We booked a room here to listen to entertainment at their Remington Garage event venue. The service was top notch and staff were extremely friendly. This cute boutique hotel offers many amenities and is centrally located. The rooms are themed, we stayed in the Tiffany room. It’s painted in Tiffany blue. Hotel offers continental breakfast and has a full bar. One block away is their event venue which has live entertainment! We highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and I’d stay here over a chain hotel, hands down.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was incredibly professional and helpful. My wife and I had our two year anniversary in one of the suites. I called ahead and the staff helped me setup the room with robes, rose petals, champagne, you name it. They went above and beyond to help and did not ask for any additional compensation or tips. When we went to check out, valet had already pulled my car around. I would rate this place an 11 out of 10 if I could.

This is not a good hotel. The room was dirty and the hotel was well worn and aged. I have no idea when the pictures here were taken but it is a shadow of its former self. They said they were remodeling and I sincerely hope they can turn it...

Love this place 🤩. The staff were very polite. The decor from the front desk all the way to the room is beautiful. My bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. Wonderful hotel all around, will definitely book again.

My husband and I were staying here for a concert that got canceled but we came anyway. Instead we got massages at the spa which were great but that’s all that was great about the stay. We stayed in room 2 on the ground floor which turns out to be right next door to a bar…. That doesn’t close until 6:00 am. They also had a wedding going on. All night we either heard people cleaning up from the wedding, rearranging furniture/breaking everything down etc. Or we heard people yelling, fighting, screaming profanity ALL night long! At one point in the night I told my husband I didn’t feel safe being here. The people were literally right outside our window on the side walk. I understand some of this is out of the hotels control, BUT there should have been a disclaimer when I booked this room about the noise level and activity that goes on all throughout the night while staying here. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel but unfortunately the location for it is very poor. I did call and complain at 6:30 when people were leaving the bars but all I got was an I’m sorry. They didn’t do anything to try and make it right. For that reason we will never go here again.

I would have given it a one star except for the nice reception and bellmen. However, at 6:00 AM we heard someone outside our door. The next thing we knew someone was opening our door (that had been dead bolted). When I jumped out of bed and looked in the hallway two men and a woman were standing in the hallway. When I asked how they got in our room, one man said he was a front desk manager. I found out later in the morning that the couple told him they were staying in Suite 13 with friends, and he let them in without even checking the computer etc. It was quite upsetting to have someone come in your room without so much as a knock and no apology - just said it was a misunderstanding - what an understatement! I left 3 voice messages with the general manager and NEVER got a call back. POOR service

I do not know who wrote all of the positive reviews, but I do not see any charm in a room that smells like old hair tonic and has a rusted bathtub. There are no lights in the bathroom. In addition, 2 of us sleep with CPAP machines and there are no plugs near the bed. Moving to another hotel ASAP!! Friendly staff, but for $240 a night I would hope for more. There are no bellmen. The person behind the desk checks you in, brings in the luggage and parks the car. It is too dangerous for the guests to park the car, so the desk person insists on doing it themselves.

I surprised my wife on short Anniversary getaway to this hotel and it lived up to its reviews. We booked the 4th flr penthouse/loft and a Spa pkg that consist of a couples massage and facials. Upon arrival the staff and valet greated us with a warm welcome. The elevator just so happened to be under repair doing our visit but management and staff were great in accommodating us for the inconvenience. The Penthouse Suite - This room has a beatiful view of the city, it was spacious and my wife fell in love with the decor. The entire floor was laced with amenities to keep us entertained. The Spa Experience - I cannot recall the pkg I purchased but the massage and facials took this experience to the next level! Each service was an hour in length and get a 10 out of 10 stars. Everyone was professional and skilled with their service. The Spa experience was so great that both me and my wife fell asleep during our facials. Yes , it was everything we hoped for plus more.. We definitely will be visiting this place again, It is a cut above the traditional hotel and spa with great location to everything.

My husband and I have traveled and stayed plenty of places but this is a precious gem that we will definitely be going back to. The staff were very professional and eager to help us in any way they could. The bar staff were amazing. Tyrek, John, El,and the other young lady who worked downstairs were amazing people. The room was exactly like what was promised. The atmosphere was terrific. Great for long stays or just a short getaway. Everything perfect! Very clean and quiet at night as well.
