We had a lovely stay at the Park Terrace Hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The Nespresso coffee in the room is a wonderful amenity! The location of the hotel is very central for a visit to New York City, in front of the New York Public Library and on 5th Avenue with all the best shops. Kaitlin at the reception is very helpful with everything. The Branch lounge has delicious coffee and croissant in the morning.

Firstly, I have to say the service and hospitality during my stay was absolutely top notch. Harris at the front desk really helped make our stay feel special. Was attentive, and responsive with anything we asked for. And of course, the room was without a doubt the nicest hotel room...

He was very detailed and knowledgeable about all the amenities at the hotel.The room looked and smelled amazing n clean ,the bed was so comfortable with the different settings motion that Harry had explained and highlighted how it worked that had made our sleep so comfy and relaxing,I myself didn’t even knew such thing existed hadn’t he mention it. Also he gave me the room with the best view it was breath taking.More so my room had champagne n snack that made my valentine day even more romantic. Overall I enjoyed my stay which I highly recommends, make sure when u visit ask for Harry he will take good care of u he is the best!!!

Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean and well-maintained, which was the most important thing for me. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in keeping everything spotless. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Visited this Hotel for my Birthday weekend and it was amazing! Hotel room overlooking Bryant park was a site to see!!! Room was clean, updated, comfortable and a nice size. But here is the best part the Staff went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. Arlettte at the front was simply amazing her customer service was top tier. She took the time to make me feel extra special and put a huge smile on my face. Upon entering my room I was greeted with a bottle of champagne a birthday card and ballon’s. What a nice touch!!!! Don’t forget to visit the 6th the staff at the bar restaurant were also great!! Park Terrance will be my home away from home!!!!

I stayed here for one night and can’t recommend it enough. Miguel and Arlette were fantastic, and Yovanni and Kaitlyn sent my husband and I a sweet message and pastry! Even the late night guy, Harry, was super attentive to my needs and the manager Kevin helped us out when our room felt a little too cold. Overall the service, particularly the front desk, is really why I would stay here again, and the bedding was quite nice too though the standard pillows in the room weren’t a favorite of mine. The memory and firmer pillows were much better for me, but my husband didn’t seem to mind the normal ones as much and is a heavier sleeper. Great location, decent lighting overall, just wish I had a little more storage in the room, but a great first impression! I definitely recommend and would return!

The room and hotel overall was fantastic! Always clean inside and out. the staff were all incredibly friendly. staff that i would see in the elevator always made polite conversation asking about our stay and if we needed anything. from the moment you walk in with help from the doorman, to the moment you check out, everyone was a pleasant experience to talk to. Our favorite person was Arlette at the front desk! she was a joy to work with! even after she had to deal with some very rude people checking in (completely the customers fault, not the hotels, they were have a little tantrum because they didn’t read the room description and wanted free stuff because of their own terrible reading comprehension), Arlette was still incredibly polite and happy to help us check in right after that. We loved working with her to check in and check out!

Stayed here for my wife's 40th birthday and had an amazing stay! We had a large room with great views overlooking Bryant Park and the location is central to so many restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend checking out the recently renovated terrace lounge/bar where we had some delicious cocktails before heading out to dinner. And lastly thank you to ALL of the amazing staff - particularly Casey at the front desk, Hugh who helped with our luggage, and Andre the bar manager who were all so friendly and helpful throughout our stay!!

I loved the complimentary water bottles conveniently placed in front of the elevators—such a small but incredibly thoughtful touch. The welcome amenities were a delightful surprise! The delicious popcorn and refreshing orange soda made me feel instantly at home and added a unique touch to the experience. The staff was outstanding, always friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. A special thank you to Arlette for her exceptional service—her kindness and professionalism truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the Park Terrace Hotel and can’t wait to return!

This hotel is in a great location, has a fabulous bar and is clean and attractive. They have many added touches from the yoga mat in the room to a bottle refilling station on the floor. We will be back for another stay and more adventures in this great neighborhood.

This hotel was great, starting with location, close to everything but far away from the craziness, right in front of the library, and Bryant park. Once i git to the hotel to check in i met the lovely Arlete, was the best concierge person i have ever met, I’ve told her it was my bday, and she made sure to upgrade my room, for one with a view, gave me a bottle of wine, and a fresh make cheesecake from the bakery right next door, and a super cute card, wishing me a happy bday ! I will never forget how special she made me feel on my bday, im from Natick mass, and we go to nyc at least once a year, and in all the hotels i have ever stayed i have never met a front desk/ manager like her . I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Room had great views, clean and bright.bed was super comfy. Bathroom was roomy and the shower was warm. Thank you for a fantastic experience:)
