First I will say I have been trying to reach someone to tell them about our experience. Don't stay here until you don't want to eat. We had no help, no direction and everyone was extremely rude. I even called to follow up with feedback, also emailed and never heard back.

We have been comped room and food for over 6 years. The suites are all nice, some better than others. The problem is the WiFi connection. I asked at the desk but she really just tried to bluff her way thru the answer. WHY, after I get on their WiFi,...

We have been comped room and food for over 6 years. The suites are all nice, some better than others. The problem is the WiFi connection. I asked at the desk but she really just tried to bluff her way thru the answer. WHY, after I get on their WiFi, do I have to log on EVERY TIME to check my mail or visit a site on the internet? Log on, agree to the terms, simple. Ten minutes later try to get my mail and I havyto log on again Log on, agree to the terms, take my phone down to the casino 20 minutes later and try to look at one of my saved favorites, HAVE TO LOG ON AGAIN

When I made reservations for 2 couples with the intention of relaxing in the pool/hot tub/spa. We were notified that all were closed after the date that we could cancel. It would have been nice to have the option to find a hotel with these working services as these are things we like to do on vacation. Also, whatever air freshner they use in the rooms is extremely too strong.

Paula's Donuts had the best donuts and pastries. Burger world was very good. The security team was right there to help when someone hit my car in the parking lot. They were able to view their surveillance cameras and find the person who had hit my car. They collected his contact and insurance information and forwarded it to me.

The place is huge. The rooms are big sized. Now starts The problem. 1. Rude staff. They don't smile. 2. No daily housekeeping but they do provide you with extra towels etc. 3. They don't even know things about their own hotel. I called to ask if the sauna steam...

The place is huge. The rooms are big sized. Now starts The problem. 1. Rude staff. They don't smile. 2. No daily housekeeping but they do provide you with extra towels etc. 3. They don't even know things about their own hotel. I called to ask if the sauna steam were chargeable and she replied..."Im not sure". Isn't she supposed to know!!!! Doesn't she work there!!! 4. They keep just 2 sachets of sugar and 2 tea bags and 2 coffee pods. And when you call to ask for more no one answers!!!!!!! 5. They don't give you any information about transportation, activities and the hotel itself!

Right from check-in with Stephanie, it was an absolutely perfect nite. Esther the Front Desk Manager was Amazing to deal with when I originally called to book the room. We had a magnificent corner suite on the 19th Fl. with a jazuzzi tub, sofa, and kingsize bed as well as a beautiful bathroom with soft, fluffy towels. We went to breakfast at the 3 Sisters cafe and met 'Fab' our server who was simply great too! And to top off the Incredible stay, I won in the Casino!! As I said, a PERFECT visit! Special Thanks to Esther, Stephanie & 'Fab'.

We arrived at this location to celebrate my 58th birthday. This resort is a full amenity resort. Practically everything is under one roof. We had a wonderful stay at this resort. We arrived on Monday and enjoyed a smooth check-in. We booked a corner suit with a jacuzzi. The rooms are well appointed with a king-size bed and a roomy shower. There's floor to ceiling windows, refrigerators, coffee makers, and a safe. This room was Heaven. The property is a wonderful slice of heaven. Walter, from maintenance, assisted with room temperature repairs swiftly and professionally. Jenn, from The Three Sisters Restaurant, was cheerful and attentive. Jonelle, from the spa, provided an immensely relaxing massage. Christina, from the Odds and Ends gift shop, was friendly and attentive in finding my shot glasses and postcards. Lori, from the Western Steakhouse, was a delightful waitress. My birthday vacation was successful. We highly recommend this resort. We loved this hotel!!

Supposedly, the only decent place to stay in Niagara US. I really hope that is not true. It’s the only really tall building for sure, but I would say the only reason the hotel does well is the casino. Friend desk personnel need training on how to properly treat a guest, Also, they should know something about the resort itself. Additionally, I booked a package with slot play and daily combo pls. Long-story short, I never did get all I paid for. Talked with 3 different front desk managers, and 2 players club memebers. Apparently, there is a disconnect between the departments and no employee is empowered to improve a guests experience. Seems maybe management either isn’t aware, or doesn’t care. Either way, we would never stay there again, and by that I also mean we wouldn’t spend money in the casino either. The rooms are not cleaned until check out. I am not sure it was truly cleaned before we checked in! Not nasty, but not sparkling either. All the employees seemed sad to be working. Restaurants had strange hours.

We had a view where we could see the lights of Canada an the nightly fireworks. The casino was fun . I wish there were a few more restaurants but over all a good experience!
