Stayed in the Bridge. Were super excited about this when we booked it. Disappointed when we arrived. Had to wait 1.5 hours to check-in, once in found it was not as clean as it should be. Dirty towel left on shower rod, cupboard doors very dirty, dishwasher was a disaster...

Stayed in the Bridge. Were super excited about this when we booked it. Disappointed when we arrived. Had to wait 1.5 hours to check-in, once in found it was not as clean as it should be. Dirty towel left on shower rod, cupboard doors very dirty, dishwasher was a disaster and 2nd dishwasher did not even work. Blowdryers in bathrooms did not work properly.. Expecting a high end experience and was left with a mediocre stay. Great view and great possibilities for an awesome stay - just needs some work.

Love the resort itself and location by the ocean and within a short distance to the Board Walk. However the furniture in Room 1807 at the Indigo Tower was worn out and dirty and needs to be replaced plus the enamel on the inside of the dryer drum was coming...

Love the resort itself and location by the ocean and within a short distance to the Board Walk. However the furniture in Room 1807 at the Indigo Tower was worn out and dirty and needs to be replaced plus the enamel on the inside of the dryer drum was coming off. I reported the above to Christina the Customer Service Supervisors and was told she would have someone look at it. Either the owner doesn’t care or is unaware of the recent condition of the furniture and dryer. I would not recommend staying in this room until these issues are resolved.

This was our third stay here and the first two were winners. First time in a villa / house, second a two bedroom condo in the towers. This time we were in the towers in a one bedroom condo that was run down and neglected (pics). The master carpet was trash, actual trash on it behind the nightstands, and the artwork and furniture were broken. The bathroom and kitchen were clean, so that's a plus. The pool deck is the reason we come back, it's the best in the area. I would return here, but my advice to you is get the two bedroom condo because the master will be on the ocean side of the unit. In the one bedrooms the master has a window to the hall, which is noisy early in the morning. Your enjoyment will definitely depend on the unit to which you are assigned, and the management will not respond to your complaints about the condition of a bad one. The units are seemingly individually owned, so the upkeep varies. A bare minimum of repairing and replacing or removing broken things would be good.

Horrible stay. First off their televisions did not work the entire time we were there. Also their telephones never worked. We called down for help twice but received no help. Also on one night they blocked off the pools very early and held some kind of private party. This is NOT the venue for this. Everyone paid for this facility - not for it to be closed down. I would like compensation for each night for no television and for also for the night when the pool was closed off. Will never be coming back here again!
