The attention to detail all over the hotel is exceptional. From the rooms which are very spacious to the food which is plentiful and such a wide choice covering all types of food. The use of restaurants in Soho Square was great and such a wide variety. The bars are great with good choices of all types of drinks. The beach which was our favourite part. Looked after all the time. Water cool boxes were a great touch. Giant bean bags as well. Bringing round fruit kebabs and juices. I think they have undersold the hotel. We were on the S-Class package which included everything. It maybe different on other packages.
The staff were incredible and really friendly. We loved the private touch and feel of a total exclusive hotel. Highly recommend the Royal Savoy on the S-Class package.

Lovely hotel with an excellent jetty to snorkel from, which was our main reason for visiting Sharm El Sheikh
Saw about 15 varieties of fish and water clear most days
Our first jacuzzi suite we were taken to on arrival was too far from lounge etc as I am due to have knee surgery later this month, but they happily changed us to one nearer with no fuss which was most appreciated
The suite was large and was well equipped, however I found the bed very firm, other guests liked this but not for me!
Service was excellent from all members of staff but a special mention for the towel & jacuzzi guy (sorry I didn’t get your name) always smiling and very helpful in getting our jacuzzi to the right temperature for us!
There are a number of restaurants to choose from and our favourites were the Steak one and the Italian, some are based in Soho Square but a golf buggy drops you off and picks you up
Thank you to all the staff 😊

Sorry it’s a while after we stayed at the Royal but been very busy since returning home. We have stayed here about 8or9 times now and written lots of reviews..This hotel is amazing as usual we stayed on the Dine around all inclusive. We got upgraded to a Royal suite on arrival which was lovely. Everything I have mentioned in previous reviews is still the same. Hotel and grounds are immaculate food is wonderful wherever you eat but especially the Fish restaurant and the steakhouse. Breakfast room is lovely and anything you need you get. Special mention to the pool staff Ahmed,Montasser,Beshouy who were brilliant and looked after us thank you. Mention to Makhlof for looking after us in the reception area and ferrying us all over in the buggy. Now my sincere apologies to the manager of the Seafood Restaurant whose name I have lost. You are a credit to this hotel thank you so much for looking after us most lunch times looking forward to seeing you in November 25. We absolutely love this hotel and looking forward to returning this November

We had the best holiday ever at this hotel!
The staff in every aspect of the hotel could not have done anything more for us , from the lifeguards to the beach attendants to the breakfast staff !! Everyone was courtious and genuinely friendly.
This is the annex to the main ,larger hotel and is adult only.
The hotel beach and snorkeling are right on the doorstep and excellent although the water was a little cool whilst we were there.
The main pool, sauna and steam room were a further luxury which we used repeatedly with the same level of attention from the staff.
The hotel and grounds are kept in pristine condition by an army of staff.
We stayed on bed and breakfast basis.
Breakfast was a joy every day !!
The range of the "Egg Menu" and its delivery was superb as was the massive range of other delicacies served up fresh every day. Snacks and drinks were also available pretty well all day so we certainly did not go hungry.
The hotel has a strong link with "Soho Square" with its attractive shops and a wide choice of restaurants. Again we ate well and not expensively!
Would we go again? Certainly !!

We are regular visitors to The Royal Savoy. The reason we are regular visitors is due to the wonderful service and the way everyone welcomes you back like "coming home". This service starts before we even arrive by contacting The Royal Reception via email and they will arrange a private transfer. We are collected by a smiling face with "Welcome back". This time it was Abanoub, waiting at the top of the escalator in the airport. He whisked us through passport control, assisted with our luggage and saw us safely to the royal savoy. The holiday was wonderful, the staff are amazing (Particular mention to David, Ema and Bassam in the bar area who all looked after us like VIP's). The day starts with a wonderful breakfast on the terrace (I love the poached eggs with avocado and smoked salmon!), my husband had an omelette. Our days are spent by the pool, where drinks are served all day and a glass of sparkling wine with nibbles on the Terrace in the late afternoon. Dinner is in one of the wonderful a la carte restaurants and evening spent wandering around Soho Square with its bars and entertainment (with no hassle!). Rooms are well appointed with a fridge, bath and shower and a range of TV channels. Thank you to the wonderful Mahmoud and Mamdouh the managers who are very visible and always checking on customer satisfaction. This place is really fantastic. Highly recommend!

If I could give The Royal Savoy 10 stars I would! Just returned from a fabulous week there. The staff could not have been more attentive and caring. They treat you like family and anticipate your every need. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The facilities were great and we had a massage too which was just the tonic. We were all inclusive and it was worth every penny. Breakfast in The Morning Room was spectacular with too much choice! You could have anything you required and all the eggs, waffles, pancakes were made to order and the service was impeccable. I want to thank all the staff (particularly the lovely Bassan and David) who made our stay so special. We will be back very soon. Thank you so much- we didn’t want to return home.

We were there primarily for snorkel and we’re not disappointed by the hotels facility and close by (taxi ride) to Neama Bay. Incredible!!
Fabulous holiday and will certainly be returning.

Having stayed in Sharm in excess of 20 times we thought the Royal Savoy would be up there with the best but in our experience it wasn,t. The morning breakfast room was lovely but on our last day the chef forgot my order so after my wife had finished I reminded him and got my omlet started. The Royal pools were very nice and quiet but the sun loungers had no mattreses making them very hard and uncomfortable. The room was dated but always kept immaculate and everything well stocked. The fact we could use all of the restaurants in Soho square was very nice and the food there was of a high standard. Our favourite being the Steak house. One thing that did spoil it was the bar in the main hotel. It stated over 18s but there was constantly children running around and being served by the bar staff despite the signage. I am pleased we tried this hotel but there are many better hotels with a lower price tags.

I was very pleased with my stay at Royal Savoy. The private beach area was worth every penny and service from the beach personnel was first rate. I was surprised to find the abundance of fish and sea life on the reef off the jetty. Terrific snorkelling. The lounge was nice, but could have had a little better selection of food snacks during the afternoon. Breakfast was excellent. The room was a little dated but still nice with the suite having a terrific view. Hussein the housekeeper was exceptional and was likely the best housekeeper I have ever experienced in a resort like this. Thank you Hussein you were amazing. I would like to return someday to enjoy this resort again.

The down side was the pool area. Very poor service, unhelpful staff and simply poor. The pool furniture was that I would expect at a 2 star hotel, the worst I’ve come across in years, possibly ever. Reception staff were similarly poor. Trying to keep the room on for 2 hours at the end of our stay was seemingly unheard of… what a palaver!!
All the above is a shame because the staff used to be excellent and a credit to the hotel.

The room was good with plenty of space and a lovely big bed.
Being in the Royal Savoy meant we had use of a couple of private pools which we had no issue getting beds at any time of the day and you were given a cool box with water which was great. You also had use of a sauna and steam room and a hot tub which was fantastic.
The private beach was also good but we stayed around the pool more.
We also used the gym facilities which was quite well stocked.
We ate out at the restaurants in Soho Square every night and can recommend the teppanyaki restaurant and the steak restaurant. The whole experience was great and I can highly recommend a stay at The Royal Savoy

We came in December 24 and immediately decided to come back in March.
Everything about our stay was well up to expectations.
Royal Savoy Sharm has a lot to offer and manages it extremely well.
S class is a must if you want the full inclusive package as it offers dine around at all of the SOHO Square restaurants and bars.
The Royal Lounge, Breakfast Morning Room, Lounge Bar, Pools and Beach all allow quiet relaxation with service to a high standard.
The Seafood Restaurant, Italian Restaurant were our favourites whilst the Soho Square Steak house also is a must for its service and quality Imported Fillet steak.
Bassem in the Safari Bar makes everyone so welcome and is like a good friend.
Tarek is always there with a smile helping in any way he can around the pool and beach. So pleasant and helpful. Similarly with many others around the pool and beach.
Royal lounge concierge (more than one person) all vey professional and helpful.
Room cleaning Excellent.
I Can't remember most of the names but all the staff we met do a brilliant job.
Looking to possibly come back in December or January.

Lovely hotel, great rooms, clean, well maintained, friendly helpful staff. Location next to Soho Square and dine around scheme meant a great choice of restaurants every day. Really nice to get out of the resort for a change. We only used the Savoy buffet on our first night, not the best we have experienced in Egypt.
We spent most days by the pool. There is a nice sandy beach however shallow coral means you use a jetty to go swimming. Also the swimming area is relatively small and as an avid snorkeller I found it somewhat limited.
Overall we had a wonderful holiday and will certainly return.

The hotel was so clean it was impressive.
There were lots of little things that made the stay more memorable. The cleanliness, the complimentary free laundry, the lovely hot and cold food that was on offer throughout the day in the reception area..
The variety of restaurants at the Savoy was fantastic, my personal favourite was the Fish restaurant, there was a great variety of restaurants to suit every taste.
We loved this hotel so much we’ve recommended it to family and friends and were planning to return later this year.

First time visit and what a fabulous and relaxing week we had which - exactly what we had hoped for. Staff were super friendly, beach and pools very clean and well maintained, food great and rooms and bed very comfortable. We had a delightful stay here and would highly recommend Royal Savoy. We had the S class all inclusive which was excellent with so much choice. We visited 2 restaurants at Soho Square, Zen and Entrecôte (also included in the AI) and the food was excellent at both but service not as good as in the hotel. Thank you Royal Savoy team, you all work so hard. We don’t usually return to places as a rule as we like to visit different places but you may just be an exception ! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Enjoyed 10 super days at the Royal Savoy.
On arrival we had an issue with our booked all inclusive package which was an error by our travel agent (something you don’t want on arrival) the manager Mahmoud was amazingly helpful going the extra mile in helping us solving the problem over a few days. ThankYou!
EasyJet has now compensated us.
We spent many an hour on the beach, which was well looked after as was the bar area and our sun beds had fresh towels whenever we needed them.
Most days the sea was crystal clear and the snorkelling around the reef was fabulous with many colourful fish.
At lunchtime, the Turkish restaurant has a good variety and we were served by Mina most days he was very attentive and professional & a really nice guy. We also enjoyed the fish restaurant which had plenty of selection, the steak restaurant and the Indian restaurant amongst others.
The the Safari bar was good fun in the evenings.
The hotel was immaculately clean everywhere we can highly recommend a super holiday here.

We stayed at the Royal Savoy to enjoy a week’s winter sunshine in November. We had stayed here previously, although many years ago, and really enjoyed it - we weren't disappointed this time either.
We booked a Junior Suite, which was spacious, has a large bathroom with a fabulous shower, lovely spa bath and a balcony overlooking the pool. We booked the S Class dine around package which is basically full board with almost all drinks included (you will need to pay for imported bottles of wine). The Royal Savoy is the adults only part of the complex and has several adults only pools and a beach area although you can also use the pools / beach allocated to guests staying at the Savoy Hotel which is part of the complex. Royal Savoy guests also have their own breakfast room which although is much smaller than the buffet in the Savoy but it's much less busy and still offers an extensive selection of food.
As part of the dining package you are able to dine at an extensive number of restaurants both within the hotel complex or at Soho Square (a 5mins walk away) - we really enjoyed the Italian (Rosmarino), the steakhouse (L’Entrecote) and the Japanese (Teppanyaki) while the Greek restaurant (Mar Greek) was great for lunch as was the Turkish (Adalar) - please bear in mind that although part of the package you do need to make a reservation. The main buffet restaurant offers an extensive range of food, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but it’s a busy place and can feel a bit frantic during peak meal times.
The service is excellent from all the team and in particular we would like to thank you to the team around the Royal Savoy pool who took care of setting our loungers up each day, even before we arrived, bringing us drinks and looking after us for lunch - a big thank you to them all and in particular Beshouy who was fab.
If you are looking for a hotel with great staff who provide wonderful service and a resort where you can enjoy the sunshine then we can thoroughly recommend the Royal Savoy.

Our stay in March was perfect, staff were excellent again and we must mention Maamoud the great chef in the Royal breakfast room who made amazing eggs benedict every morning for my husband without him even having to put in his order! Bassem had a fabulous team of 3 girls working with him on breakfasts and they were all so smiley, speedy and so happy to help. We never saw them stop moving ! and they were so quick to spot if you looked like you needed anything...Amazing!
We loved Ezzat the chef we met in the morning room when we were here in December but as the staff move around we found he was working in the Tirana restaurant. I'm sure he's a great chef but it seemed such a shame for him not to be customer facing like he was in the Royal Breakfast room as he's so lovely, his English might not be the best but that had no impact on the thoughtful service he gave us everyday and we were so happy we bumped into him to say hello.
All the restaurants were amazing, great food and great service from everyone. We tried the hot rock this time and that was a great experience.
Samir the chef was great, he moved on from the Royal breakfast room and we found him in the seafood restaurant where he came out to see us at our table and cooked us a fabulous sea bass, he was so lovely and eager to please.
We particularly enjoyed the Greek restaurant and I became addicted to their greek salad and Mousakka and i didn't even like mousakka before, but theirs was just delicious and Sherif and Mina made it all so special with their jokes and joviality.
We must mention Remon again the manger in Tirana he was just so lovely again , he remembered us and again was so very keen to please, he couldn't do enough for us and surprised us with the most amazing creme caramels we have ever tasted! We loved the food and choice in the main buffet restaurant and we always found something we really enjoyed, overall we were spolit for food choices.
We must also mention the manager who we saw most, he looked after us so brilliantly in the Greek, seafood and Hot Rock restaurants, sadly we didn't notice a name tag.
I can't fault anything about the Royal Savoy, or room was lovely and well serviced, the daily cake that was delivered every afternoon was a lovely touch and the team at the Royal reception were always ready with a greeting and a smile and ready to help. The pools were amazing, no fighting for loungers and the staff in the pool bar were always on hand with whatever you needed and the snacks were great, though hard to manage daily after stuffing ourselves on the amazing breakfast.
We found the A.I e-class package perfect and fully met our needs, along with the 6 hotel restaurants we also had another 4 included at Soho square which at 2 mins walk away was the perfect place to visit for evening shopping and entertainment.
Overall when it comes to going anywhere else around the world the Royal Savoy is the standard by which we judge all other hotels, so keep it up and we'll keep coming back again and again and we've already booked our 3rd visit for 3 weeks at Christmas. Can't wait!😁

The service and kindness of the staff makes this a special place especially on this list as I had an accident on this holiday which meant I ended up in hospital and having to extend my stay, the reception staff and hotel management went out of their way to help and I am thankful to them for therein help at a difficult time.
Finally thank you to Nabil in the hotel clinic who escorted me to hospital and stayed with me during my scans and treatment and made the experience so much easier.
Will definitely be back soon, thank you to everybody at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable

We travel a lot, stay in high quality hotels, and this hotel is fantastic. The staff are simply the best - helpful, polite, always smiling -and the whole place is kept spotless. Staff are always busy looking after the hotel and its guests, but remain very unobtrusive. Rooms are beautiful and also spotless.
We were B&B and the breakfast is wonderful. Soft drinks, tea, coffee, beer and wine (including Prosecco), snacks, small cakes and Hors-d’oeuvres were available until 8pm. As a Royal client, you also got 25% off food and drink in Soho Square. I would recommend Cafe Chino (Lebanese) and Bombay (Indian) for dinner. Mai Thai was very disappointing. We had just started our soup and they served the mains which obviously went cold. Also food wasn’t great. All other places we ate were good and Hot Rocks in the hotel was great and a beautiful place.
Snorkelling is really good although you can’t walk into the sea to snorkel from the private beach. You have to go off the hotel jetty and the water is deep. I was very nervous at first but once I put on my brave pants and got in, I just forgot how deep it was and just marvelled at the fish. I even saw a spotted manta. Sun beds galore too. Just awesome. Holiday here and you won’t be disappointed. It’ s fabulous. Can’t wait to return.

Everything is perfect, the staff, the attention to detail, the rooms, the food, the most comfortable beds, the choice of restaurants. The weather. You only have to step outside the hotel and you’re in Soho Square with its vast selection of restaurants and entertainment complex.

Wonderful stay and amazing courteous staff. We wanted a relaxing break where we could be looked after and pampered, eat well, sleep well and chill and that’s exactly what we got and what was delivered. We chose the ‘S’ Class package which suited our needs and ensured we had a variety of places we could eat and dine at both at the Savoy hotel next door and at Soho Square. The staff are truly amazing and make the place what it is and can’t do enough to ensure that you are ok and that any needs you have are attended to. Our room was spacious, the bed and pillows were perfect, breakfast was a delight with so much choice, drinks by the pool, snacks and nibbles provided in the lounge each day. We were able to make use of the golf buggy in the evenings provided to take us to and from the resort to Soho Square for dinner which was a great touch. Had a couple of spa treatments which were fabulous and worth the money paid. The resort is kept clean and tidy, no issue with securing sunbeds, loungers or cabanas by the pool. As above all staff we encountered were wonderful from the receptionists to the cleaners, pool staff etc. A special mention to the following for being absolutely gracious and kind: Bishoy (reception) Argie, Jona, Kim, Chef Mahmoud (breakfast) Mina (ninja!) & Jona (pool side)- thanks for looking after us, Sabar & Amira (Spa) You are all doing an amazing job..keep smiling and thank you for everything..we appreciated it.
