The Park Inn staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We enjoyed dinner and the nice buffet breakfast. The food was delicious and abundant! We enjoyed the swimming pool and direct access to the beach. This was a very positive slice of Mexican experience.

We spent a week at the hotel and it was a pleasant surprise. All of the rooms have an ocean view. We were given a room close to the beach and we could hear the waves at all times. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and...

We spent a week at the hotel and it was a pleasant surprise. All of the rooms have an ocean view. We were given a room close to the beach and we could hear the waves at all times. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and eager to serve, especially Enrique in the dining room. Our room rate, which was very reasonable, also came with a daily breakfast buffet - this was a pleasant surprise. The buffet was first class with a large variety of dishes. The pool area has lots of seats and lounge chairs. The beach access is right off the patio. It was just an all around pleasant experience for us and I can strongly recommend the hotel.

We had a lovely meal by the pool, wonderful spot with a pretty decent menu. For vegans they have a salad the usual guacamole (sin queso), and papas. Jose Luis was friendly and helpful and he went over and above. He made sure we didn’t lack for anything - drinks,...

Park Inn located in Nuevo Mazatlan, north of el centro. Hospitality here has been great! Room very comfortable, large lanai and ocean view. Great service poolside by Jose Luis. Food and drinks good. The view is great. Very relaxing late lunch. Recommended.

Great stay, the view from the balcony simply breath taking...spacious room, comfy beds. Its been wonderful to be falling asleep to the sound of waves. Jose Hernandez at the pool bar very attentive. Gracias!!!

Jose Luis Hernandez is very good and helpful pool waiter the best . Very attentive friendly fast service helpful always checking up making sure you keeping hydrated . Food is very good and the drinks are nice and strong
