildings (seriously, no musty smells like older resorts!).
SLS Elite included private check-in, turndown service, exclusive beach and lounge access, priority dining/show reservations, and a complimentary hydrotherapy experience at Ciel Spa. It also came with butler service, and ours—Jazmine—was phenomenal. She managed all our reservations, resolved minor issues quickly, and went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special.
The food was good overall, with a solid breakfast buffet. The only downside: no lunch buffet and fewer lunch spots, which can get repetitive on longer stays. Dinners were great, service at times could be slow but it's a newer resort. It was fairly full during our visit. Also, some bars offer premium alcohol, and there’s a stocked minibar in the room—nice touch!
The spa was excellent—we got a couples massage (pricey but worth it), and the hydrotherapy circuit was relaxing. We also did a catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres, with transport included—very enjoyable.
The adults-only pool with swim-up bar is separated from the kids' area, which is great if you’re looking for quiet. Nightlife is minimal, so this resort is best for guests who want a more laid-back vibe.
Yes, the service can be a little slow at times (likely growing pains as it’s a newer, busy resort), but everyone was friendly and helpful. There was seaweed on the beach, but that's an issue at all Resorts during the hot season.
Overall: Highly recommend. Beautiful property, top-notch service, and the Elite perks are worth it. Big thanks to Jazmine for making our trip so special. We’d absolutely return!

My wife and I are 8 nights into a 9 night stay here and we are from England. We are 72 and 68 years of age. First the positives: Our room, 2124, is first rate, large, well equipped with a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The staff, with the exception of one particularly obnoxious barman (spoken to by a manager) are wonderful, helpful and very friendly, they are a joy to be around. Breakfast at The Market provides for just about every taste. The Monkey Bar is our go to place for an evening drink and Hector is a brilliant mixologist. The Press is great for coffee and cakes.
The downside: Adult Only pool plays very loud music all day from a multitude of speakers and it gets even worse Thursday to Sunday afternoons when there is a DJ blasting out Boom Boom music to the extent that we have to retire to the beach for some peace. We mentioned this to a manager to be told that 'music is part of the SLS brand'.
We upgraded to a 'swim up room', a trough of water approximately 60'x8' shared by 4 rooms so no privacy and no connection to any pool.
Our terrace has not been swept since we have been here.
The food across the a la carte dining is average with limited menu options. At the Caracol restaurant we had booked a table, went in, ordered our drinks and after they hadn't arrived 25 minutes later we got up and walked out. Alejandra, the manager on duty took the issue in hand and got us into another restaurant. Apparently it was due to a lack of staff.
Both the Sunset Bar and the Smoke and Mirrors Bar were closed on the same 2 nights for 'maintenance'.
So to sum up, what should have been a relaxing, quiet holiday to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary has been a let down. We will definitely return to Cancun but will stay at the Excellence.

Amazing experience. If you can do the Elite, highly recommended! I don’t know why trip advisor makes you type more than is needed. The above sums it up.

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon at SLS Playa Mujeres, stayed for 5 days and 4 nights.
We stayed in an Elite King Suite, and were so wonderfully spoiled by our butlers, May and Jazmin. They saw to every need, coordinating our reservations, and providing a few romance themed surprises (flower petals on the bed, chocolates) that made us feel extra special! It was so lovely to be able to rely on them to handle logistics, so that we could focus on enjoying the time together.
We mostly hung out in the adults only areas during the day, had exceptional service by the pool from Jenny ("J-Lo"). We especially enjoyed our meals at Twiggy, it was our favorite food at the resort (don't skip out on the guac).
The spa was fabulous, we booked massages at the promotional rate at check in, which included hydrotherapy sessions. Despite the spa waiting room/locker rooms appearing busy, we had the hydrotherapy areas to ourselves during our scheduled time. We did not anticipate this, was just a nice bonus!
Despite there being a lot of children and families at the resort, we found the vibes to be very romantic and relaxing throughout the property, on the beach, and at the restaurants...There were a few times that there were loud families/children in the hallways, which is about what we expected given that it isn't an adults only resort.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and plan to return again soon!

We visited this resort in June amd were super excited to hear they offered yoga classes. I wanted to make sure and recognize the yoga instructor Nora. I ended up taking 3 classes throughout my stay and each class left me feeling relaxed, calm and recharged. Nora is a beautiful soul. Her classes are food for your heart, mind and spirit. I highly recommend going and trying a class. This experience was one of my favorite things I did while on vacation. Thank you Nora for being so awesome!!

Union restaurant dinner review
We dined at the steak house restaurant - Union - we had Jonathan as our server, he was amazing! So friendly and efficient. Adrian was the grill chef and we had 2 of the best rib eye steaks in a long time!! Can't wait to come back!
Marcos the pool assistant was great! Super friendly and attentive. Will come back because of him. Front desk a whole different story.
Reyes was our server at Twiggy restaurant. He is the best! He made our dining experience perfect! He is very kind, sweet, honest, humble and he is what true hospitality is portrayed as. He needs a raise!

The staff are very welcoming and friendly—from the hostesses, bar tenders, front desk, waiters and chefs. The food was excellent—our favorite restaurants were Caracol —the Mexican restaurant and the best dining experience was at Filia—the Italian restaurant. From our waitress, Stephanie, the manager, Cesar, and the Chef Ricardo—honestly some of the very best Italian food we have had—ever! They are very serious about their food and your dining experience at SLS—and it shows.
The Spa experience was amazing—we had massages and facials. The hydrotherapy experience was such a wonderful bonus. We are planning to bring back our family in the future.

The resort itself? Absolutely phenomenal. The food was out of this world! My girlfriend speaks Spanish and kept telling me how warm, funny, and kind everyone was. The staff truly went above and beyond—always sharing jokes, recommending the best dishes, and making every interaction memorable.
Huge shoutout to Daniel and David at Twiggy Restaurant—you made every meal something special. And to the amazing Twiggy adult pool team: Moises, Enrique, and Daniel—thank you for keeping the vibes so fun and relaxed! Also, the cheerful duo at the breakfast omelet station deserve a massive thank-you—they made every morning a joy with their laughter, local tips, and energy. ( sorry don't remember your names guys ) What a way to start the day!
The entire team at this resort is next level.
Will we come back? Without a doubt—ABSOLUTELY!
