Absolutely awful, staff exceptionally rude!

Come here if you want exceptionally rude customer service and a level of ignorance from the coffee shop staff that is beyond anything I can put into words. No house keeping as we’d allegedly had our DND on for the 4 days we were here (we did not) and the...

Beautiful hotel on Bourbon Street

A beautiful hotel on Bourbon Street ! That captures the spirit of this hotel. We were there while they were decorating for the holidays, and that added to its ambiance. Driving to the hotel was a bit of challenge--Bourbon street before a football game, construction street closures, etc.--but we persevered...

Great location and the Jazz playhouse is very special

Fantastic location and staff, the Jazz Playhouse and pool area are fantastic. Bathroom was a little tired and water was $8 a bottle. But overall it was a true slice of New Orleans. Very much recommended and overall we are glad we chose this hotel.
