We have traveled all over the world but this hotel and its staff are incomparable when it comes to service, hospitality and luxury! We were greeted with a gracious staff and our room was gorgeous with a special gift of champagne and cake for our anniversary. Bed was very comfortable and cleanliness impeccable. Everyone was kind and patient as I practiced my French. A special thanks to the concierge gentleman who saved us by paying for our taxi when we arrived, tired, hungry and without any euros (taxi’s credit card machine was not working).

This was our fourth stay at this lovely hotel in Paris. We used a Hyatt suite upgrade which guaranteed a low level suite but the front desk provided a beautiful upgraded suite with separate large living room with sofas and desk, two full large bathrooms, two closets and a king sized bedroom. It was a Wow hotel room. Linens and towels were very nice. There were accessible plugs to charge our electronic devices, including some universal plugs…no adapter required. There were bedside controls for lights and blackout shutters. The breakfast buffet is quite sumptuous and the room beautifully decorated and maintained. Since our room was not ready when we checked in the hotel provided complimentary drinks in the bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The PH Vendome was an amazing stay. We stayed here 10 years ago and it is still special. We had a friendly welcome from the guest relation manager and she extended a nice upgrade for our stay. The suite was stunning. The space was luxurious but very comfortable and had all the modern tech. It was a wonderful treat. The location of the PH is very central for us. It is near a couple of metro stations so super convenient to get around Paris. The PH breakfast still was very good though not as on point as we remembered. The restaurant Pur recently changed their menu and the new service is more casual though still excellent and worth a visit. The gym is small but the spa area was recently remodeled. I don't think they can do too much with the space but it was not too crowded so it's fine for a work out. Overall, the PH Vendome is still a great treat when you are staying in Paris.

We recently stayed at the Park Hyatt in Paris using points through the World of Hyatt Program. I was able to book 3 nights and was also able to apply one of my Suite Upgrades. I have been to 14 Park Hyatt hotels around the world and this is clearly in the conversation as one of the best. Everything about the hotel was 5 stars which included the location, staff, food, and room quality. As a globalist we enjoyed a free breakfast which was excellent. It is very clear that the staff has been trained to elevate each guests experience to the highest level. Congratulations to the management who has found a team of employees that understand and deliver a very high level of service. Some research shows that had I not used points the cost of the stay would have been about $8000 US dollars. One must weigh the value proposition of spending that kind of money for a 3 nights stay. The value of the Hyatt points used in conjunction with the suite upgrade cannot be understated.

We went for our anniversary and it was the most luxurious hotel we've been in! What we appreciated the most was the central location, we walked everywhere to all the museums and rarely took the metro, though that was close by when we did take it. The men at the door were very gracious, greeting us, getting us taxis, and lending umbrellas when it rained. The front desk staff also were great, check-in was smooth, only improvement would've been if we could've checked into our room early since our flight arrived in the morning. But we were able to use the gym locker rooms, store our luggage, and hit the city! One of the best parts of using a Globalist's Guest of Honor was the amazing buffet breakfast spread, which could also be room service (for those early mornings), and the upgrade to a larger room on a higher floor. We really appreciated the special champagne and treats/heart balloon left for us. If I could make 2 suggestions, breakfast order to the room was sometimes slightly off from what we ordered (still yummy!). The room cleaning service was spotty and missed the side table (we requested service every other day) and the lights could be brighters. We were given turn-down treats once but these were the best cookies I've ever had!! I can only describe them as chocolately pecan Nutella heaven. The last night, we also had someone follow us into the hotel when the doorman stepped away for a few minutes. Please insert card entrance security after midnight or something. We would stay at this hotel again!

This property exceeds expectations. The service level here is remarkable - attentive, thoughtful, and always anticipating guests' needs.
I encountered a few unexpected situations during my stay, including a minor injury, and the staff's response was immediate and professional. Special mention to Mireille, who went above and beyond to help with a wardrobe emergency, turning what could have been a disappointing evening into a perfect one.
The housekeeping team maintains immaculate standards, and the guest service team responds to requests promptly and efficiently. They even surprised me with birthday treats, which was a lovely touch.
What sets this property apart is not just the beautiful location or facilities, but the genuine care and attention to detail from every staff member. This is truly the finest Park Hyatt I've experienced, and I look forward to returning.

Situated in one of the most central and convenient parts of Paris, the hotel does not disappoint in any way. The service is friendly, accommodating and responsive. They first accommodated us with a requested room at check-in, then when we were considering changing rooms they did find us another room , but we decided to stay put. They then comped us breakfast for our stay, just because they felt we were inconvenienced. Not necessary and wholeheartedly appreciated.
The rooms are well appointed and spacious and the facilities, such as the spa, the cafe, the dining room, etc. lend itself to serene and enjoyable atmosphere.
Finally, upon check-out the manger made it a point to come out and express his thanks for our stay and apologized for any inconvenience whatsoever. I related it was more instigated by us and we truly appreciated his kind words.
THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY in Paris.

We stayed here for the second half of our anniversary trip and were blown away. The Park Hyatt is one of the 12 "palace" hotels in Paris (essentially a step above an ordinary 5-star), and definitely deserves that distinction. Upon check-in, there was a wonderful surprise gift in our room to help us celebrate our anniversary, and for the rest of the stay also the staff worked so hard to make sure our trip was special. From making restaurant and museum reservations, arranging flower delivery, and helping us plan itineraries for the day, the entire concierge team was amazing, and housekeeping left our room immaculate twice a day. The dining options are excellent also (we had breakfast at the hotel and dinner at Pur).
The location can't be beaten--it is centrally located to just about anything you would want to do in Paris. And the accommodations and facilities are exceptionally high end and quite ornate (yet never tacky). Rooms in Paris tend to be relatively small, but the PH's are spacious, and with thick windows to drown out the noise and blackout curtains to help you sleep through the night. It really is a very peaceful retreat right in the center of the city. Truly an amazing place to stay!

One of the highlights was the breakfast: an exceptional buffet complemented by delicious à la carte options and a glass of champagne to start the day in style.
The gym is well-equipped and convenient for a quick workout.
I also really appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise — such a lovely touch that made my stay even more special.
The only downside was the rather peculiar room décor — I counted seven naked male statues in my room, which felt a bit excessive.
That said, it didn’t detract from an otherwise fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Really disappointed by this hotel, which we had selected for the last night of our anniversary stay in Paris. The hotel is beautiful and well-located, but the service left much to be desired. In our room was a nonstop gurgling toilet (unfortunately Tripadvisor does not allow video or audio uploads, or I would share - it was unbearable). We raised the issue on at least 4 separate occasions to the front desk, starting around 4pm. By the time we got back to the room at 10:30pm after exploring the city, the toilet issue was still not fixed! Moreover, the front desk did not offer to move us - we had to affirmatively ask after maintenance came for the 4th time to attempt to fix the plumbing, and while they did move us eventually (to a much nicer room, admittedly), at this point it was midnight. For a hotel of this supposed caliber, it’s disgraceful to treat guests this way. Having to spend so much of our evening wrestling with this issue greatly marred our stay. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

I helped my parents book a 3-night stay at the Park Hyatt Paris to celebrate their 40th anniversary, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The team at the hotel truly went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience from start to finish.
Without even asking, they were offered a complimentary upgrade—which was such a thoughtful surprise. From there, everything was flawless. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The staff took amazing care of my parents and made them feel incredibly special throughout their stay.
They came home raving about how beautiful the hotel was, how kind everyone was, and how they felt like they were living a dream. It was an experience they’ll remember forever.
Huge thank you to the Park Hyatt Paris team for making their anniversary so magical. You gave them a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and our whole family is so grateful!
