Stayed here with my family for a week and the place was incredible, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paraty. It's a bit far from the historic center so you'll need a car to move around and explore. ROOM We stayed at Suíte Master, the room was very big and clean. The bathroom was very spacious, with good toiletries included and a shower with nice water pressure and temperature. It had a large TV with many channels available, a good aircon system, and a mini fridge. I liked that the minibar was empty so we could buy our own drinks and keep them cold. Even though the room was in front of a pool and the car parking, it wasn't noisy at all. It was nice to chill and have a drink on the veranda after a day out. The bed was comfortable with a nice mattress and pillows. STAFF All the staff was very friendly and helpful in any area of the hotel, but especially the restaurant staff. RESTAURANT The food at the restaurant was really good, we ate there almost every day because of it, and everything we tried from the menu was great. The drinks were also very good, especially Jorge Amado. The buffet breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from. The only negative was the burger place, I actually didn't try the burger myself, but I went with the family one night for dinner and they all complained that the meat was overcooked. I liked that I could sit at the burger place with them, but order meals from the restaurant menu. POOLS The 3 pools are very nice, but only one is heated, and it was always very crowded, especially in the evening. The other 2 pools were very nice during the day but a bit cold in the evening, but also I didn't visit during summer. I didn't appreciate that people are allowed to drink in the pool, so people had their beer bottles with them inside the pool, or bottles sitting at the edge of the pool, which can be quite dangerous if a bottle breaks and glass falls inside the pool. Not sure it's even allowed, but there was no one stopping people from doing it. FACILITIES The gym seemed quite large and nice, but I didn't use it. The sauna was good. The kid's area was nice and a great addition to keep the niece entertained, but it was good fun for the adults as well. I enjoyed the massage chairs as well. WIFI The wifi worked well throughout all the areas of the hotel

My time in Apple House was just amazing. All the staff was super nice. Joel was an amazing host (and guide!), he recommended us so many things to do around Paraty and always willing to help. Thanks Joel and all the staff, we had a blast in Brazil!

The place is dangerous, house is not good. Be careful. Staff is not friendly, food horrible. The room was dirty and bathroom was not functional. I would not recommend. There are better places to stay in Paraty.

Everything was perfect,l. the restaurant and breakfast were great, the room was big and beautiful, the swimming pools were amazing and the staff was really nice. Tiago and Roberta were awesome and took care of everything we needed and much more! One of the best hotels I've ever been to.

As part of our honeymoon, my husband and I stayed here for Christmas and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel! Nice large and clean room, three separate swimming pools and a lovely restaurant serving excellent food. What really topped it off for us were the cocktails made by David- they are the best you'll taste! Roberta and Fernanda were so helpful to us throughout our stay, helping us to organise a private boat tour and transfers to the next place. Another nice touch was that a member of staff kindly drove us into the centre of Paraty for the evening. Staying here was a definite highlight of our trip!

Wonderful place, great food, lovely staff especially Fernanda, Mineiro, Davi, Lilian & Leo. Loved the room’s private pool. A 10 minutes drive from Paraty town centre. Ten out of ten. Highly recommended!

We were so luck to find this place starting with the receptionist, Renato, who was extremely kind and explained to us all we needed to know which included all the commodities and even what we would find for breakfast (including asking us if there was anything we couldn’t miss! Amazing!)....

We were so luck to find this place starting with the receptionist, Renato, who was extremely kind and explained to us all we needed to know which included all the commodities and even what we would find for breakfast (including asking us if there was anything we couldn’t miss! Amazing!). In the evening, we decided to have dinner and some drinks at the restaurant. Besides being a cozy place, we had such great costumer service - David, Eric and Anderson, the employees who served us, were very social all the time making sure we had all we needed, that the food was good enough, that we were having a good time and bringing a smile 100% of the time. Last but not least, the following morning we were able to have a huge breakfast with great food and drinks. During the checkout, Rennan (who is a kitchen chef and we had already met during the breakfast) offered us one more coffee, which he didn’t need to do but definitely made the experience greater just for his attitude of caring. I asked for their names to stand-out here, but honestly the whole staff deserves a huge congratulations. For my husband and I and our friends who were there as well, the best part was the staffs sympathy and smile throughout our stay! Even the employees that we met only once were being very polite and smiling for us, mainly the ones who attended us (including Chicco, the dog 😂). It definitely made our experience better and worth it and I would highly recommend this place! We will come back, and look forward to seeing everyone!!! A big THANK YOU to everyone!!

The hotel is just great! We've enjoyed our time in Paraty a lot. There is everything you need in the hotel room and the staff is very helpful. Special mentions to David who took good care of us at the restaurant.
