Great service by the hotel staff, starting before we even arrived, with a reach out from the concierge who helped us arrange transfers. Location is quiet, yet very walkable to all essential services and the heart of Venice. Would definitely recommend to others!

There was also a good bar and seating areas in the hotel and the staff were attentive. Breakfast was good. I don’t think it’s necessary to pay more for a canal view. Whilst the room was lovely, it was noisy - you could hear boats and people talking on the canal in the middle of the night/early morning, which meant getting a good night’s sleep was a bit difficult. The location and cleanliness was spot on though.

What an exceptional experience all around! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated with the utmost kindness and respect by the staff. The hotel is super modern and the room with the spa was spectacular- perfect for a weekend away. Close enough to the heart of Venice but far enough from the busy tourist areas. The breakfast was incredible and… well I can’t say enough great things! If we come back to Venice I absolutely will book here again for our stay! Grazie Mille!

Comfortable very modern hotel in dosoduro…loved being away from too much action(but could jump in easily). The locale and cocktails were fantastic plus the quite well appointed rooms. All staff were very friendly and accommodating..check in check out easy…cappuccino in the morning necessary!!

We stayed there for 2 nights, we had wonderful stay at the Palazzo Veneziano, location were perfect, not too crowded and yet not too far, all within walking distance to main attractions and many restaurants . Ana and Hamzah were very helpful, thank you

The location is almost perfect. The staff was thoughtful, efficient and knowledgeable. The rooms were of sufficient size, well-appointed and quiet (extra credit for the bathroom...the shower was the best in Italy! Couldn't recommend this hotel more - from the moment we arrived everyone was super helpful and amenities were superb. We visited in February (considered low season) and were kindly upgraded to a Junior Suite - I'm not 100% sure what the difference between Junior Suite and a regular room that we booked was (from pictures it looked almost identical), but had no issues with our room at all. We found room was a little warm but after speaking to reception they have turned the air-conditioning on for us (it must be regulated their end), and they also provided us with extra pillows on request. Breakfast was great, and they even provided bubbles to treat yourself to a mimosa! We also had cocktails at the hotel bar which were delicious & barmen were very friendly. Ahead of our arrival hotel provided us with a very helpful list of recommendations, which we have referred to more than once. We also loved the location of the hotel - it was my second time in Venice (first time I stayed around San Marco square) and I much preferred being a bit out of the tourist area but still close enough to walk everywhere. They are lost of cute bars & restaurants nearby which are full of locals which makes the experience more authentic! Would not hesitate to come back and recommend this hotel to my friends & family.

My husband and I stayed at this absolutely gorgeous hotel as a celebration of my 50th birthday and Valentine’s Day. Our two story room was STUNNING - complete with a jacuzzi and beautiful canal view! The staff were quite impressive, as anytime we had questions, they were quick to answer and soooo accommodating! The luxury bar was a much appreciated bonus with delicious drinks and premium ambiance. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and we will absolutely stay here for future trips!

Fabulous hotel on the water front. Spectacular views from the front. We had an amazing room, with 2 floors. Second floor was dedicated to a hot tub bath. Luxurious robes, slippers and toiletries provided. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were fabulous. Breakfast was delicious. As is is presumably off...

If I was pressed to find a negative… it would be the coffee at breakfast. Please use a different brand. It has a burnt taste. Quite unappealing.

Room was very nice, with high ceilings and nice lighting. Friendly and helpful people. The hotel is located in a great neighbourhood, in front of the water with nice canals around it. The breakfast is pretty good also. Will definitely come back at the palazzo next time.

Perfectly located, well connected and what a great hotel.impeccable service and it just looks stunning in every corner. The suite with spa was a treat, we didn’t want to leave! Thank you, had been in Venice numerous times but it was the best experience for sure

Stayed here for 4 nights in March. Lovely hotel, very clean and stylish throughout and friendly staff. The position facing the water is excellent, a great view to walk out to in the morning and lovely to walk along the promenade at sunset. We loved the general location/area, 5 min walk to Accademia Bridge and 20 or so to St Marks Square. There are several water bus stops very close to the hotel which were easy to use. This area had lots of lovely small restauramts nearby and quiet canals to walk around (although we were here in March, so it was naturally quieter I imagine). We loved our 4th floor room, especially the split level feature, and very spacious. The bed was very large, mattress and pillows both firm and exceedingly comfortable, slept really well. The bathroom was also spacious , loved the huge walk in shower, slippers and ample toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and replenished frequently. All in all, loved the hotel and really hope to come back again.

Staff had left a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a rose I had ordered exactly as requested. Check in was smooth and quick and was checkout. Didn’t use the bar but it looked well stocked and classy.

Very nice stay in this hotel, room was comfortable and the attention was really good. Guys in the bar were really nice and friendly and the cocktails very good. Location very close to vaporetto Station and we could go to San Marcos Piazza by walking

Wonderful accommodations. Friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect location for boat travel and walking. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is top notch. Wonderful restaurants just next door that is open late Arrangements for travel from the airport made our arrival dreamy.

Rooftop is a small room but using the hot tub at night is an amazing experience. (There are privacy screens but you're one of many in a row.) Breakfast was very nice but nothing over the top. Front desk were very helpful. They arranged a murano glass tour (yes, it's a tourist trap but still an amazing experience) and got us a car (yes, a car) to bring us back to the airport. The hotel isn't close to anything of note but everything in Venice is within a half hour walk. We were extremely happy with our choice.
