Had a very good experience at Novotel Goa resort and spa. My checkin experience was outstanding Linda at the reception was very helpful she helped us plan our day. The food was good the lobby has good asthetic look very had a lot of fun and good and comfortable stay

Our stay at their Novotel properties have always been remarkable and memorable Recently we visited their prime property Novotel Goa Resort & Spa Candolim We would love to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all Avi from the Front desk for all her responses, arrangements & hospitality She has been very cooperative in all the spheres from Reservations to our comfortable stay. They also made our special day ( Wedding anniversary ) all the more special by presenting us with the lovely cake and greetings. Mandavi & Prachi from the Reception for the quick check- in & Lovely room. Tapas from the bell desk for all the comforts . Rahul,Shrinidhi, Dominic, Echa were very kind , courteous, generous & Prompt in serving us the best cuisine in the Food exchange Restaurant Chy Bar staff is also very informed about the drinks to be served ( Had the best Cosmopolitan ever) Last but not the least , Welcome Letter with all the privileges from Zeba Hasan the Front desk Manager . Loved every moment spent & will always cherish forever. Look forward to great stay every time 👍 Thanking one & All
