Over all very nice & clean place. Upon our arrival I was informed we had been upgraded from a 1 bedroom king to a 2 bedroom king free of charge. We were on the 6th floor and had a fantastic view of the golf course and a large balcony which was very nice! The unit itself was clean and well furnished. The recliners were wonderful and comfy! The bed didn’t sleep the best but certainly wasn’t the worst. Close in to all the surrounding attractions. We didn’t use the lazy river because it was closed for season at this time. Indoor pool looked nice but too many kids so didn’t try that either. We enjoyed our walks along the river with our little Yorkie. I felt safe while on the property. They have a no smoking policy which I like, wish that also included no smoking “skunk weed” we smelled that more times than not. There are owners here as well as guests so it’s not exclusive to just guests.
The only big complaint I have at all, is upon arrival I was asked to pay more than my email with my remaining balance said that I owed. I booked over the phone, due to I have a small pet and asked if that was complete total and I was told yes and sent an email to confirm. However, the First Lady (a tad bit rude) tried to charge approximately $150 more the Second Lady (not rude but not friendly) that I spoke to charge me $56 more than what I was expecting. First Lady commented “don’t shoot the messenger” neither had southern hospitality about them. Other staff that we encountered were extremely nice & check out staff was very kind. You do take out your own trash but they have a trash bin on every floor by elevator so that was no big deal to us. Over all we enjoyed our stay but if we ever stay again I will definitely try to make sure our final cost is what they quote.

This place was so clean. I told them I was allergic to cats and dogs and even though they don't allow them, they said they would do an extra good job and they did. We had the golf course right off the balcony which my husband loved. The staff was great. The furnishings were top quality. Beds comfortable. The master bath was huge which both a large shower and jetted tub. I LOVED the screened-in porch right off the kitchen that you could just walk out to through a sliding glass door. Great views of the mountains from there. We didn't use the pool or lazy river but it was really beautiful.
I hope to be able to stay here again. We really loved it.

Even with all the good reviews, I was honestly surprised at how great this resort is. We booked 3 nights in a Signature Two Bedroom - Two Kings room. Our first impression when we pulled into the parking lot was that we must be in the wrong place. We've never stayed in a resort that had such beautiful grounds. After an easy check-in process, we made our way to room 364, in the 3rd building, 6th floor. Our room had a screened in front porch that lead to the front door to the unit as well as a sliding glass door to the kitchen. This overlooked the city of Pigeon Forge. From the walkway up to the screened in area, you can also look over to see the river and the resort's lazy river. The unit itself was beautiful. Everything felt clean and well taken care of. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig, and all the basic dishes and utilities. The dining room table and living room area had plenty of seating space, even for larger families. The back balcony overlooked a beautify golf course and was pretty quiet. The back balcony had a sliding glass door from both the living room and main bedroom, also with plenty of seating. The main bedroom was quite large, with a King bed, a dresser, two nightstands, and plenty of walking space. I do wish there were more electrical plugs near the bed, so if you have a lot of plug up right near the bed (more than just a phone), bring a power strip. However, there are plenty of plugs near the dresser and throughout the rest of the unit. The main bathroom was really large as well, with his/her sinks, a shower, and a tub. The 2nd bedroom also had an attached bathroom with two entrances, one from the 2nd bedroom and one from the kitchen area. The unit also included a washer and dryer in a closet. The resort has plenty of walking trails and beautiful views. I just can't get over how well cared for this resort feels. I would 100% recommend.
