Let’s start with the positive! The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever used in a hotel. Also upon Checkout the 2 woman at the counter were lovely. I fell ,my own fault, and they asked if I was ok ,then helped me stand with no problem....

Let’s start with the positive! The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever used in a hotel. Also upon Checkout the 2 woman at the counter were lovely. I fell ,my own fault, and they asked if I was ok ,then helped me stand with no problem. Now I’d your a minimalist this place is for you. One desk chair, nothing else. No refrigerator, And you get to pay for parking!! We were shocked as Hilton hotels are usually very nice. Not so here!

The Hotel is undergoing major cosmetic upgrades as current owners “bought to upgrade and flip” per an employee. The Hotel is undergoing major cosmetic upgrades as current owners “bought to upgrade and flip” per an employee. Repairs are underway in all public area including the restaurant which has a temporary seating arrangement. The outdoor seating area off the dining room is shut down with all chairs, tables and umbrellas removed. This was unfortunate as my wife and I had noted this when selecting the hotel and planned on having an evening drink there. The front desk common area lounge was constantly occupied by contractors discussing work. I would not have stayed there if I had understood the hotel was involved in reconstruction and am upset it was not noted in the description. I might add that the tiny sink in the bath room should be replaced during this rebuild process as it is annoyingly tiny. Extremely difficult to use when brushing teeth with the mirror projecting over a third of the bowl.

This hotel is a gem. Staff are amazing and the space has been reimagined from an old Fruit of The Loom factory. Wonderful energy on the canal with an amazing outdoor space. Close to some great restaurants and in a very historic area, we were pleasantly surprised by the style...

Hotel was ok. We chose it because their website said they have a free airport shuttle. I inquired about it on check-in and was told they no longer provide that service. Very poor! Room was rather spartan with unfinished concrete walls. Perhaps that's some sort of hipster chic thing but...

Beautifully renovated “warehouse looking” hotel on the canal. Easy off of I-95. Parking lot across the street which is charged @ $10. Very nice lobby, very nice restaurant. Grab a coffee @ the bar for around $4. Also a nice Lavazza coffee espresso setup in the room. Room was clean,...

Grab a coffee @ the bar for around $4. Also a nice Lavazza coffee espresso setup in the room. Room was clean, spacious. Very industrial feel with exposed pipes/concrete walls which this traveller appreciated. Bathroom had a nice shower, no tub with Crabtree & Evelyn bath amenities. The gym was great. All the workout essentials and the ladies locker room had nice showers as well as a sauna. Hilton brand allows dogs which I love, however there was a dog barking on our floor for at least 45mins until we checked out. Maybe a call up to the room from the front desk would help.
