Room (we had a Cliff Villa Panoramic Sea View) was awesome. Looked great (modern), incredible views, super bathroom (everything) with private water closet. Team brought us fresh fruit most days. Pretty large. Very comfortable bed. Good blackout shades. Open up every bathroom drawer - it's pretty great the amenities that they have for you. Wow.
Did not love the buggy-to-get-anywhere situation, but that was mostly ok.
Pool great. Wow what service at the pool Dinner at Bond Beach Club also great. Both food and service.
Three nights we paid for the resort's SUV (Land Rover or Land Ranger, I don't know the diff) to take us into town to eat at a Greek restaurant and that was fantastic. See the front desk - they have a number of menus. This was such a treat.
The boat (they call it an RIB) between Lavrio Port and Kea can be a bit rough. Feels 100% safe, just it's pretty bumpy when there is any wind riling up the water, and that was our experience in both directions. We'd probably take the helicopter next time.
That said, our transfers from ATH in each direction were totally flawless.
The fitness center might be the most remarkable part of this resort. If that is important to you, please see pictures since we are attaching quite a few.

Perfect Place for Luxury Relaxation
Perfect getaway for a few days. Rooms are truly stunning, beach is fantastic, and food is great. While there are some improvements that could be made, I do not see a reason to point them out as I expect the hotel will execute on them in the near future.

Our villa was stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, with an infinity pool overlooking the Aegean that made it almost impossible to leave.
What makes this resort truly special, though, is the atmosphere. It is luxurious, yes, but in a way that feels relaxed and authentic. You can completely disconnect, enjoy the great spa, or dive into activities like tennis, diving , or exploring the island.
One&Only Kea Island is not just a hotel, it is an experience. Worth every minute, and we can’t wait to return.

My partner and I stayed at the One&Only Kea Island for three nights, and it was truly exceptional. The property is stunning, with individual villas built into a rolling landscape, so every room has breathtaking views of the bay. We were even upgraded upon check-in, which set the tone for a fantastic stay.
The staff were outstanding: professional, warm, and incredibly attentive. Our stay manager, Anna, went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and ensure everything was seamless. Communication through WhatsApp made everything smooth and easy.
Because the resort is so spread out, you’ll need to use buggies to get around. They take about 10 minutes to arrive unless you schedule in advance, so it’s worth planning your movements a little. Once settled, though, the flow of the property makes sense. The beach is perfect on sunny days, while the pool is wonderfully peaceful.
Dining was excellent at both restaurants (beach club + Atria in main building), though we especially loved Atria. Cocktails on the patio before dinner and at the speakeasy afterward became a ritual, and the breakfast each morning was simply divine—something we looked forward to every day.
There’s no shortage of activities either. We took a private padel lesson and noticed plenty more to do/explore but didn’t have time to do.
Overall, this new property feels both luxurious and full of potential. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and are excited to see how it blossoms in the coming years.

The room and premises looked as expected based on the pictures, with the exception of the windows facing the sea which were completely stained. There were some welcome chocolates that we enjoyed right away, but for some reason the empty serving tray remained there throughout our entire stay. The pool is heated to a maximum of 20ºC which was sadly not enough to bathe comfortably.
We found the food and the service to be below standard. Within the same meal we had to stand to serve ourselves water (not within our reach) twice, received food missing the side dish and then received the wrong side dish (something we had not ordered), had someone replace the cutlery that had already been replaced and had a dish arrive with an entirely different topping from what was listed on the menu.
During our stay we had several members of the staff recommend visiting the spa, which is apparently the biggest out of the O&O resorts. The spa closed at 18 despite the many signs around the premises indicating otherwise. The ladies' sauna and steam room were not operative and I had to notify the staff twice before they actually went to check. They confirmed that it was not working and would not be fixed that day and sent me to the men's facilities.
We appreciated the room upgrade we got upon arrival and the late checkout on our departure day, as well as the kind gestures when our dissatisfaction regarding the food was brought to the staff's attention.
