The name of this hotel is deceiving as it’s not actually on the beach. The beach is a mile away and when you get there, there’s an extra charge to use the hotels chairs. I’ve never been to a resort that does that but it sets the tone for what...

Thousand dollars a night to stay here, but if you sit in front of the beach cabanas, the cabana boys will make you move, but anyone else can bring their own chairs and sit in front of the beach cabanas I’m quite disgusted with the level of customer service here
