My partner and I spent two weeks at the Singer Palace Hotel Roma. Everyone at the hotel, from the front desk, the restaurants, and management were amazing. They took the time to get to know our likes and preferences. The hotel is located within walking distance of several major attractions, but the entrance is on a safe side street. I highly recommend this hotel. Our room had the only balcony in the hotel and we were able to enjoy a meal and the amazing weather while watching the hustle and bustle of Rome below.

We stayed at Singer on both ends of our 8-day trip. Service and people are excellent. Room was very good, clean and comfortable. Roof top bar, and restaurant also very nice. In the heart of Rome, easy access to shopping and sites. We used the limo transfer service to/from the airport, which the hotel arranged. Could not have been easier.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the perfect location for experiencing Rome. I cannot recommend this hotel enough as there was nothing I could fault. The rooms, breakfast area, restaurant and rooftop bar were all immaculate. The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough to make your stay comfortable and so enjoyable. There were lovely treats in the room daily, the Ortigia toiletries were beautiful. The staff on the rooftop bar were exceptional and made the days we spent at the hotel fun. Please if you can visit and experience this outstanding hotel

Having stayed at numerous high-end luxury hotels over the past 15 years, I can confidently say that the service at this hotel stands out as the best. The level of hospitality and professionalism here exceeded my expectations, making it a truly memorable stay. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the staff’s genuine warmth and attentiveness, regardless of a guest’s background. Unlike some luxury hotels where service quality may subtly vary, I experienced no difference in hospitality between white and non-white guests. Everyone was treated with the same high level of care and respect, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to excellence. While the room itself was on the smaller side and the view wasn’t remarkable, this was hardly an issue. After all, Rome is a city meant to be explored from morning until evening, not one where you stay in your room. If your priority is outstanding service and a seamless hospitality experience rather than a large room with a view, I strongly recommend this hotel. It truly sets the gold standard in service, making it an ideal choice for those who value top-tier hospitality.

Truly a wonderful stay and the most gracious staff! They go above and beyond with their hospitality! The hotel is centrally located between the Trevi and Pantheon, Colosseum and Spanish Steps. The room was amazing, clean and always stocked with snacks and waters. They set a blanket on the bed every afternoon for a nap. The food for breakfast was excellent and we had a delicious dinner one evening. The rooftop bar was very nice. Enjoyed the drinks and the views (we were surprised to get a full moon rising show on our second evening). We plan to come back and stay! Thank you for an excellent stay!

We travel extensively and keep returning to the Singer Palace. The staff always remember and are very friendly. Great breakfast and located close to everything. The people are the best. The rooms are small but the showers are great, which is not the norm in Italy

I was helping a friend plan her vacation and she asked me about my visit to Rome. It reminded me I need to write this review from our trip in September! We absolutely LOVED this beautiful boutique hotel—it felt like stepping into a dream. From the moment we arrived, every detail was an experience, the entry (solid marble stair eye catching spiral Stairs). Singer Palace is so elegant. Our room was beautiful and romantic. And check-in was smooth and everyone was so friendly. And I must also WoW to our dinner experience at their Le Terrazza restaurant. It was unforgettable and amazing! The restaurant was near closing, but the chef and staff graciously stayed late to prepare a special meal just for my husband and me. We had the rooftop terrace all to ourselves, enjoying incredible food, perfectly timed courses, and a bottle of exquisite wine while overlooking the city—a truly magical experience. Breakfast and the next few days there was so relaxing with sunshine and wonderfully prepared foods and drinks to start our day. It is so close to everything. You don’t need a car. We walked to iconic landmarks like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, as well as charming cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. This hotel was an experience we’ll never forget.

One of the best, if not the best hotel we have stayed at. My wife and I spent four nights here and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. We received fresh flowers in the room daily, along with a variety of treats. The staff is what really makes this hotel special. They are so helpful and friendly and on top of everything. We had breakfast in the restaurant each morning. The food, service, and presentation were unbelievable. We will definitely stay at the Singer Palace Hotel the next time we visit Rome.
