We just returned from a two night stay at the Omni Bedford. The resort gets 5 stars for ambiance/charm and staffing. The food was excellent, especially the Crystal Room. We also ate at the Frontier Tavern and grabbed a sandwich at Evitt. Overall the food was very good by any standards, especially being on a hotel property. I rated 4/5 stars because I feel that the room could use a few more amenities, particularly at this price point. A mini fridge would have been great, as well as outlets that are more accessible near the bed (or a lamp with outlets). We also felt that the mattress was a bit hard and the pillows were just ok, again, for this price point. There were also some troubles with the in-room wifi, which kept us from being able to cast our own entertainment onto the TV. We asked about this but didn't get a good resolution to the problem.

A beautiful location for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed walking around the resort, sitting by the fire pit and relaxing on their lounge chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa was crazy expensive so i skipped that activity. The food was good.

Historic hotel with good amenities. The meals were satisfying if overpriced, which is to be expected. Our room required a hike through three different long corridors, despite the low occupancy. The biggest issue we had was with housekeeping. Found a dirty sock that wasn't ours next to the bed, the coffee in the room was only decaf, and the conditioner wasn't replenished. At these prices, I wish there was more thought put into making sure the guests were taken care of.
